MC is a "blue star person", people who are physically weak but have strong mental strength (like guides). They are the only doctors/healers for the whole interstellar universe. They are more susceptible to sickness and face great (life-threatening) danger as they mature into an adult. ML is the emporer and is SSS rank. 

Honestly speaking the ML in this one is probably my favorite ML of all time. He comes off as a little controlling in the beginning but that's because he's been an emporer at a young age and has been one for many years (about 30 years). He's the serious and powerful type but he likes to tease MC a bit. And he's very much the reassuring type although he does keep secrets. As MC grows more into his power ML relaxes more and more and lets MC plan things as long as it's reasonable (aka making sure MC doesn't accidentally kill himself). ML is definitely not like those overbearing possessive types!

Humans are fighting against alien creatures. Once the get injured by them they become infected. Those infected have to be killed before they become an alien themselves. MC is a guide and the youngest scientific research expert in the alien research group. He also has a secret identity of being an experimental body of project X, so that he won't turn even if he gets infected (although there seems to be a limit to the ability/backlash). The ML is a sentinel whose the captain off the defense team.

MC is 3S Offensive Guide (no spirit animal) who was sent back to the past by 10 years to save humanity from the zerg. But before that he has to fight against the Guide Tower as they kidnap awakened guides to train and experiment on those who don't have a spirit animal. He and ML also fight against corrupted officials/business men who try to steal the inheritance left by ML's mother for him. Then MC and ML face the zerg.

Some things to note:

- MC joins his uncle's secret guide group that tries to save and protect as much guides as they can from the Tower

- MC becomes a public figure (as an actor) to try to prevent the Tower from making obvious moves against him

- It's a long read (250+ chaps) but I would rec to pass time. 3.5 stars.

MC transmigrates into the body of a guide that was poisoned by his family at a young age, which resulted in the body having no mental power. After MC transmigrated, he dropped out of the guide school and applied for the military academy. He slowly regains his power and becomes strong. I really liked the ML in this one. The ML is strong (obviously) and has a playful personality (yay no more emotionally ret*rded face paralyzed MLs)! It was a fun read and I'd rec this!

MC is a senior guide disguised as an ordinary person. He awakened as a kid and his spirit animal is a cat that everyone thinks is his pet from childhood. MC is a scientist working to try to create medicine that can sooth sentinels so they don't have to continuously rely on guides. Guides are b*tches in this one.

How That Guide is Loved

Status: Complete

Adult warning- lots of sm*t.

Personally I wouldn't really rec this one. It's about a guide and esper getting together. The guide however doesn't want to fall in love with another esper since the ones he were with in the past were only using him for his guiding ability. I found it went from the guide saying "no" to "yes" pretty fast with little exploration into the 'verse. So I wouldn't rec this unless you're just there for some sm*t.
