Pretty basic characters and annoyingly flat villains and setting (still a bit mad at them including racism against nonhumans and humans of darker skin colours) but overall a simple and sweet story that I did actually manage to finish so kudos to the author and translator for not letting it reach the level of being unbearable

I got impatient waiting for the translator site's update that I just decided to MTL. Which is pretty easy, in part because I'm a veteran, but also because it's a pretty simple & straightforward novel with no complex poetry/puns like what most CN novels are.

For 191 chapters it's a well paced novel that delves into everything that's needed without feeling stretched out nor too fast. If you want a lighthearted story about two people who reincarnated, work side by side to avoid their fates, and fall in love, I'd say... more>> go for it after you take note of a few things to be honest.

Personally I'm rather split in the characters department as I love the main characters and the supporting cast since they don't feel cringy, they're not annoying, they have their own charm, but at times they do fall flat and is subjected under Japanese character tropes & lines.

One example is a sub character Adonis, he's described as having an angelic face but is great at torture and he sometimes says "scary things" with an angelic smile on his face ex: "I'm curious about the torture device they have." or of the likes, which gets a bit redundant after some point.

However the biggest downside of this novel by far are the antagonists, and how they're potrayed. As user manhwalover3 have mentioned.

The antagonists all feel like s*upid fools who have no brains and is reading off a script, they all act the same way with a slight variation, their reactions are exactly the same everytime they're confronted for their crimes by the main characters. It's boring and there's not a real threat or proper stumbling block for the main characters. Even with characters you thought was threatening, when the confrotation happened they didn't reach the climax they could've reached.

The main characters are way too capable of dealing with the antagonists and it just feels like adults having to deal with children's damaging tantrum. However I will say that the main characters and the supporting cast make up for the boring & s*upid villains and it helps that the novel is a bit more fast paced.

Another thing to note would be that the author does have a tendency to repeat a few scenarios but from different perspective and makes a recap of what happened the chapter before at the beginning if a new chapter, It's a minor inconvenience as you'll learn to just jump paragraphs when those recaps happen, but they do break the flow of the story by a tiny bit.

I won't comment much about the action and other combat scenes as I feel I've read better things and the action was never a focal point of the novel in any case.

All in all, It's like a soft cheap cheesecake you buy at some convenience store, it's nice, it's sweet, it's light, it melts in your mouth, and it has some interesting texture/flavors enough to keep you interested to the end, but it's not something you'd stock up on and want to keep having. It can be improved, but hey, it's something you just bought on your way home at a convenient store, it's hard to be disappointed. <<less

Seems pretty interesting for now, both the ML and FL seem to have no qualms destroying the original plot, so this seems like it'll be fun.

Honestly the only reason I picked this up to read was because the synopsis reminded me of ending maker, and I need more series like that in my life.

The story is okay for now nothing is diffrent from other stories the only difrence is that both ML anf FL are Reincarnated which is the reason I strated reading it.

Just a small warning to people who wants to read stories without s*upid villains and slow paced... avoid this novel. This novel is full of s*upid villains and fast paced so if you don't like reading this type of novels don't read it.

I was looking for a strong female lead and was disappointed. While the presentation chapter presents her as highly capable "boss lady" she is very passive and a bit naive. As for the romance the male lead is the one having no experience and our lady is out of a relation with engagements talk, yet the male lead is smooth and proactive and the female lead only blush at everything.

The premise is great with two people being reincarnated and both working to avoid destruction. The story is fast paced, the... more>> other characters are capable and not just here to fill a position in the background, especially the adults, they bring help and support to the main characters. The bad guys though are very simple and childish thinking they can do anything and get away with it.

The translation is digest and can be read easily, you won't have to turn your brain into knots understanding it.

All around a nice read if you don't mind the passive female lead. <<less

Nothing special. The premise is interesting but the plot device execution is lazy. The family members are irredeemable fools who somehow also manage to be close to powerful individuals. The protagonists are seen as incompetent but apparently can easily be geniuses. I persister till chapter 12 but it shows no signs of improvement. Lazy writing, not bad for those without anything to read, incredibly boring for those that had their fill of the villainess isekai genre

Wasted potential, the start is realatively good but as the history goes on it gets as flat as a piece of paper. Good to past time if you don't anything better to do and you are able to deactivate your brain cells, if not you are going to suffer brain damage.

I really enjoyed this when I first started reading it. The story is told from the perspective of different characters, not limited to just the Male and Female main characters. When changing perspectives there are often jumps back in time to see what certain characters were thinking in previously described scenes and I felt like this enhanced the overall story. Both MCs come across as appropriately mature given their ages when they were reincarnated and both decide to try and change their fates. The problem I have is how the... more>> characters are treated in fundamentally different ways. I honestly felt like the female MC had the more compelling story. She tries to take control of her own narrative and it's fun to see her thought process as she lives through the novel's events with an outsiders perspective. The problem is that she loses a lot of her agency as the story progresses and she becomes a tool to tell us the story of the male MC. After the first 60 chapters it becomes pretty rare for her to even have a scene where the male MC isn't involved. Meanwhile the male MC is the driving force of the story. In the later half of the story, the male lead makes decisions and plans whole the female lead pretty much just decides to stick with him and that's the limit of her agency. Even stories from her perspective are just another vehicle to show how awesome the male MC is as she describes what he is doing rather than what she is doing. I think presenting this as a story about two reincarnated main characters finding romance and fighting fate is an honest description but it still left me feeling a little cheated by how he emphasis of the story shifted. <<less

I like the story of this novel both FL & ML reincarnator (seems know each other) its sucks their past life they didnt meet only in the picture btw the Pink girl who is the og heroine (is also reincarnator she was FL exfiance new girlfriend) this novel is like korean novel marry husband but isekai version
