Qi Baicha was the last god in the world. He lived until the modern age, where he found an ordinary person to fall in love with and marry because life was too boring.

Wonderful read! I was drawn by the synopsis; believe me, there is more to this than what was promised. The author did an excellent job writing the timeline (past-present-future events). I was amazed by the unique elements they used (e.g., transmigrators and systems) and how these were integrated into the novel so smoothly. The events are well-thought-out, there was no wasted situation, and the best part? NO PLOT HOLES!

The main characters are both gems. They are very well written; I didn't notice any OOC. The chemistry feels natural like it's fluff all over! But when they're on the job, hehe. I was digging into that contradiction between Qi Baicha's work and love attitude. The author did a great job ensuring he was not too OOC while maintaining his character when on the job.

I am dissatisfied with not finding (reading) the courtship period between Yan Zhao and Rong Yu! Like, I need it! If someone can tell me that there is a novel about them, I will delete this con!

The ending was excellent, and the extras satisfied all my hunger (questions) in this novel (except for the con above. I need that!). Furthermore, the translation was nicely done!

Overall, a very fantastic read. I recommend reading this if you're into novels with bl couples that are both smart and powerful (in their own way), fluff but with logic, and good side characters that have their IQ online. This novel truly deserves a five-star review! <<less

NOW thats a good one! The plot, worldbuilding, twists, and relationships are so good! So well written! Really did not expect that kind of thing here!

Just when you t thought you already know whats happening, theres a twist that'll just want to make you read more. Multi layered and quite literally multi dimension! Just one thing you have to know is that QBC and QY are meant for each other, from the very beginning, against their divinity. So good!

It was super good. If you’re in the mood for sweet, fluffy, lovey romance, you should read this. From the end to finish, they just love each other.

Before they know the real identity of each other’s, the storyline was very good and funny. I was thinking it would be dull afterwards, but I was wrong. It was still very nice and I actually read this in 3 days without reading other novel (I usually got bored in the middle, read other novel, and came back when I got the mood... more>> to continue).

This is one of the best read ever! The novel is, sweet, heartwarming sweet and fully fluffy sweet! The writing style is a bit like “ I don’t like the world, but I like you” the 1st part is like how deep is their love, that when they think, how were they to end when their “ mortal” lover dies. The 2nd is after they known each other they tries to keep their world save and give lots of dog food. The 3rd of course their past.

What I love about... more>> this novel is how so well rounded it were. Everything from beginning to end narrated so beautifully and completely. And the world building is just the encyclopaedia regards world realms, transmigration, systems, gods, which like all the answers that usually brush out by others novels but explain how it came to be! Which I really love.

The translation is excellent and the author style of writing just amazing. Both mains cp also just too cute and endearing. ML also just freaking funny and MC also very cute. Lol I love also author sense of humour and always jab the “law”, tropes and settings. For me this really a fully recommend read! I have enjoyed this very very much! Thank you <<less

This story is the best description of "everything comes to a full circle". All causes and effects are related. The love story is so touching! Because all of MC and ML's did for their love to each other. Their love is so great, it spans and benefits the natures itself.

Great author. Maybe at first, you will be a bit bored because its all so clichè. MC and ML are already together. Only a misunderstanding between them. But the side-all kind of genre's stories from rebirth, transmigration, modern supernatural, mythology, system-bounds,... more>> apocalypse. The author could mix it so seamlessly. I love how the author didn't define the Gods as the Almighty, as they all should bow to "Heaven Law". Yes, they could make rain and thunders, they could rewind time, they could go wherever they want in the whole cosmos, but in the end.. They have their own destiny. Bravo

And the author choose to close the story with that motto : everything comes to a full circle. Really worth to read!!! <<less

This was actually... really cute. Light-hearted, but has enough plot and drama to keep you reading. The couple goes through their arcs and even when their identities are revealed to each other, the story doesn't get boring. The backstory of ML and MC is super sweet, and their current story is just as sweet. ML is your arrogant "I don't care about anyone but the MC" while the MC is the "I love ML but can he pay attention to the world we're running???" Their dynamic (which fits the whole... more>> evil god x snow god characterization) is quite hilarious, and it seems like the novel has a bit of a sand sculpture aspect to it. Recommend for a quick day read! <<less

Of you are looking for sweet interactions between ML and MC then this is for you.

The novel is sweet.

There is a little bit of misunderstanding in their understanding of each other identity. But it would be resolved halfway of the novel.

The world building is very comprehensive.

Many interesting side stories.

And a another book for side couple, King of gods and defector protagonist

Hehehe they're so cute. Such a great feel good novel with just the right amount of conflict & tension. Proper build up of the world and story that had just the right amount of detail to engage but not bore.

Loved all the tropes executed to perfection. And so unique and fun how they brought in all the usual danmei genres.

Besides that, MC is the perfect balance of coquettish but still independent and powerful. Love me a strong lead. ML is also opinionated but soft for MC only and it's so cute and funny how they're wrapped around each other's little fingers.

This novel is about nothing and everything at the same time. What I loved about this story is that there are many different arcs with interesting characters. At first glance, while reading the arcs, they don't look special, but at the end of the arc, the author suddenly gives us precious life lessons. Every arc, no matter its content, gives us something to think about, and I loved this. The author's words are touching and have deep meaning.

Because of the synopsis, it seems that this is a simple story about... more>> two silly gods and their relationship, but that's actually not true. Yes, the storyline revolves around MC and ML, but their relationship isn't silly at all; Their love story is beautiful. There are some misunderstandings, but they're understandable; every reasonable person would misunderstand too. MC and ML are just lovable. MC is noble and kind; he has no bottom line for ML and will do anything for him. ML cares for and loves MC so much that he will go against his own nature. The fact that one represents everything evil and the other everything pure, yet they fell in love with each other, is so touching. Their love story is extremely romantic. There are many scenes that will melt your heart.

About the plot itself. At first, it seems that the arcs aren't connected, but actually they are, and in every arc, the author gives some clues about what will happen. The final chapters have all the answers and have a really big plot twist. I thought that I knew what would happen, but I was wrong. At the very beginning, the stories are lighter, but then relationships between side characters become more complex and interesting. Side characters are well-rounded and have their own backgrounds, which makes the novel even more interesting.

The author is brilliant, creative, and manages to balance the story very well. There are sweet and sad moments, but it is still light reading. The story is wonderful and more complex than it may seem. The ending was beautiful. And the extra chapters were too fun. The author just spoiled us. I would definitely recommend reading it. <<less

I have no words other than 'well done' for the author. The story, the characters, the romance, angst and fluff are really well done. The world building too, is great.
