I don't know why this has such a high rating.

It is an exceedingly average, Mary Sue, video game transmigration story so far. I don't think I'm exaggerating, and here's why.

Summary:

  • A super martial-arts and disguise expert, who is also the highest-leveled, best player in a fantasy MMORPG, is also a mysterious 23-year old female.
  • She goes into a dungeon that no one else could ever beat before. Her party effortlessly beats 2 floors before they're all mu*dered by a super AI boss on the 3rd floor. After her entire party is killed, the final boss suddenly bows down to her and becomes her servant. It also gives her a gem that unlocks a door that sucks her into the game world.
Setting:

  • This fantasy world is like your typical xianxia/xuanhuan world: 4 job classes, named and numbered level systems for people, items, pets, armor, etc.
  • Powerful women are equal to men in this country, so they can take multiple male concubines. Obviously the main character will do this later on.
  • The main character transmigrated into the weak and s*upid, "tr*sh character, " oldest daughter of the #1 family on the continent.
  • She brings her storage system from the game and ALL her jewels, money, pets, and weapons.
  • Now her personality does a 180-degree change and she's super cold and mysterious.
The writing style is an "information dump":

  • Many long paragraphs with emotionless, encyclopedia-like descriptions and lists of terms, levels, background, etc. Some of these lists are actually numbered.
  • It almost feels like reading a Wikipedia entry rather than a movel. I kept feeling like they should just give up on paragraphs and turn it into bullet points.
  • You will be introduced to 9 cities, 10 characters, 10 magic beast levels, 6 equipment levels, and 4 job classes (all with unique names that have no relation to the others) within 1.5 chapters. This is not an exaggeration -- I counted. Good luck remembering any of them...
Translation:

  • I don't mean the translation is bad. It has very few errors, and a new chapter is released once a week or every few days. It's just the actual writing style that overloads you with too much information and not enough visuals or feeling.
It's possible that this novel will improve later on (after the author finishes writing ALL the definitions for everything). But I'm dropping it after only 5 chapters.

Don't bother reading it. The main protagonist is not only a total mary-sue character but the plot is full of deus-ex-machina and plot holes. Although she is described as being smart and witty, many of the things she did make no logical sense at all but somehow she makes it through the story anyway. She's also not as independent or smart as she is described in the novel. While she can hold her own fight, it is not through her own efforts and power. Pretty much all the obstacles and... more>> dangers she ever encountered were practically resolved in one way or another through the assistance from the guys around her (particularly Bai who constantly teaches and couches her). It's ridiculous how confident she is in herself despite not having much power at the beginning of the story. Needless to say, it only gets worse later on as she becomes even more OVERPOWER.

All the male characters in the novel were constantly praising how good she was or how amazing she was even though she barely did anything impressive. She could just talk her way out of her problems no matter how s*upid or ridiculous it sounded and somehow still WOW all the guys around her. It would have been fine if it was just a few guys here and there that do this once in a while but NOPE, this kept happening all the time whenever she goes to a new location. Almost all the young, good-looking, powerful male characters (even the cannon fodders and enemies) in the novel were instantly attracted to her and seemingly fell in love with her for no good apparent reason whatsoever.

As for the romance, don't pin too much of your hopes on it. IMHO, aside from Bai, Death God and Wei Mo (the main 3 guys), the romance that she has with the rest of the guys in her harem were disappointing and badly developed. To clarify for readers, she ended up having more than 10 guys in her harem. While the rest of the guys were persistently trying to chase after her and shower her with affections, most of the time, she didn't really reciprocate those feelings. In fact, she didn't even seem like she was interested in the rest of the guys at all but only gave in because of the ordeals they went through together and the stuff that they had done for her. The author didn't even bother spending much time on developing the main protagonist's romantic relationships with the rest of the guys like she did with the main 3 guys. I actually felt bad for them. : ( To top it off, many new characters kept being introduced as though they were important to the story but then got thrown away soon afterwards. You will never hear about them later on. It gets to a point that you can barely remember who is who. There were probably more than 200 characters in the story, to which over 75% of them were not relevant at all. I don't get why the author even introduced them to the story if they barely contribute to the plot anyway. The number of beasts she entered into a contract with was so ridiculous to the point it made me speechless. Literally, all the beasts introduced in the story ultimately became her contractual beasts/underlings in the end with no exception. There were also a lot of useless infodumps that adds nothing to the story, like how much each of her beasts levels up, etc. I'm not even kidding, there was legit a chapter where almost half of the page was dedicated to describing EACH of her beasts level-up (at that point, she had like over 50 beats). There were a lot of dull moments in the story precisely because of useless and s*upid infodumps.

