Bai Lian, the eldest martial sister of the Qiongming peak of the Duxian sect, is as pure as jade. and unparalleled in beauty. She is known as a Natural Saint and is sought after by thousands of people.

One day, she suddenly remembered the memory of her previous life. This world was actually an r18 gal game called the Battle of the Gods.

Her master, An Lan the reincarnated Immortal Heaven Lord; √

Her second martial sister, the future Holy Spirit Goddess; √

Her third younger martial sister, the rebirth of the Rebellious Shura; √

Her fourth younger martial sister, the future Dragon God of War; √

Her fifth martial sister, the future God of Martial Arts; √

And she, the eldest martial sister, was a [b*tch] and [white lotus flower], who had a villain system and could become stronger by bullying her martial sisters, and had as many as 108 death endings in the original game!

┌(。 Д。) ┐

Bai Lian was speechless.

[Every dog has its day, don’t look down on me!]

“I will be quitting cultivation!!!”

Bai Lian gave up the struggle.

……

Several years later, Bai Lian sighed:

“Can you women with the protagonist models stay away from me!” “I am not a Natural Saint!”

It is my personal opinion that this novel is pretty darn good.

Yuri, harem, funny misunderstandings (contrary to all the novels with annoying misunderstandings), nice comedy, great climaxes/epic moments.

It does drag out a bit sometimes, but it's a minor issue imo.

Oooh, this is finally being translated? I read up to 600 chapters on a mtl website and I quite like it. In the game, ... more>>
Spoiler

the character Bai Lian was a "genius senior sister" whose actually pe*vert lesbian that abused her seniority and r*ped her junior sisters which gave them trauma + their already tragic backstory = OP heroines. In the game there were like 108 routes and she died in every single one of them.

[collapse]
Luckily, our protagonist Bai Lian regained her previous world's memory before all that terrible sh*t happened right when she was picked up by her master at 15. 3 years later was when she finally gained her golden finger, however, is also when the plot finally begins. Her golden finger is a choice system which gives rewards base on what Bai Lian chooses; the better the reward, the more dangerous it is. Bai Lian is trying to stay away from game Bai Lian as much as possible because 1) she doesn't want to die, 2) she is now their senior sister so she has to keep her reputation. However, the system is always trying to tempt her into making bad choice using high rewards. I really enjoy this novel since actual cultivation yuri is rare. Gets a little repetitive but that's how Wuxia are. I like her Junior sisters, she gains them one at a time after saving them. One thing, they all have in common is that they're fighting for Bai Lian's affection. Actually, most of the women Bai Lian saves ends up falling for her. side note: although it says Harem, I'm rooting for master/teacher end goal. While the Junior sister manage to sneak some feet washing, bu*t touching, hugging, cheek kiss, etc, they were always the ones doing it. Her master is the only one that Bai Lian wants to do it too. I don't actually mind this one being a harem actually. <<less

I'm MTLing this right now and it is interesting so far! The gist of the story is already told in the summary but basically our MC Bai Lian is reborn with memories of her past lives where she's died in nearly 108 endings because she was following tasks set by a villainous system which rewarded her highly by doing despicable things to her junior sisters. Knowing her mistakes from before, this time Bai Lian is determined to lay as low as possible and subvert the system tasks so that she... more>> doesn't end up in calamity in the unforeseeable future by offending powerful godlike protagonists. Unfortunately, everyone in this world thinks she is a natural born saint and thinks she is much more powerful than she really is. It puts our MC in a lot of tricky situations where she has to figure out a clever way to conceal her actual status while still being able to avoid most challenges thrown against her. This is the the draw of the story to me. It's just an extra extra bonus that it's also Yuri and potentially a harem? So far, Bai Lian only has one junior sister that she's training but it seems like everyone that she interacts with falls in love with in her some way based on her inadvertently trying to ignore them. It's actually hilarious. I'm also quite pleased that the MC can just openly admit her preference for women so early on!

Spoiler

She just admitted she likes women when one of the female characters, a saint from a rival sect wants to ask if she'd want to be a Taoist companion with their Holy Son. This saint is low key infatuated with her ever since Bai Lian saved her two years ago from some Ghost Demon while on her way to run an errand.

