The first ten chapters or so is hilarious. The juxtaposition between MC's elegant prince public persona and his commentary as a s*upid glutton works well. And while there's an insta-love between the ML and the MC, all is still ok.

Until the introduction of a side couple.

This couple, the artistic director and ML's friend are the type when one repels and the other chases. But the problem is while the other couple still adds to the story about model, this couple is just? Shoved into the story by the way of... more>> crashing into one of the main couple's date. This couple interaction are clearly meant to be comedy but really not fit with the style of the first half where's the comedy comes from the difference of mc's public and private persona.

However all is not bad. The other side couple; the rival model and his driver works fine. And the mc's funniest interactions are when he's drunk with the ml. <<less

Although this novel had some funny parts and made me laugh, the novel was still disappointing to me. And not really that worth reading.

The pacing for all three main couple is rather fast and a bit boring after a while because it's just a basic repeat.

At first I liked the MC, he's funny and a foodie but as the story goes on it becomes annoying of how s*upid he is like he has no brain cells at all. I understand that that's supposed to be his role but it's boring... more>> seeing his character has no growth.

The ML doesn't rub well on me too, I feel that his feelings for MC is so randomly sudden. There is really no time process of us seeing how he fell for the MC. Right from the get go He's already making plans on how to get the MC which is so unrealistic that I just can't understand if the author wanted to leave it to our imagination on how he fell for MC.

As for the side characters I also don't really like them as much. Their stories is kind of a big pain to read and it's boring. I think out of all the side characters I like it would be MC's older brother.

ALSO what really grind my gear while reading this novel was the s*upid novel that the MC keeps reading, I feel that it wasn't needed for the author to put in so much detail into it!! (I f*cking hate reading it!) It's so freaking unrelated to the story. <<less

A sweet love story.

The ML and MC fall in love quickly. The MC is so funny and sweet. His childish comments on Abs Man and his monologues are hilarious. MC is so into “his man”. What I loved is how he balances his love and loyalty between ML and his brother. What a sweetheart. MC’s interactions with his Aifei are great as well.

The ML doesn’t have much of a personality. He’s around just to love and pamper the MC.

Would have given this a 5 if the side couples were absent.... more>> They were unnecessary to the story and take away many pages away from the main couple.

Overall, a light and funny read. <<less

Couldn't agree more to the other reviewers, the sudden appearance of s*upid comedic side couple really ruin the novel for me.

Enough to make me stop reading.

So next time an author decided to jumble up CP together, they better think of the nuance of the story.

At first the story seemed funny and fluffy. I like cute main characters and black-bellied main leads as well. The side couples were also cute, but it felt a bit like the author was desperately trying to put every kind of relationship into this novel.

I stopped reading because it got a bit boring. There were still lovely moments, but sometimes the misunderstandings were just too... dump. And I originally was very excited when I found out that the MC has an overpowered background. I thought there would be something interesting... more>> and the gong wouldn't have it that easy. Was disappointed. Basically I was hoping for some short interesting plot. I stopped reading after chapter 62, so maybe there is something after that. If so, then I only have to say that it took too long for me. Cute novel, much potential, but I'm out. <<less

This was one of those novels that have many chapters but didn't EVEN bored me A BIT.

The main couple and the side couples are so entertaining and interesting, to the point that I always anticipate their next chapter screen times so much.

I was honestly surprised when SN and OL got together so fast, in only 20+ chapters and I thought it was kinda rushed and was scared that the latter chapters were going to be boring. BUT IT WAS NOT! I, myself was also surprised. Because other than the MC, there are other Sidecouples too with promising plot and I was so happy.

The plot is cliché, I admit that, but the way it was portrayed and written in a manner that "it will not look as if it was cliché", hence it was enjoyable to the MAX! The characters are so flexible and you can really feel them actually feeling it LMAO...

Plus, the H scenes?! Iconic and HOT. The fanfic BL was so funny lmao and I was wondering why SN didn't feel off from the start when their names were closely related to the fanfic characters lmao.

Mediocre. Like, really mediocre. I'm already bored.

Basically none of the characters are likeable except the one that MC hates. MC and ML (basically a dumb glutton and a manipulative prick) literally just kinda "god together", and we're like, a third of the way into the story. Like. Why?

What's the rest of the story gonna be about? I really don't wanna read a side-story between an arrogant director and an idiot rich who ab*ses his own power. I mean, the other one sounds decent, but who even are you sides? None... more>> of the characters interact with each other unless in involves the author's ships? Why?

Overall, it's not that good. Plain annoying, I must say. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much with the r*pey synopsis, but the story itself is worse. Exiled Rebels are doing great at translating, as always. I swear, their overview is a lot more accurate. You cannot take this thing seriously.

Would like to end this with a quote that fully shows how dumb the MC (who asks this) is:

[ "Why would he want to sign a contract with that brainless big breast abs man?" Su Nuo aggressively stood on the sofa, put his hand on his hip and angrily rebuked. ] <<less

This is a modern day romantic comedy with a very simple plot. There are 3 bl couples and for the extra chapters, the 4th couple appeared.