TL;DR

  • A mary-sue protagonist that is super arrogant and overpowered
  • Character's actions often don't correspond to their description (smart character don't act smart, strong character don't act strong, etc.)
  • One-dimensional and forgettable casts
  • Too many characters get introduced and thrown away
  • Every guy in the story is attracted and in love with the protagonist
  • Badly developed romance aside from the main 3 guys
  • Infodumps that didn't contribute to the story
  • Things just happened for no reason or badly explained
  • Lot of plotholes and deus-ex-machina
  • The author kept hyping things up in the story but then never fulfils them

This is interesting novel where MC crossed another world while fighting boss. In this world, only stronger respect and treated as high, weak will treated as low. MC transmigration into weak Elder Miss. I can't wait for MC become stronger

This novel sure is unique and special. I really like this cool and badass MC. She is strong, powerful, clever, calm and capable. Even without magic, she is kickass and strong. She isn't ruthless and cold type. Male lead still hasn't appear, more ever MC don't need ml, she don't give sh*t about romance. She only think of become stronger and proudly.

It's very interesting novel. At first I though it's was going to boring but I was wrong, it's got better when MC left home to become stronger. I like... more>> how her guards become her loyal subordinate.

Even for the occasionally nonsensical genre of 'young woman transmigrates to another world where she becomes OP', this story isn't very good. The plot goes all over the place, the MC commits random mu*ders and nobody seems to care, she tells off her evil ex in a tavern and "everyone claps" for her... granted, stories about OP MCs stomping all over their rivals aren't terribly realistic to begin with, but this story is worse than average in that regard. It also just isn't written very well, with a lot of... more>> telling-not-showing, trite turns of phrase, and unrealistic dialogue.

There are a few characters that are a little interesting, and the MC being kind of a moron is a little entertaining, so that saves it from a one-star rating, but overall I don't recommend this story. <<less

I really found this novel hilarious. I laughed so much. Don't take it so seriously. It's not that type of novel. The MC doesn't act like a transmigrator but more like she's playing a game (she compares this world quite often to the game she was playing) which is why she acts the way she does and depends on others. The author set it up from the beginning; there was no way even in 100 years for her to level up on her own. In a game, if you have... more>> cheats then you use them. Why work so hard.

When she combines with her pets, it's more like having living parts (or weapons with a consciousness) you can mix and match to form different mechs.

I really enjoyed the fast pace. It kept me from being bored.

The harem of men. The more the merrier if you can handle it. Actually the men/beasts/trees/gods and every other species are very funny themselves and also black bellied.

A lot of books call their FL a peerless beauty that can take down a nation. This novel shows it. If you look that good then men and women will chase you. Words put in action. She is always being chased or mol*sted when she least expect it. When the guy pushed her down and said "You... Then take me! I'll exchange my body for those two stones!", I almost fell out my chair laughing. <<less

I am not quite into Mary-sue characters for it can get boring after awhile as it feels like playing Minecraft on creative all the time and you don't really feel how difficult the game can be. Facing enemies and challenges is as easy as breathing.

BUT the thing is I do not hate it, because we don't really have too many choices to choose from. Female protagonists with plot like these are quite rare especially with the harem plot included, I sometimes do wish we have as much choice of stories... more>> that have Female Protagonist with harem plots along with Male Protagonists lol <<less

Chinese web novel author like to make their MC as a waste material, in xianxia where single linggen (root for practicing) is a genius, they put 5-line linggen for MC, and such. But fear not! This MC has her halo/golden finger at maximum level! Kinda exciting eh..

