This is a good “slice of life” novel to casually read. I enjoyed the reading. That being said, there are few things I would note.

- In the beginning, MC has the appearance of a child. There are no big romance development here except for the mate thing.

- MCs personality... He is really often too spoiled, too insecure and too accepting. Except for a few situations where people touch his bottom line - then he became passive aggressive

- the writing can be very very repetitive. Not only the same phrase, but... more>> also the same “plot”. By the end I was already a little bored.

- some things were left “unsolved”? I expect to have some answers about things MC made a fuss since the beginning, but nope, the novel ended before.

- I felt like the author wanted to touch some “complicated” subjects, such as besti4lit1 and sus non-con, but was reluctant or just bushed off like nothing. <<less

Listen I LOVE THIS STORY!!!

I love the relationships between the characters, I also think how the language barrier is presented is super cool and interesting!

my only gripe is they way the ML gayness is implied to be because of being forced to act like a girl when he was younger. That cliche of hating or disliking women rough for me like nah bro please don't be over here saying that homosexuality comes from trauma like this is not how it works please and thank you

So far it's been slow to much complaining about going back to Japan and stuff that was so irritating.

However he seems to finally want to marry him which should happen in next chapter or so.

Just hope that the author keeps this as nice as its been so far otherwise I'll be really annoyed with a bad ending especially when I was so interested in it and spent many hours reading it.

Edit, really nice now just waiting for it to get more detailed and more sweet

This made me feel weird.

If I were to pick up a kid that I decided I'd be the guardian over, and just treated them as a child, I'd see them as a child. It didn't matter how old they were on the inside, if I were to be over 150 years old, I'd see anyone under 30 as young. Not to mention someone who has the literal appearance of a two - three year old.

Why would you fall in love with them. I don't care if it's "fate" that's just... more>> wrong. You're their guardian, they're like your c h I l d. What kind of pseudo in*est is this?

MC probably returns back to his 18 year old body but really? He's literally 18. ML is 150+. Do you see a problem with that? MC is just barely an adult.

I may only have read a couple chapters of this, but saying that you are going to get married to what seems to be a literal two year old child ain't it. <<less

Just finished binge reading the raws (anyone who can't wait for updates, the MTL translation is readable)

This story is so good, definitely worth the read, if you are put of by the fact MC is a kid, nothing s*xual happens until later when he is an adult

The author takes the time to go in depth with the characters getting to know each other and their struggles to communicate. Not to mention a certain realization that complicates things a bit at that point. I know there have been some complaints about the character being whiney, however, you get dropped into another world where everything from language to even the people are different and see how frustrated you get. Honestly I think the character handled it rather well if I do say so myself.

A lot of times the... more>> adjustment period gets dropped or plot armor is engaged in many of the stories, so to find a novel where the author goes into detail is nice. It provides an unique depth to the story, from the how the character adjust to their new life to how it affects his interactions with the world and the people around him.

I look forward to seeing what happens next!

***It has been a while (10 months since the last update). I hope this resumes or gets picked up. <<less

Hmmmm.... okay, first it's a world where mpreg is possible, thus the BL-ness stands.

Then, the people in the other world are beast people who can change to their beast forms.

Next is that MC is very different from others, both the fact he has no animal characteristics and that he has magic different and stronger than others.

... more>> Fourth, the ML is of the strongest race but his attitude is.... he has no attachments to anything, basically. Minus MC when he found out they're mates.

Pacing of the story... was painful before it reached 100+. Why? Cause MC haf problem with speaking their language. He lisped, spoke brokenly, that even reading it was tough. (praise be to the translator who worked hard to make an understandable sentence for readers).

Next problem was... character attitude improvement. The strongest race (a.k.a the ML's race) is said to be very indifferent and apathetic, both to others and even their own kind.

But in the novel, MC improved from his childish lisping, broken sentenced self to a really strong standing person once he was able to freely speak what he actually thought of. Same goes for ML's parents who actually DO have parental feelings. It's just their own child who blocked that from ever happening.

So my only dissatisfaction stems from: Main Lead. Yes, his attitude of disinterest that supposedly is due to his race, but in reality it's his own attitude. It's cute when initially we see him only being different towards MC, but to be disinterested and seeing disgust and his comrades, the King, and EVEN HIS PARENTS AND KIDS FOR GETTING CLOSE TO MC??

..... Mind-bogglingly rude and I have no words to say that will not make my thoughts on ML a negative one. <<less

This is wonderful. It's unlike the usual Japanese isekai in that the character doesn't get language and skills buffs. He's also not a doormat. He has a personality that's not gentle and amiable. (Even if others mistake him for that) He has OP "magic" but that is more developed with knowledge. He works hard to learn to communicate in the native language and he's doing better that I would expect.

He had a not-so-perfect life in Japan but also really wished to return, which makes him relatable to me. While I... more>> love transmigration stories, I would be terrified and sad suddenly whisked away from home. Needing an adjustment period is normal.

