The part when ML actually r*ped MC is very disturbing but think about it in a deeper sense. He was drunk and intoxicated the only people you can blame with all your heart should be his parents and younger brother, getting angry at ML is definitely agreeable but it could also be forgiven at least the MC could. Minor plothole about MC: her allergy towards metal. In one of the scene, Ning Xueluo almost trapped MC with makeup that contained a metal particle. MC avoided the calamity because she always carried magnet wherever she went. After that, MC's allergy was barely mentioned again. But in reality, it almost impossible to avoid metal in everyday life such as cutlery, home appliance, etc. So how could MC avoid using metal in her life so it didn't trigger her allergy?

I'm actually a bit curious about Jiang Muye and Lin Zhizhi's past. Lin Zhizhi used to be Jiang Muye's manager. MC suspected that they used to date but they didn't admit it. Also, Lin Zhizhi had a daughter but she hid the fact from anyone. I initially think that she was Jiang Muye's daughter but their past relationship and the mysterious daughter were never mentioned again till the end of the story. Lin Zhizhi even quitted being MC's manager after MC's accident.

Su Yan was a complete tra*h. I'm so angry because he didn't get his retribution in the end. After Ning Xueluo's death, he even got a better partner in term of social standing. Although she was horrible and even casted away his parent, Su Yan still managed to live in luxury.

They could have it all, a complete and loving family but Mo Lingtian's obsession destroyed it all. Ning Tianxin was secretly in love with Mo Lingtian for a long time while Mo Lingtian loved Guan Ziyao. When he was drunk, he ra*ed Ning Tianxin and made her pregnant. When he knew, he forced her to abort the child because he wanted to be with Guan Ziayao, unaware that it will harm her body greatly. The moment Ning Tianxin aborted her baby was so heartbreaking. She actuay loved her baby but for Mo Lingtian, she forcefully aborted her baby in the risk of never being pregnant again for a lifetime.

Then after it was done, he regretted it but it was too late. Ning Tianxin tried to move on with her life while Mo Lingtian still lived full of regret. They met again in MC and ML's wedding. In one of the scene, Mo Lingtian could accurately guess Ning Tianxin's favorite paint while others didn't know.

I'm a bit torn between wanting them being together or wanting Ning Tianxin ended up with someone else. I know what Mo Lingtian did was unforgivable and they not being together was the best outcome (it's sort of Mo Lingtian's retribution too) but still I couldn't help being sad when I read about the two of them.

how the ML finds out they slept together and the kid is hers but doesn't bother to tell her, waiting for things to clear up but when he eventually tells her how easily she accepts it like??? I feel like there should have been more build up, it felt like there'd be someone else not just an amnesiac getting taken advantage of by an upstart mafia brat.

like Su Yan didn't end up just regretting his choices but did a complete 180° the arrogance & him being a classist not surprising but the love life side was kinda yikes. Okay I liked Lu Tingxiao a good deal of the time, but there's just one point where I was like what the eff bro?? He said he wanted to tell Ning Xi he was the one to r@pe and imp**gnate her before they became intimate but he throws that out the window after she recovers from her coma. Like he was more or less forced to tell her long after they'd done it... many times.
