Furthermore the interaction between the 'cop' -I had to quote it- feels like an interaction of someone with his 'maid'. Are you sure she is meant to be a cop? I'm speechless.
Since the characters at the start of the novel are this s*upid, there is nothing to look forward to Then again, I'm not sure what did I expect from a modern day novel, as they all tend to be sh*t with no exception.