[collapse]

The misunderstandings and the other characters' justification for her actions in order to fit it with their world view of her as this perfect being is just so entertaining to me. I highly recommend this if you're looking for some new Yuri cultivation novels. A light read so far, no angst and nothing too heavy, but that may change. I will update this review if I run into anything different. <<less

The group puts up volumes on kindle before slowly releasing the chapters for free, so I read much farther than NU lists.

This series has its serious moments and climactic battles, but the author knows that it is a comedy at its core and it shows. The fights are straightforward and often feed into recurring jokes.

Despite being a reincarnated into a game novel, the author does not limit themselves to the game's setting. Of the 6 volumes I read, only three were about characters from the game. The MC (Bai Lian)... more>> skipped most of the game's dialogue, so the author only really relies on the trope to give basic background on events + characters and assess how much skills / items are worth. The butterfly effect also quickly derails events Bai Lian are involved in, so the series feels much more natural than others of its genre.

One of my favorite things about the novel is the wide cast of characters. As I mentioned above, half of the volumes have been about characters who were not involved in the game. Each volume also tends to introduce a few side characters, many of which are foreshadows or come up in later volumes as well. While the main characters become a bit passive when it's not their volume, the author does a good job of keeping them present and involved.

PS: The author does not drag on the secretly-weak gag for too long as some novels do.

Bai Lian is always overestimated by her surroundings but still grows into her reputation as a natural saint. Instead of remaining a helpless weakling like in the game, she grows stronger and gradually becomes able to hold her own in fights. She has decent knowledge of cultivation. She can't do everything since she isn't a Mary Sue, but she isn't helpless either. <<less

TL;DR : A funny story about a villainess with a game system and some Yuri thrown in. Translation is okay. Not great, but comprehensible.

The concept is simple. The female lead is a villainess in a cultivation game with hundreds of death flags. One day she remembers a past life and learns she is in a game, and hence gets a system. A troll system that repeatedly tempts her or sometimes even pushes her to do bad things to those around her for epic rewards; Only the rewards are so epic... more>> because the suggestions will have disastrous results on her well being, so our reincarnated lead does her best to avoid the temptations and the traps.

Another element of the story, probably also enhanced by the troll system, is that everyone assumes the FL is much stronger than she really is, which puts her in fun and awkward situations where she needs to bluff her way out of battles. Very fun, give it a try. <<less

The novel is easy to read and have quite funny fetish (mostly feet).

While I didn't expect much when I started it, but it entertain enough to made me continue it in MTL after I finshed volume 8. It was a satisfied ending, and a simple happy ending.

What I feel about this story, based on the chapters I've already read, is that I like the way it's not heavily focused on the fighting scene but rather on the system and the characters' interactions. Also, the misunderstanding part and the troll really played well in this story.

Give it a try!

My first time reading a Yuri type novel.... And I enjoyed it...

It is a Xianxia Slice of Life style novel... I like the FMC so much, the comedy is good...

Idk if this novel would have worked, if Protagonist is male.. Being Female has its own plus point...

Don't expect action nor deception nor drama... It is Just a plain Xianxia, Slice of Life, Harem and Foot Fetish?

The story doesn't take itself that seriously which I like because it's honestly just so ridiculous and funny. It's a simple enough idea with a lot of potential and I'm enjoying myself so far

I first read the translated volumes, and finished the rest through a Machine Translate site.
Yuri, Harem, Comedy, Gradual strength gain, high and low moments.

I have to say, I didn't expect anything much when I started it, but the ending of 937 chapters+ simply left me breathless and yearning for more. But it was a satisfied ending, a complete explanation of the events (even through the difficulties of the MTL site), and a simple happy ending.

10/10 would recommend.

It is a pretty lighthearted read in a sense that the novel doesn't really focus on combat like most cultivation novels. It mainly focuses on relationships between the MC and other people around here as well as her system. The translation team also does a really good job with the translations. Overall its a pretty good read on the side.

