A lot of fluff in this novel nothing too dramatic. Written based on MC perspective any drama or any plot unfold is told through what other characters told the MC which was not much. I wish there was ML pov as well like his family situations what he experienced in his pass life and what he did when he came back those little details were left unexplained we only learned about the outcome not the progress I guess the author only want to focus on the fluff not the drama... more>> 🤷‍♀️ <<less

This was a fluffy and cute novel. After their tragic past life, FL (Wei Ke An) and ML (Gu Ting) both rebirth/regressed during teenage years way before tragedy happened.

In past life, the FL and ML experienced hardship and loneliness but found happiness with each other.

They happily married for 7 years despite being disabled couple... until FL health further detriorate and died due to side effects of her accident (scheme of her enemies) and ML being miserable then hinted possibly unalive himself after revenge

I'm glad that their new life was full of happiness and sweetness, they able to fix early problems and save their families) friends... and also able to meet early and have good teenage/school life.

I liked their interactions and trust with each other. Their maturity in relationship showed bc of open communication and petty jealous cannot affect them LMAO. Also, there were interesting sub-couple (extra chaps 85-88) and other rebirthed characters too.

Only cons were sometimes leads became too OP sometimes that FL wanted to do everything half-heartedly and I don't like adding entertainment plot. Still 5-star bc I enjoyed this alot. <<less

This is one of my favourite rebirth novel the mc's are not op they do not suddenly become geniuses but you can see the work they put the fMC is also different unlike othe fmc's she does not go into entertainment industry or try to take revenge rather she focuses on her own growth it's the ML who works for revenge in the background there were not overly villenous characters and the main focus was on trying to live a better life with the family and romance

This story is the definition of fluff.

There is not a single conflict, so there is nothing to look forward actually, without conflict the story is kinda flat, no major incident, and its flowing like a water.

The author seems like writing this casually

like when they bought a dog just because it resembles their previous dog, suddenly the dog is gone, not a single sentence describe where the dog is until the main story finish.

I would've loved this novel but the execution wasn't what I expected. It was too juvenile and dramatic with incoherent writing. In a better author's hands, it wouldn't turn into such messy telenovela

I had to quit reading because it was so boring after a while. This is the kind of book where you can scroll down randomly and miss nothing. I love romance books which is why I decided to give this a try, but this was just written poorly. You’re not tearing up or smiling reading about them; you’re just dead faced wondering when they are going to do anything whatsoever.

The harsh way to say it, this was just repeated life, which u life fully and erase ur regret in the previous life, it all smooth sailing, with everyday sweet, if I just rating for story 4.0 is a maximum but if rating it with experience when reading it 3.9, time skip is no joke, Sometimes I forgot what and when they do something, minor error is also need u to read it 2-3 times, if u desperate for sweer just read this.. I think this enough

Decent. Nice and fluffy. Premise of two people who had suffered some traumatic stuff falling in love, but dying prematurely to only both be transmigrated back to before any of that truely bad stuff happening. They find each other again and go from there.

dropped because it’s a little too slice of lifey for me. I need a little more dog blood drama, but if you don’t like overdramatic bullshit, this is good.

There is only 18 chapters and I believe with my entire body that I will be gobbling updates from this novel like a a raccoon finding a trail of Cheetos.

I usually don’t enjoy multiple reincarnated individuals but the way they love each other so deeply is so bittersweet. I look forward to future chapters where he can continue to be the sweet husband he was in their past lives as a juvenile delinquent. FL is also very endearing as she doesn’t get reborn and start plotting (I suspect the ML... more>> will do so). Instead she just becomes more conscientious of the people she loves and works harder to realize what is important to her. Although he immediate thought was to try and call her husband, that falls through and she focuses on setting herself and her family up for success knowing she can find him soon.

On a very minor note, I'm intrigued/obsessed with the seatmate of the FL that has a squad of attack bugs at their disposal. My only complaint so far is that the translation seems to slip up a few times regarding their pronouns. From what I can tell, I believe the seatmate to be a girl that is a tomboy. I’m unsure if the original Chinese pronouns used are confusing due to this masculine characterization but the translation refers to her as a girl yet use male pronouns consistently. This is the only issue I’ve seen with translation quality. <<less

decent-ish read. Not too great, mostly slice of life healing plot. Just daily interaction of MC n ML from HS to marriage.

a lot of plot holes like forgotten characters n mini plots, but nothing major that meddled with the story.

it's a decent binge read if bored. Don't expect mad excitement or huge rivalry or villain confrontation. Although it's hinted that all that typical stuff is happening, it just seems to be background stuff and brushed over.

