The ML has mental health problem and seeing a doctor after the MC died so I understand some of his actions like lying so the MC won't leave him. Then ML locked the MC at home when he tried to leave. Also how the MC forgave the ML easily. Those are the reasons why the ratings in NU are low. Again, he has mental health problems after the MC died and even svicidal so I understand his actions. 

There's a cute pair of twins for the fluff. Also the side characters' story at the extra chapters is also cute, the AA pair of Li Chengyan and Xie Yu. <<less

I want to talk about that scene, about the adult version but I don't want to spoil but they're really emotional and will make you cry. 

There's romance but not to much but it's ok cause those babies fill everything up. Agh my kokoro, I will miss them.

Btw, it says completed but the side story feels like not cause it stopped without conclusion and also the author's note which made me disappointed cause I really want to see Nick's humanoid form as well while he still a cub so MC could carry and hug him like others.

It's about two straight (or maybe they haven't figured out yet their gender since they haven't fall in love yet at that time) guys who fell in love with each other in game.

ML is a victim while MC is seeking revenge for his cousin. MC pretends to be a girl to seduce ML then dump and embarrass him afterwards but as time goes on ML found out MC's IRL identity and still fell in love with him then he found out MC's plan, separate, start chasing then spread dog food.
