Please use proper spacing and paragraphs.Chen Yan travels between worlds, ending up becoming an honorable prince in a medieval fantasy world. Yet this world was not quite as simple as he thought. Witches with magical powers abound, and fearsome wars between churches and kingdoms rage throughout the land.
Roland, a prince regarded as hopeless by his own father and assigned to the worst fief, spends his time developing a poor and backward town into a strong and modern city, while fighting against his siblings for the throne and absolute control over the kingdom. Join Roland as he befriends and allies with witches and, through fighting and even farming, pushes back invaders coming from the realm of evil.

I don't care what others think of this novel but it is so LAME!
I am not criticizing the world building and the concept, I am criticizing the personality of the MC. First of all he is weak as in totally weak. Second he doesn't seem like a MC in a novel (here MC means the driving character on whom the story revolves around) its more like he is some random side character who you like having around for a time being and then poof!
Third the ramblings of the author. We all know how well that the schools, drama stages etc. Works (assuming 99% people who read the book will know about the procedure of it.) there is no need for him to drag the explanation for multiple chapters long.
In a nutshell its a waste of time. DON'T READ
-An atypical Chinese novel with English character names! And no cultivation (what is that anyway??) or secret technique books etc
-If you like the theme of MC transported/reincarnated and uses his modern knowledge to improve everything around him, this one has it in spades
-Romance that bears fruit (*wink*)
-Relatively lighthearted, meaning no gory, sickening mature stuff
-an MC you cannot find faults with
-well developed characters Cons:
-Chapters are relatively short; although this novel always has a clear, overarching plot, it doesn't have long story arcs that continue for chapters and chapters - in this way it's kind of a slice-of-life theme.

Story ★★☆ & 5/10 - The beginning of the story is fantastic, he starting to develop the technologies of the City, little by little conquering a place in the hearts of the people, of course the Propaganda in the Communist molds comes strong, but it is part of the history XD, and I must say that it was well implemented XD. You ask yourself, okay but did you give it a 5/10? The problem with this note comes from half of WN onwards, after the first war in which I won't give spoilers directly, the work takes another direction, and from then on it is completely lost. Some spoilers in case you're interested in this topic.
- I must agree with one of the reviews on the site, whenever he needs to develop something, magically a new Witch appears JUST what he needs, I personally don't bother, but the pattern is present.
- Witches not getting pregnant I thought it was too much bullshit, it could be something in the footprint of the elves who are difficult to get pregnant, and they still have to keep reading the MC saying "Wow, that's great that they can't get pregnant and blah blah", trying to find a valid reason for that, being that he is a KING and needs an Heir, besides, the moment I thought "is the MC kidding me?" that's when he wanted to do an advertis**ent to increase the birth rate in the Kingdom, MARRYING A WITCH, I thought AHHHHHHHHHH if I was in this room...
- Sleeping Island plot totally irrelevant, pure waste of time in the story, the characters could have been inserted in another way, but there had to be a whole plot on the island and blah blah, totally unnecessary.
- Dream World, after the battle with the church, and he starts to have these "powers", I found the chapters extremely BORING, totally unnecessary plot, could have simply continued with the war against the demons and it was great, BUT, let's go for one third race in between.
- In addition to Dream World, the passing in the last 300 caps is strange, he starts using technologies that were not present in his kingdom in a totally simple way, and in other chapters the MC complains about lack of material and etc...
- And the end comes with a giant load of science-fiction out of nowhere and you're like ??? It is serious? Okay, at least it's not Nanomachine's, but it still sucks.
Character ★★☆ & 5/10 - That part was what saddened me the most, it had enormous potential, but it was something totally simple, with the exception of the Side Characters (Humans), because in them you even feel that they are "palpable" they are "real" you know? If you were to complain about anyone (Human), it would have to be the MC and his passivity in certain matters. Now when you go to the Witches, it's a sad thing. Some spoilers: Humans
- MC, his passivity at certain times, he has to have a lot of c*ckroach blood to bear, especially when it involves the witches of Taquila, the "women" all the time talking with disdain of humans, even Edith humiliates them, from afar the BEST FEMALE CHARACTER, should have become Queen aff!
General: They all went through trauma at some level, with the exception of the witches of Taquila, but it's always the same background with some variations, the way that "trauma" is healed, is being accepted by humans and working with them, and only, they don't have anything else, how to relate and etc... The other variation is the power of Witch being "useless" apparently, but the MC has the right place to put this girl to work, and the Witch is neurotic of "AHHH I AM USELESS and blah blah"
- Union Witches: Scroll, Wendy (debatable) and Nightingale, have a certain more two-dimensional personality, the rest of them are even too simple, others are UNBEARABLE boring.
- Sleeping Island: Tilly is an extremely boring character, irrelevant to the story honestly, she could have put another character and removed the plot from the island, which would have given space to develop other things in the story, in addition to her personality, Tilly is unbearably selfish, skill is "meh", in relation to other characters like Andrea, Ashes, Maggie, Ify and etc... It's debatable, because on the island itself there are about 300 witches and you only read about 20 or less, of course the author has the perfect excuse that "oh they are traumatized and blah blah blah, so they don't want to go out", in addition to the many others that go to town, you barely read about any of them.
- Taquila Witches: For me they are the worst with the exception of Agatha, all the other witches, AFTER THEY LOST A WAR, they are still: look at the "commons", they can't do anything without us, they are a bunch of weaklings, IF IT WAS IN OUR TIME PEOPLE COULD SOLVE IT FAST, plus he keeps playing jokes about "aahh what if we take power again? LET'S REVIVE WITCH SUPREMACY!" as if it had worked before KEKW, another detail is that they think they are HYPER intelligent, and they don't have a third of the knowledge of the MC, having them over 400 years old.
- Anna is a boring character, is she BEAUTIFUL? YES! But it's boring, it barely has any personality, Nightingale is much better, and their romance, it's an extremely strange thing in WN, they make a deal that the reader is never told about the content, it just stays on the air, or in some moments is quoted.
- And where I REALLY found it wasted, is with the Witches themselves and the residents of the city (Humans), ok, they have their traumas, but this PLOT could have been inserted to give WN more color, at least to the witches from the Union, because it has the harem tag, but it is not the case with WN.
Art ★★★★★ - I'm going to use Manhua as a base, and I thought the arts were very beautiful XD, just so I don't leave this part blank.

Enjoyment ★★☆ & 5/10 - As I said in the story part, it started fantastic, I loved every part of the development, it's even well explained, the reason the character is doing X or Y, but after War, it becomes something cliché, which could have been done differently, or in my opinion, it doesn't even exist in WN, and in relation to "City-Building", mainly in the weapons development part, it becomes something irrelevant, the MC starts taking things off the top hat to be done, the reason is acceptable, the problem is the execution. Some Spoilers: Feminism
- Firstly, it's a CN work, if you're seeing feminism in it, you're crazy, the work is completely the opposite in my opinion, a woman in a position of power = it's a problem XD, especially when the plot of the witches of Taquila comes into play, and the ABSURD IDEA they had, you stay ??? IS IT SERIOUS THAT YOU DID THIS? AND YET WANNA CALL HUMANS "WEAK" or TREAT WITH DISDAIN? If they were f*cked, it was little.
General ★★☆ & 5/10 - I really picked it up to read it because of the high rating on the site, and having read some good reviews, but unfortunately they are not just "flowers", a lot of things left to be desired from the story to the characters, due to the number of chapters, I could have done one GREAT work, but as I said, in my opinion the author got lost in his own story, and the rush at the end trying to close all possible points is proof of that.