Oh and maybe its just how this novel is but it left a kinda open ending for some of the characters like that umm servant? Of Gu Ting's cousin that helped him in his previous life, then Shi Chu and her husband. But then the mc's can't be meddling with the life of every person they know I guess, and the novel ended with the main couple living how they had wanted in their previous life.

Oh and it was weird at the beginning because I thought the FL would pursue dancing again but then she just liked it and didn't really want to go further than that. Later she like studied hard and all but that part I just found weird because her rankings varied, probably I'm accustomed to study god and whatnot of these chinese novels and it is normal that it varies T^T going mad reading these things god. OHH and, in some study app she met this guy that became her partner in studiyng through the plataform and later it was heavely hinted that it was the ML but never confirmed. Maybe it sounds like it has many flaws but none of it really bothered me, thinking that in real life not all things have a clean ending.

Eh. I really like rebirth novels like those in the recommendation and I ate them upppp. But this... hmm, what a let down. Maybe it's just because I was expecting more than that and when I read this, my expectations weren't met. I would love to love this but the happenings in the novel was just too, , , boring I guess.

I feel like it's the vibe too, I like boring slice of life novels somehow but this one didn't take the cake. STILL! Its a cute one for a... more>> mindless fluff and maybe you'll like it. It really is cute. For the first half, I was itching for them to meet since it takes a few while before they do but when they did... eh. Anyways! I think for the most part what I didn't like about this is the shyness they have when they've been married for several years. It just doesn't hit the same, especially when they've gone through a lot in their past life.

It's a decent read if you take it for its face value. Don't expect much of a plot, this reads more like a chronological flow of events once MC & ML find each other again. It's all about how lovey-dovey they are, there's no real drama. It hints at it here and there, but it either resolves itself pretty easily or we never hear from them again. As others have pointed out, there are characters popping in and out for the sake of the MC's advancement, so don't expect any... more>> real story arc devoted to them - except for one of the MC's bff and her husband. Character development is nonexistent, and both MC and ML just get successful without much details from the author. Read it for the feelz, but not the plot. On another note, as of the date of this review (May 2024), I recommend that future readers stop reading the translation after 25 or 26, and just MTL the rest. It's an easy read even in MTL, but large chunks (last 1/2 - 1/3) of the chapter's ends get chopped off in the translation. It doesn't make much coherent sense, and the translator for some reason doesn't notice and thinks they came that way.

Either way, 4 star-ish because it's a fairly relaxing read. <<less

A lovely and relatively lighthearted novel where the two main leads transmigrate back to the past after their deaths. It’s like all the best parts of a dog blood novel without making you feel like vomiting blood. I loved the sweet interactions between the leads, you could really feel how much the ML doted on the fl. However, the translation is missing some chapters, I think the translator might have accidentally posted them wrongly. Translation is readable, bar some pronoun errors.

Dropping due to how uneventful it is. There's no real conflict that plays out on screen/in text, so it feels like there are no stakes, though there obviously are.

It's sweet and wholesome and very well translated, so if you like slice of life, go for it, but with a warning:

The transition between chapters is jarring; there's no resolution at the end of some chapters, and no pick-up at the start of the next. The translator says this is how the raws were published, so either the author is super lazy,... more>> or the raws were originally incomplete/not completely viewable for some reason or another. If this doesn't bother you, be my guest.

Honestly the only thing saving this is the smooth translation and the angst in the beginning chapters. 3/5 <<less

It's warm. Their relationship is so sweet and warm. I keep skipping through plot to see their moments...

I don't really know what's going on in the story besides some plots here and there. But! I do know what dates they've been on and the cute meetings they've had so far! <3

Oh it's rated 4/5 since the main focus of the novel is their relationship which is 5/5, but the plot around it is watery so I took a point off since it wasn't interesting to me. Slice of life tends... more>> to bore me. <<less

It's lighthearted and romance-centric. I just dropped it because the plot is way too slow for my liking and the chapters feels dragged out. Otherwise, I see no issues with the story. I recommend this if you're only reading for the fluff.