Kou was a pretty child so girls and women liked dressing him up as a girl (doll), he disliked it, so it made his relationship with non-maternal women awkward. But it was when he realised that he liked men in a sexual/ romantic was that he really saw that his discomfort around women was not based on childhood tribulations. That men would say to him "if only you were a girl" because a deep trauma for him. He kept his family and people distant from himself because he 100% expected to be regected if they ever knew he was a homosexual. He listened to people using homos*xual slurs and was hurt by it, and terrified. It's one of those rare novels that shares a gay experience. He transmigrated when he was 18, so he was never able to come to terms with himself on Earth, but he's done some work in his new world. People acceptance goes a long way in him opening up himself.

But that's all character subtext, this is mostly a cute read with Kou building a new life for himself.

They also have 6 kids! Finally an mpreg with lots of kids. This is mostly because Kou and Rodo are long lived. Their kids have different personalities and are cute.

My only gripe is that the MTL'd chapters take a bit to get used to because some words don't line up in the situation.

The story is mainly told by the alternating POVs of the two, occasionally switching to even another character's POV.

The main character is slowly learning about the world and its language, so when some dialogue can't be understood, we readers have to rely on context clues or to read the other POV. It's actually really interesting to me since it makes me want to go to the next... more>> chapter to find out more on what's being said. But otherwise, the day to day life of the main character and the main lead is really nice and I would love for this to be picked up soon!

(Maybe it might be difficult for translators because of the alternating POV switching and the main characters trying to grasp each other's language?) <<less

This was a decent story; however not enough conflict. I give this 3 1/2 stars due to the lack of serious conflict. I wish to find a similar story, with conflict, and martial arts. It was just too easygoing. I guess the primary purpose was a fluff story, but just having all the beast world and human-like characteristics with magic in the story; a pure fluff story was a bit disappointing. It needed more. All in all it was good, but still lacking. Thus the 3 1/2 stars.

I really like how the author handled the language barrier. I offer many props to the poor translator who did an excellent job with the disjointed convos.

I personally found it became quite boring after the kids came and would have liked more action rather than repetitive talk at times (more show, less tell).

But there was a very poignant scene that actually made me tear up. The later translation was fantastic.

I was procrastinating so hard that I read this. Even with that great valid reason, I had to drop this. Every other chapter is a POV of the same event. Sometimes you have 3 POV of the same event. What is even the point of that?!

sure, it helps in overcoming the language barrier issue but there are far better ways to show how the other characters feel!

Like previously stated, the MTL is readable for the most part. Unfortunately MC's babel/ language is seriously.... well, you can't guess what he's saying. which is super annoying. The pacing of this story is really slow and up until now, there is really little world building involved. This is basically your yaoi version of an isekai slice of life troupe. except you see very little actual slice of life/doing, it's mostly just confusion on the MC's part or other POVs talking about how great the MC is. I gave this... more>> a 3 because I believe the translators would probably make MC's language talk more understandable compared to MTL, so the story may be more enjoyable afterwards. But I don't really recommend reading the MTL, it kinda killed this story for me. <<less

I've spent three hours of my day reading the most broken translation of my life. I recommend all people start reading from page links at page 11, there you'll find the translations of Cha's Spoilerish... They have retranslated all the broken English from before and finished the entire story from start to finish. Their translation is the best. Not just here, but elsewhere as well. They really know their languages, both English and Japanese.

On the story side: I'm going to have to reread everything. But I've written this revue so... more>> no one else has to deal with the frustration I've just dealt with. Please like so this can be pushed on top, so more people can see this at once.

P.S. I like the story so far, the intrigue is compelling and I like the different points of view, that go from person to person. I like the main characters and am excited to see what happens next once I've caught up again. Hope you all have a great time reading and enjoy your day~ 😅😇 <<less

This is a very light read and I very much enjoyed it in the moment. I don't think the world building was enough for me to read it again, but the first time through was definitely worth it. The MC is super cute and I like how he doesn't just forget his relations in his og world and has regrets about having to live in his new life. I also like the MLs parents, but I don't especially like the ML. He feels very flat.

Never have I ever wanted to be the main character so bad, or to just be there... I’m so jealous with every mofumofu sounds are made😣

The different povs are practically the trademark for Japanese BL novels and I love it🥰 Will be patiently looking forward to the remaining chapters to binge🤍

The description really should mention it's an omegaverse Jacob Nessie situation. Basically main protag is has a child's body now and his male werecat guardian has fallen in love. And there is the potential he can get pregnant in the future. As someone who doesn't typically read this type of stuff it caught me off guard. I'm dropping it because it doesn't suit my personal taste. I only got to around 10 so take it with a grain of salt but it seemed ok in terms of writing. Translation seemed... more>> accurate. The pacing was a bit slow but that makes sense. Because of the nature of the story the author is trying to justify the harder to believe portions, like men getting pregnant, by grounding the rest of the story in reason and logic. Which means hard isekai like learning the language and culture. This usually ends up with the author either continuing this for several chapters which results in slow paced but amazing world building. Or the author gets sick of it after 20-30 chapters and goes full fantasy and logic jumps. Not rating it. I'm dropping it since it doesn't suit my sensibilities not because it's bad. <<less

Interesting plot idea but I can't read it at all. Im not a huge fan of first person pov in general but this novel in particular feels like I'm slogging through mud with each sentence. The author is very wordy.