All in all, after reading 80% of the whole novel, I feel that this is a quite good novel, but cohesion between arc kinda lacking, when you read it in one seating, the line isn't connected well. Sorry but it was terrible. Its a typical Mary sue storyline and main character (girl get transmigrated into a weak piece of tr*sh in a fictional world, becomes badass, has a ton of people pursuing her and gets a harem). First of all, the love interests all fall for her without even knowing anything about her, they're attracted to her simply because she's pretty and has a "charismatic" temperament ??! Also what's the point in reading this when the only thing that's happening is her getting powerful without even trying... more>> ? She was basically labeled a winner the moment she transmigrated with her space full of treasures. From chapter 1 - 102, she's already made 7 guys her love interests, gained thousands of admirers, and entered a contract with 500, 000 magic beasts, a noble Beastman King, The Elf King, The Elf Priest, 30, 000 Elves (a.k.a all of them), a Death God, Bai Hu, a White Winged Unicorn, Hong Jin (I think it's a fire fox), Yin (Pretty sure it's a wolf) and Wang Cai (a machine thingy). The MC is s*upid, weak and wayyy to over-confident. The author also used all the elves as cannon fodder to accentuate the MC's beauty. The MC is also somehow always able to defeat her enemies without any effort and she isn't even that strong, Bai Hu just ends up saving her and she magically ends up getting more powerful. <<less

It has such high rating because it's genuinely easy and fun to read. Even if I don't remember what the hell happened during the most of this shit, and it makes no sense at times, and proportions are wayyyy of because Chinese writers never heard of limits or even tact, but most of the introduced love interests are genuinely likable, and they have a semblance of actual chemistry with the protagonist.

There's a lot of place for improvement, but let's not kid ourselves; it's a Chinese novel, and these, while greatly... more>> entertaining, always suffer from a lineup of scarily similar problems (pacing [by gods, the pacing], overpowered characters, lack of limit as to how many enemies throw at a person, lack of actual deep relationship building between characters, arcs beginning and abruptly cutting from time to time, deus-ex-machinas pulled out of donkey's ass, ridiculous conflicts that, to us, are little more than squabbles of young children in the sandbox and readers getting slapped with new [vital] info partway into the second half of the story, to name a few).

I'm not saying this story is good. Not by English-speaking standards, at least. (I'm not also saying it's bad.) But by the standards set forth Chinese novels? Damn, this is actually some good reading material.

Also, the translators are doing their best, give them credit for that. <<less

I can't take it anymore. I had to create an account to warn others of how AWFUL this story is. I haven't read any chapter in full since about 129ish. I've been skimming to see if it gets better. Newsflash, it does not get better. And to add insult to injury, the author is so busy w*nking off to the repetitive descriptions of how hot the MC is that they literally forgets their own story. How many elements are there? Was the town/group's opinion of the main character improving the... more>> last time they saw her? How many stars is strong/impressive in this story? Doesn't matter because she's still hot as hell, everybody still hates her and undiestimates her as weak tr*sh, and the author is just gonna make something up that has no continuity anyway. The FL is ssssoooo strong and is constantly shOcKInG everyone with her strength... Well, unless of course the writer wants to insert a male love interest. At that time, she naturally has useless little floppy noodles for arms and has never cast a spell in her life.) Give. Me. A. Break.

For context, I LOVE tr*sh NOVELS. I love a good amount of face slapping and other such nonsense but this is just too poorly and I feel bad for the translator for having to expend this effort. I rated it two stars because I feel like anything less is cruel since someone did expend the effort to write but JFC save your time and read literally anything else. <<less

I think whether or not you enjoy the novel is about expectations and preference. I wanted something light and fun. I didn’t care if there were tropes or the MC was op. Therefore this was perfect for that.

I plan on reading ahead of the translations when I have the time.

I read the previous comments. And I was agree one of those comment about MC. All her achievements was all taken my granted, like contacts and skills. I haven't read a part that she desperately struggled for power/skills, all was easy granted like a spell of a magician "voala, MC got now a fire of creation" while others struggle and train so hard with efforts and time.

Wow, the ML's was had stong affection for her (enemy, alliance, or just passing by) as long as it was a young, talented man.... more>> ML's will fall for her for unknown reasons. Seriously, it was hilarious, sometimes I was thinking if this novel had a comedy genre.

Everything happens too fast, its only the initial chapters and a lot of things happened already, and not in a good way. Two, three paragraphs to describe a conflict and then the author moved on for her training, and then conflict again, and then... too confusing. You can't even feel satisfied by the face slap, or angry with the villains because is all too fast and shallow. For me, feels like someone is just putting events in a order other than telling us a real story.

1 star for the hard work of the translator, 1 star for the decent length per chapter and 1 star for the hope that this novel will get better.

Why? I am at Chapter 76 and I am already bored.

