The story is good though the ending is rushed, that is what made it not as good as it could have been. The FL is not some kind of great expert who can turn superhuman all of a sudden, she has to take her time and process slowly. But the ending is very rushed, and it leaves u very unsatisfied. There is no romantic subplot, don't know why that tag is there.

This isn't a bad novel, the plot is interesting and the translation is pretty good, I just think the author had some trouble with how they built the suspense and drama. The story builds up gradually for a few dozen chapters when suddenly, out of the blue, the author just randomly reveals the main plot twist with no build up or slow reveal. After that, it's just several dozen more chapters of pointless drama while you wait for the two characters to figure out their shit.

If the author had built... more>> the climax up more naturally it would have been a much more enjoyable novel. <<less

First time I read a story about a rebirth person without super power, super intelligence that goes against all odd. She just a normal person have to work hard to get she want. The only future thing see use for her own benefit is the knowledge about video game and be online to make money.

And this 1st time I encounter a story hanging and the ending will be the imagination of the reader.

@PaigeTheParr.. Thank you so much for the spoiler I'm so desperate to know why the ML is like that.

And it seems it feels like there's no romance going to happen because both ML and FL kinda don't have interest on each other.. (Actually I'm more interested on romance than her second life story and I find it really b0ring like the other readers comment there's no trill.

They said it's good because the FL is not OP and it's really refreshing but actually at the same time it's b0ring.

I can't rate on this because for being both bad and good at the same time.. I don't hate the story I'm just a little bit disappointed on the Romance. (And I don't know anymore if there is really a romance on this.)

Btw. The guy who sitting on her back and a close friend of the ML (Actually he's the only character that didn't make me b0red but then I still can't like him IDK why) <<less

While I definitely don't love this, I don't hate it either. It's a good read if you just want a reason to cry. The story is unique (at least, I think so) and holds more potential but unfortunately it was cut short by the author due to negative feedback. Though, I'm also happy I'm saved from reading about a misunderstanding that might stretch through lots of chapters. The ending was sped up so quickly, I doubted if I was reading on the correct site lol. It's an open and bittersweet... more>> end for both MC and ML in my eyes.

It's the story of growth and redemption, the unfortunate misunderstanding that started all of this and of course, letting it all go because it'll only continue to hurt in the long run. A lot of plot points for solving the misunderstanding got glossed over due to the speeding up of the plot. I'm just happy the author didn't twist this novel into a sudden happy end because there's just no easy way with the giant mess between them.

I'm definitely not happy about the ML aka the stepbrother. I get it, humans are impulsive and emotional, but to ruin your beloved sister's life over a one-sided conversation when you have all the money and resources available to investigate?? (Note: it does mention in the story that his investigations in the 1st life met dead ends but dude??) f*ck, I was so mad for MC.

ML does try to atone in his second life when he remembers his past life but it's honestly too late. The betrayal and hurt MC must have felt when she realised the brother she literally died for in her previous life was the one tormenting her to death. Nah, fam.

ML finally cracked and solved the investigations in their second life, which I'm glad for and it's something he owes to MC.

The ending... it's acceptable I guess. ML stood back and watched over her while obeying her request to not see him. Time was the best medicine to heal MC's wounds, even if not perfectly. They definitely will never be the same after the end.