Honestly, the plot is very very simple and expected with happy endings for all the couples. The author rotates telling the nothing-special romance of the 3 couples.

As for the main character, Su Nuo, I don't really like him. To me, he's just a gluttony foodie who has very simple and naive in his thinking and at times s*upid. The hilarious moments are based on his... more>> folly and narcissism. He lies to his lover and brother just because he's too immature and afraid to tell the truth. Other than this, he's a caring lover and a protective younger brother and a good buddy to his manager.

Having read a long list of bl novels, I won't consider this worthy of picking up to read since there are so many other better novels to read. <<less

It's a nice story in the beginning, very funny. The main couple in the story is Su Nuo and Ouyang Long, but I kinda thought his crush on Qiu Ziyan was cute and a little funny and I would have liked exploring that more.

The story is still okay, though. Not great, but okay. I rated it 3 stars because I find myself skimming when it comes to the other couples, especially the executive and the artistic director. But I love it because Su Nuo is very funny, it's everyone else... more>> that I'm not so impressed with. <<less

ok, I’m finding this story unbelievably silly and funny and fun! If you read it please consider it as the synopsis says (on the TL site unfortunately it’s not included above) : Genre: Fluff, Comedy, 1v1, multiple CP, no angst, no brain cells, no normies and... maybe no IQ... QAQ

The reviewers above should just take a chill pill and go for the ride. Sometimes we need silly and dumbness because how many serious angsty drama filled stories

Aiyaaa this could be 4-5 🌟 from me but I came for NuoNuo! Not the other 2 couples ah 😩

I'm a person who only focus on protagonists, side couples are good but THEY MAKE THEM LIKE 2ND AND 3RD PROTAGONIST, frankly I just skip their parts (sometimes it takes a whole Chapter or more than half wtf) , as a result it drags and made me dislike the story haihh, a shame, I STILL LOVE YOU NUONUO!!!!

This is one of the most hilarious stories I’ve ever read! Every single chapter makes me laugh so much and the two characters are just too much ? I really like their personalities, they really don’t hold back!

i really recommend it for anyone who likes light BL comedy. This is beyond cute

ALL THE CPS ARE SOOOOO GOOOOD!!!

It's one of rare novel where it has Multiple CPs, and while the Main has 2/4 part in the story, the others has 1/4 each. There's 2 side 'main' CPs, while the 3rd aka the last only exist in last few chapters of extras.

What rare is all the characters written sooo well! The story plot flows naturally! It's not mess or absurd!

Sure many characters like the MC and the Shou of 3rd CP was Hilarious AF! MC is totally Quirky, and while the Shou of... more>> 3rd CP was Tsundere but played surprisingly likable for someone who avoid his ML as much as he can.

The CPs setting were unique though!

  1. Director (President) x Model
  2. Model x Driver (formerly know gambling. Barely act like driver, more like 2nd assistant)
  3. Executive (President) x Director (Movie)
  4. Mafia (President) x Manager (MC's)
No. Overbearing CEO whatsoever. Everyone is Unique and Hilarious on their own way. No Cold Lover whatsoever too.

It's funny how the progress of the CPs grow. Everyone (the main 3) started the same year, but the one who level up first was the most unexpected one, and one who get Slightly Intense drama also them. And the author did amazing without overdoing nor lessening their dramatic plot.

It has so many Comedy, but the Drama was written so well done without make any Unnecessary dramatic. All the intense or drama was well written and goes with the characters' setting!

All the characters is Lovable and Enjoyable!

Sure it's not perfect Perfect novel. But it was Truly Fantastic, Entertaining, Intriguing, Not Boring AT ALL, and Satisfying to the end!!! I'm ABSOLUTELY LOVING FOREVER ETERNALLY AND BEYOND!!! <<less

This is great to read if you want fluffy where the only angst is that the MC is jealous of a side character and his 8 pack abs! There are times when you want to read something that makes you laugh, not overthink, and this is perfect for that!

Chapter 66 was not long after they got back together after their s*upid “misunderstanding”

Like come on, all they needed was to talk instead of crying alone by themselves and keeping it all bottled up inside, but it was a regular cliche in novels, so I didn’t really mind.

But can’t they actually sit down and at least talk about it seriously after they get back together? It felt like they just gave some spare passing word and be done and dealt with.

After a while, their relationship even started to remind me of that ridiculous fanfic that was written based on them for some odd reason.

I’m usually a fan of sweet lovey dovey novels without much conflict, but somehow I still find the novel to be meh afterwards.

I guess it’s an okay read if there’s nothing else to read, but I wouldn’t really crave it or read it again.

A light novel, fresh and fun, that makes you laugh constantly, the three couples of this story have memorable interactions that make you enjoy a pleasant story, the translation of Exiled Rebels Scanlation as always impeccable. I highly recommend it.