In the first couple of chapters, you will be bombarded with so much information about levels, stones, beast etc that I'm sure, you won't even remember a thing especially when you're reading several other novels of the same genre. It gets worse when the writer is yet to fully establish the MC... more>> and her character yet has already managed to introduce the men in her harem and a boatload of cannon fodders so interchangeable that it won't even affect the story when you skip to the next page.

Bottomline is, it's fast-paced and so much has happened but nothing of any significance. You'll get this feeling that the writer is trying to squeeze in all the information about this story/world as early as possible to get it all said and done. And while that isn't bad per se, it's a tricky balance. At this point, I don't know where is this going. I don't even recall what the MC is trying to do and why she's doing what she does. Too bad because that drives my interest and of most readers. When the objective and actions of the MC doesn't match, the story stagnates.

For the record, I don't mind an OP protagonist and a couple of plot holes here and there since I'm used to seeing them on webnovels. Fair warning though on people who does. I'm not even gonna start with how cringey it is when the writer describes people's 'peerless' appearance every time s/he got the chance.

I will try reading a couple of more chapters, otherwise, I'd probably drop this and change my rating. <<less

FL is your Mary Sue, badass and equipped with high OP skills and talent. Whatever you name it she's got it all. Brains, Beauty, and Talent. Heck even I would fall for her too if I met her who wouldn't.

For now, she's the reborn soul of the previous God of Creation aka Bai Hu and the other 3 Mythical Beasts previous Master. Stuff happened, they all got sealed by an unknown power and the God of Creation's soul transported to Earth. Bai Hu finally went to go find her and ends up raising her to what she is today.

Her harem is HUGE! The biggest I've seen to be exact. Any handsome guy she passes by they're instantly attracted to her. I'll list a few major and minor ones:

    • Bai Hu - 1st Husband (First one she snusnu with). He's the White Tiger and also the Boss of the Dragon Group. He's responsible for cultivating and raising FL up and transmigrated her to the current World. The strongest out of all of them, even stronger than the previous master. He is the charming, seductive, and overbearing type. FL loves him the most.
    • Death God - 2nd Husband (2nd person she snusnu with).
      No real name as of now. Super OP, not much is known about him. Judging by FL's reaction he can be the most beautiful man throughout the whole entire novel. He is very silly, naive, and loves clinging onto FL any time of the day. She loves him the 2nd most.
    • Wei Mo - 3rd Husband (3rd person she snusnu with. First was under certain circumstances but eventually accepts his feelings and accepts him). He has a split personality; one is practically a cinnamon roll and the other an arrogant and wild type. He is the pupil of Li Jing.
    • Qin Xingluo - 5th Prince of the Qin Empire. Is rough and hot temperatured, likes to call FL 'Tramp' but eventually starts to mature up later throughout the story. He is super in love with FL and went crazy when he thought she died. He gives up his status to follow her and protect her. (I feel bad for him, seems like FL doesn't like very much)
    • Shuang Ruyue - Son of Light turn Pope of the Church of Light. Holy and beautiful but cunning like a fox. He lost his older sister to the Church of Light and despises them, no known information where he is after he got his soul taken away by unknown power. (I also feel very sad for him, wish he's doing okay)
    • Lan Ruo - Elven Mage that fell in love with FL. Very innocent and sweet, he acts like FL's housekeeper and attendant.
    • Li Jing - Wei Mo's teacher aka Lord of the Capitol of Gods 100, 000 years ago and also Founder of the Church of Darkness. Strong enough for Bai Hu to notice him. Enchanting and has a very frivolous and playful personality.
    • Shang - Son of the Devil. He was imprison in their land after it got sealed off 100, 000 years ago. Silent, cold, and beautiful. He loves fighting and training. He promises to marry FL after he goes back and takes over the throne.
    • Jun Zun - Little purple dragon. King of the Forest of Death. A little boy way over 150, 000 years old always trying to seduce FL with his cuteness.
    • Tie Mu & 9 Demigods - Were once under controlled by another Demigod but was relinquished by FL. They eventually ran her businesses for her, Tie Mu was eventually made Emperor of the Five Star Empire.
    • Qi Wan Feng - Leader of mercenary group called Silver Blue now the Emperor of the Qi Empire. Very nice and kind. One of the very first people FL got acquainted with in the beginning of the novel. He's the only one willing to be her friends if he can't be her lover.
    • Yao Hong - Mix breed of human and magic beast. Has soul-capturing charm and can control space magic. Was sold as a s*ave and eventually saved by FL.
    • Zi Ji - 300, 000 year old with silver pointy ears and tail. He is the strongest 12-winged noble young master of the Plane of Darkness. Met FL and Death God in beginning of Dayu Plane.
    • Meng Long - Pale Young Man with facial paralysis, number one assassin of the Assassin League.
    • Yan Fei - Older brother of Yan Hui. Has feelings for FL. Followed her to the Capital along with his little brother Yan Hui.
    • Master Xiu - Master of Thorn Mercenaries. Not much is known as of right now. Refers to Zi Ji as 'Young Master'
    • Huo Yan - Handsome young man with countless beauties around him. The region Chaofeng's Master. Sexually promiscuous and is neither good or bad.
    • Qinglong - Azure Dragon. Pure, beautiful, peaceful and has an embracing personality. Was betrayed by the God Of Light because of his kindness. Finally unsealed by God of Death and FL in the portent plane arc. Currently with FL and company.
    • Sunrong Yijian - Handsome and effeminate general of one of the branches of the Fan Army. He is talented and domineering but also cold, ruthless, and has no shame doing dirty things to get what he wants. The only antagonistic character that has feelings for FL character so far.
    • Tiancan - The plane that was guarding the sealed Azure Dragon. Ends up following FL and contracting with her.