Never thought I'd enjoy this novel as much as I have in the past few days. It may not be groundbreaking or a masterpiece, but it's written well and has it's fair share of good moments. I wholeheartedly recommend that everyone gives the novel a try!

The novel is decent and pretty easy to read. Everything is good and sound but the novel fails in its main objective "to hug junior sisters thigh"

In the middle of the story, MC becomes overly strong and independent. The battle is full of struggle and tears but there's a problem. From every battle, the MC became stronger and stronger while all of her junior sisters were still stuck at the entry power level. The author has no way out but to add a side story to boost the junior sister's... more>> level by +10 repeatedly but it still fails to catch up in a reasonable time frame. The novel turns into a story about the senior sister soloing all the bad guys and overly protective of her junior sister instead.

The reward choice mechanic also has a small problem. The author took a lot of time to explain every epic reward in detail just so that the MC will never choose it. When there's a time the MC has to take a risk unrelated to the reward benefit, it's too much of a coincidence for it to be the thing that she needs. It's understandable that there's a huge risk associated with a great reward. And for some silly risk of being beaten by her master in exchange for great power with no possibility of death, she never took it. Sometimes, in any RPG genre, you will have to take it just to make your character build work.

Master Ah Lan also has a major plot hole. The MC claim that if her master flex too much it will expose her immortal title due to her unique spear or healing skill set. It's even more unreasonable for someone at the pinnacle of immortality, complete with 8 avenues, plus vast knowledge in many secret arts, array, ETC. To be unable to use any other means to win a fight and not expose yourself.

Anyway, the MC is cute and the interaction between the sisters is interesting. The novel is great up to about chapter 700. After that, from chapter 750 to 900, it's filled to the brim with junior sister's side stories and MC is also the one that has to solve it at that. At this moment, the dependable MC is already the strongest in the world. The author has no choice but to summon handicapped immortals down from the upper realm to keep something ahead of the MC. <<less

It's a pretty light comedy/harem cultivation novel.

I normally find misunderstanding-based comedy pretty annoying in this kind of novel because of how overdone it is, and in combination with a generic harem I would have expected to dislike this, but I actually find it pretty enjoyable. It's not absurdly exaggerated. It's also nice to have a protagonist who has a relatively normal personality, not a doormat, not a psychopath, not a flawless saint. She is kind of a Mary sue though. The protagonist is female and the harem is yuri, but... more>> it's one of those where you could pretend the MC was male and nothing would really change, so don't set your expectations too high in that regard.

In conclusion, not a masterpiece but an nice read nonetheless, recommend if you're into the genre. <<less

I'm just leaving my honest thought on the novels listed by novelupdates, after browsing the yandere tag for a while I noticed that chinese novels with yuri/yaoi or reverse harem tend to get 5 star reviews by virtue rather than actual quality. Like from the synopsis, our MC is a mary sue and it's like every other typical 'villain is misunderstood (?) tsundere who actually loves ppl they wronged but cannot admit their wrongdoings for xyz reasons and every bit of their action is retroactively justified by the narrative and... more>> their cover gets blown by a love interest typically by 'accident/stalking'. I still don't get how people just enjoy the same boring formula but genderbend. <<less

May not be the best story out there, but it's one of those that I find myself re-reading again and again. A story where character help each other create a better future never fail to bring a smile and satisfactory.

It is lighhearted but also has depth, twists, and hedonistic delights. I like that Bai Lian (mc) slowly changes from desperately trying to avoid death to geniunely caring for others character, and there is little to no angst, which you would usually find in these types of stories. The fact that... more>> she knows what she wants and goes for it, as well as being capable of analysis and scheming is a plus for me. <<less

Not sure what to say, it's a superb Novel and a fairly unique one at that in how its written.

Like the synopsis states, Bai Lian finds herself occupying a morally bankrupt MC in a R18 yuri game.

She also gets a system which constantly tempts her with very good rewards (one of the more interesting things about the novel :P).

Initially she only wants to survive, but as the story progresses her goals and choices slowly changes.

I don't know what to say without spoiling, but go read it. Seriously. It's a gem.
