We follow the story of the FMC who passed away due to cancer and then somehow transmigrated into another world with a younger body. She can't "use" magic, but she can "summon" facilities with many amenities. From there, she builds a flourishing village in the middle of a dangerous forest.

She meets and accepts many humans and "subhumans" as villagers and most who are notable are those who came early or important to the plot, like the ML and their adopted children.

Not too long after that, around a year later, ML, who said he has almost lived for 10, 000 years, said he wants the FMC as his mate.

It's really weird. Fantasy age gaps are so weird. I'm kinda hoping they're typos or something, but the translation is good. We'll have to see if anything changes if and when the author continues this.

I've tried to turn a blind eye to it to just enjoy the slow village-building, and it's great that FMC doesn't act or think like a child. She is too kind and naive, though.