And a few more minor characters here and there with slight admiration and attraction for FL but they weren't as important or showed up as much so I didn't bother listing them. Too much OP enhancements, skills, equipment, items, and beasts. But the author set up the novel quite well such as her playing in a private server with all these godly cheat items. So it correlates very well when she transmigrated to the current realm just fine. She still has limitations and knows that although what she has is good, there are even better and more godly items/people/places/etc out there.

There are lots of repetition that eventually you start getting annoyed of. For example, her beauty/strength/charm/blah blah. Or every single character that sees her would have this I-haVe-To-GrOw-StRonGeR-oHh thought/attitude. Or Death God's clinginess (as much as I adore him). Or her always gotta repeat how she feels about this or that character. It's like okay, I get it author

*rolls eyes* and just skip through.

Author does a pretty good job world building for a novel that has less than 1000 chapters, this is pretty good it doesn't drag on and on for 3000+ chapters like other cnovels with similar world builds. The Main arcs are steady and the minor arcs and side stories end quickly without making you too bored. It keeps you entertained each step of the way to make you want to read more.

Author does a great job character building too. However this only pertains to FL and the handsome male characters. All the other cannon fodder are tr*sh and cookie cutters. The females are only there to put emphasis on the FL's beauty and uniqueness and why all these handsome male birds are so in love with her. All these other ugly males are scum and wanna lavish and r*pe FL but gets their ass whooped by FL and co. I do have to say though, some of the minor characters the author could've just opted out and the story would've

flowed just fine. It's just unnecessary waste for them to come and go and then the readers end up forgetting about them. I had to keep a list of the characters just to remember who's who.

So far not bad as of right now. I'll come back and update my finally thoughts once I reach the end of the novel, we'll see how things go from here on out but I would recommend it. <<less

LOVE IT!

This story is one of the best transmigration stories that I've read. The translation is also top-notch and with little to no errors at all. Now, about the story, I just love how strong the character of the FL is. She is just refreshing to read compared to those FL's who only know how to act as damsels'-in-distress. She is surrounded by very-"god-like in terms of power and appearances"-male characters but she still solves her problems on her own and fights her own battles, not depending her safety to... more>> any of her men. Ok. It's a really interesting story. There are a lot of entertaining aspects, but there are also some s*upid parts. I'm barely halfway through the book and I can't remember who is who.

Edit- So I got to chapter 205 and I must say that even though I'm desperate for stories with similar genre as this one, I can't take it anymore. So I'm taking a break and possibly re-reading it later. (The fact that I have to take a break should tell you something. It's a tedious book to read.)... more>> <<less

Its quite a good one. But I think the MC is quite dependent on her beasts and white tiger. I mean white tiger does every single for her and though her isn't strong enough all she had to do is to fuse with beasts. I mean in this super powerful beasts help her become powerful and everyone falls in love with her, I know its a reverse harem but seriously its missing the emotional part.
