In chapter 1, the MC had the displeasure of having to laugh at the circumstances leading to his old man's death. It's sad in a hilarious way when fighting corruption leads to the accidental outing and death of yourself. I had a good time cackling like a madman at the context of the event, so now I shall go to Hell lmao.

Solid 1st chapter. Premise seems interesting, MC is the son of the king of the incubus and now also the last of his kind. Due to his father's death he loses his territory and is forced to go to the holy sword academy and him being a demon means he can't use holy arts. May update rating as more chapters are released, but for now it's a good start.

Edit: The way the MC thinks and the way magic is portrayed is interesting. Smut is ever present (let's be real, it... more>> was why I read this in the first place >.>) though note MC comments on/has a huge smell and taste fetish. Guessing it's the authors way of showing he's a demon, by making him a large "deviant." Personally not a fan of that but hey, if that is the only negative thing I have to say about this WN, then that is reason enough for me to leave my rating at 5 stars like I originally had it.

The author has a very strong fetish for smells... (And a couple of other not very pleasant ones arising from the main one). The plot is normal and the scenes of fights and erotica are well described. But the author is so obsessed with his fetish that this detailing in the end only spoils the mood. It looks like a good work, but it is impossible to read it.

WARNING- this novel has some smut. I don't like reading smut, so no comment, but it does include an underage girl. Maybe it's a bit early to judge, but I like it, as in character morals. The plot is developing decently well, and does allow characters to shine well enough. The plot does seem to be slightly meandering. Although, I am not too much a fan of the worldbuilding, but it hasn't been developed at too much either, so yeah it's too early to judge, but give it a shot,... more>> it's good.

I just kinda wish the translator noted which chapters are unnecessary for plot, and split chapters in such ways where the smut and actual plot are seperate. <<less
