I agree with the comment above by Dizaster about the FMC. I usually enjoy novels similar to this one no matter how ridiculous the FMC is or the plot itself just because its a form of entertainment for me. BUT. This is one of the few novels where I am annoyed with the FMCs character. The only saving grace that keeps me going would be the ML. In my opinion he's too good for the FMC. I could even imagine that this novel can be used as reference for world... more>> hopping transmigration novels where someone will save the ML in the story or the world novel itself from the Original FMC. Like seriously someone send help to that novel when the MC transmigrates.

Whew... sorry for the long rant. <<less

I know it's too early to review this but I am really not a fan of the MC, she's too narrow minded. After transmigration, she accepts the family as her own but is rather obstinate about ML. She doesn't take into consideration his circumstances or opinions and is adamant about her 21st century ideals. I don't know how she became an editor with that s*upid, rash and rigid personality of hers. On the other hand, ML is rather observant and intelligent and notices her differences and rather early on forces... more>> out her secret which makes him furious as MC sees him as some cruel and vicious character written in a book rather than a living person who has spent a lot of love and effort into their relationship (ofcourse not romantically) which is totally justifies as you would feel the same if the person who you felt was his life's compensation for the brutality, pain and sufferings he had to get through all these years. Seriously I think that's what makes the novel's rating so low. The MC might improve later on but still I don't like her so I quit <<less

The MC is too s*upid. I hate how she kept blaming ML for a single mistake and treating him as a vicious person. Half of trauma is given by her. I wanted to beat her so much. The most annoying MC ever. I can't even continue it after c35.

It actually started really well and make me willing to MTLing. But I get really annoyed by the MC. She's so rash and s*upid. It's ok to be naive and pure when she is living in the village. But she is still so s*upid even after she went to the capital and married the ML. She kept falling into people's schemes and dragging the ML down. so s*upid... so s*upid... I can't take it anymore and decide to drop this novel in chapter 82.

Gave up at around chapter 50. The MC was too annoying. She treats the ML as just a book character. When the ML took revenge on some annoying villagers, she decided that the "evil general" character setting was unchangeable and treated the ML with prejudice despite all the kindness he showed her and her family. She's also a terrible damsel in distress. She keeps running into danger despite knowing that there's nothing she could do to help and would more likely make the situation worse.

To be honest, I read this... more>> more for the ML and the MC's brother and father. The ML fell in love with her supposedly because she was kind to him, but the ones who were actually genuinely kind to him were her brother and father. The MC was too busy being guarded against him for being a future evil general and confronting him for hurting others (despite the fact that he was doing it for her) that if the ML were to blacken, it would probably be her fault. <<less
