-When MC and Chei Han goes on a raid to one of the Huang/Wang secret bases, MC appeared to Chei Han riding a big wild boar, but in he novel he was riding a donkey. Later on, Chei Han finds out that MC was strong when he stopped a energized stone (bomb) with his bare hands, in the manhua MC created a barried when the place was collapsing;
-At chapter 53 of the mahnua, Narentoya saw MC and Ruoli together, that never happen in the novel. She only saw MC and Ruoli together when he comes to her after deflecting the first sword of the Jade Seal.

-At chapter 75, the Huang/Wang's family leader connect the dots and talks to Li Yun as MC knows that he's married with the empress, but he didn't get it. When he deflects one of the swords of the Jade Seal at chapter 79, he sees his wife surrounded by officials, so he finally get it.
-From Zhuo Ruoli's side, it's Li Xue who tells her (after the girl discovers that she's the empress). In that moment (chapter 79), the city was on the emminence of being destroyed by the Jade Seal and only the rebel leader (MC) could save them, but the empress doubt that he would do that (because they're enemies), so Li Xue tells to Ruoli that the rebel leader will help her because he's the one who loves her at the most. After MC deflects the sword of the Jade Seal, Ruoli see him surrounded by true QI, showing that he's the one who save the city.

-Yeah. After MC saved the city from the four swords of the Jade Seal, he was "arrested" by Zhuo Ruoli and stayed in one room of the royal palace. When they met again, they had a long talk about each other's past and I'm not 100% sure because it was a MTL, but they had s*x (because MC says to her that he still wants to communicante with her, but in a physical way. The "next scene" was them waking up and putting their clothes)

-Li Xue is the first one of the "main cast" who finds out. She discovers that Ruoli is the empress when Chai Han and other officials protect her and talk to her as empress;
-Chai Han and Narentoya finds out that MC and Ruoli are a couple when MC encounters with Ruoli after deflecting the first sword. Chai was shocked by the fact that the empress has a man. Later on, he has a big grudge against MC because he's the rebel leader, is married with the empress and broke his sword;
-Narentoya got a mixed emotions. She was happy to see MC, but at the same time is shocked by the fact that MC looks like an "old man" due to him and Ruoli acting as a married couple;
-The people from the city notice that the guy defending them is Li Yun and they know him because MC is a known person in the city, they describe him as a handsome landlord who's good at talking.

-There's a chapter where Li Xue suspects that MC (Mr. Landlord) is the rebel leader that she's looking for, but she's afraid to ask because she doesn't want to ruin the friendship between then. MC notice that she wants to ask that questions and responds, but Li Xue couldn't hear due to the fireworks;
-Zhuo Ruoli was having a hard time as empress, because the aristocrats were pressuring her with the goal of the empress give some privileges and more power to them. She indirectly asks MC what she should do and he says to divide their group, making them fighting (politically) themselfs, she does that and succeeds. Ruoli was amazed of how MC is inteligent, wondering that he could be a good Prime Minister (MC knew how to randle that due to his work as rebel leader and had to deal with different interests) ;
-In the manhua, it's not clear why the Taoist guy started to follow MC, because he wanted to "avenge" his brother. In the novel, he reveals to MC even though his brother fought for the imperial, he was a bad person, to the point he injured his own brother (Taoist guy) in his last moments. So the Taoist guy didn't follow MC just because he's nice, he wanted to be dead (he carries a coffin with him and knows that he can't stand a chance against MC), so he made that avenge situation;
-Li Xue never asked MC if he was the rebel leader, but she deduçed that he is and ask questions assuming that he was the rebel leader (like where are the other rebels?) and he responds. So she confirms it (this happens at chapter 39) ;
-When MC talks with Li Xue about Jade Seal, he says that he still got some injuries and the girl asks if he has a "problem in his function", but she didn't get it the double meaning on her question. So MC says that his "function" still works and he had the absolutely the upper hand in his "battle" with Zhuo Ruoli.
