Ok, this isn't bad but it's also not amazing. It's a rather poor idea of romance, as it's just a yandere and his possession. The face slapping is ok, the FL could be more involved with it but with a powerful ML it's all about holding thighs. Sometimes the ML even gets mad when she does things by herself. Often it seems the original leads in the worlds she visits are discarded by her midway and we only get the summary of their bad endings which eventually play out. Sometimes... more>> you get more details, but usually by the end of each arc she can't be bothered with the original leads.

She does work hard to gain her own skills though, so the skills she is given by the system aren't taken for granted, she works hard to own them.

If you're in this for smut (based on the description), you'll be disappointed as any s*x mentioned is more about possession than any pleasure. Half the time she ends up closing her eyes, turning her head away, and dead fishing it while he bites her until she bleeds. Every new world he is like a rabid dog, inexperienced and determined to mark her. Sure, HE gets pleasure out of it, while she's in pain, telling him to slow down, or passes out and he CONTINUES. Then we get the line that while he's inexperienced, he's a dude so midway he suddenly awakens his instincts and figures out how to make it pleasurable..... I have no words lol.

Every first time has so far been painful because there is, once again, no real foreplay. There is no real dirty talk either, just him working her over until her body agrees and off he goes. You don't see her approach him voluntarily for s*x, it's always he's hot and needs you to agree to prove his possession. She says no, then he finds her newly sensitive spots and bam, in he goes. I can count the number of times on one hand she has woken up afterwards and been comfortable.

You can say he held back and didn't force her N number of times, but that doesn't change the fact almost every s*xual experience here seems forced. Sometimes she is even forced to compromise and agree to the experience just so she isn't taken outside in public. At times I questioned why I was still reading, it was that uncomfortable.

We only get the emotional line when the system pops up and reminds us: oh yeah, you enjoyed that, I could read your emotions. (... I have no words. If you can't write intimate scenes please don't lol).

Ok, now for some real talk. I see this type of relationship a lot in Chinese romance novels. The possessive ML who pampers her to heaven, sees a small (imagined or otherwise) transgression, overreacts and punishes the FL (usually using their bodies against them), then proceeds to the apology phase and then back to pampering until he is set off again.

THIS IS NOT OK. THIS IS A TYPICAL ABUSIVE CYCLE. If this is you in real life, if this relationship describes your partner's attitude towards yourself, that is not love. That is abuse. Doesn't matter if they're a man or a woman.

Please, remember this is a work of fiction and should not be applied as a standard to IRL relationships. No should always be no and respected as such. s*x should not be a punishment, or used against you to bend you to your partners will. The highs do not cancel out the lows here, they don't make it better, or invalidate how you felt when the lows happened.

I know some may think this is totally irrelevant to a review, but it isn't. I hope this is a wake up call to someone who needs it so they can seek help. Just because you read it in a 'romance' novel does not make this an OK or normal dynamic. Romance is a partnership, not a relationship between owner and possession. This novel should not be your justification that this is ok, because it isn't.

This is a work of fiction.

-2 stars because of the s*x and how laissez faire the face slapping is at times. It's just your average yandere who is bad at s*x for everyone but himself. <<less

Wow so this one didnt even reach 3* lol

The stories are decent, heck this is one of my fav QTS novel tbh. I dont really like reading things that exceeds 150 chapters but since this one is a QTS, I just gave it a try. And boom! It's great! And this is R-15, has xx scenes but not smut.

The story's range is pretty big, going from modern, ancient, cultivation, apocalypse, sci-fi etc.

Well, it depends whether you take it as a leisure read or mix it up with real life events.... more>> Not everyone drinks the same type of tea, so yeah.

FL is OP. Basically because of her 'heroine halo', cheats and ML being a 'god' in every arc. She is also hardworking & dont rely 100% on the system, so thats a plus. After encoutering ML 2 times in a row, she became expectant in a way that she didnt even realize and that hopefulness later becomes attachment and love for ML. She's pretty slow to realize that she actually falls for him, mainly because the reason she jumps from world to world was because she wants to find her RL mu*derer, so that's why she didnt really bother much about other things. It took a while for her to actually chase him, but it did! Though it is basically during the few last arcs lol basically in all arcs, ML is the one who falls for her first.

The 'yandere' ML is consistent in every arc, which is yandere, though it depends on his character's setting in every arc, he can be an excessive or mild yandere. Even if he's in diff shape, race or type, he is still the same person and I really like that the author make his character consistent; his, behavior, stickiness, cooking etc.

Though it pretty saddens me that this one didnt even reach 3*, I have to respect other people's evaluation because like I said before, not everyone will like the same kind of thing.

But if you want to give this one a try, mtl is pretty easy, considering that the TL team stops translating this novel. <<less

Another one of those stories where it's just all right, nothing amazing, I also don't hate it.

This author wrote another webnovel I read with a heroine who's an absolute f*cking idiot, so to say the least, this FL was a refreshing change of pace from that other webnovel because at least this FL had at least 1 braincell, while the other FL in her other novel has about -100000 braincells. Interestingly enough though, this was written before that other novel, which just bewilders me.

However there is one thing similar to... more>> both these novels.

The FL in the first arc didn't really shy away from banging her (non blood-related) brother, but the second arc came around and she suddenly began acting like a scandalized virg*n who'd never had s*x before. Like what? She literally banged her brother who, while she knew was unrelated to her, pretended not to know, and she had absolutely no issues with this. But suddenly arc 2 comes around and she's like ohhh nooooo soooo scaaanndallousssssss like WHAT.

So yeah then the FL just became the same idiot like this author's other story.

Anyways the other arcs were okay. Like others have said, the FL had the golden finger of the ML to rely on for everything, so I feel like she honestly doesn't do much? Other than be with the ML and cry about how scandalous having s*x is. Like, some of the arcs were better than others, and some of the settings were relatively interesting I guess. So I didn't hate it. Other than, ya know, all of the bad "nooo but actually yes but noooo but actually yes" Japanese AV-esque responses from the FL.

Literally in one chapter she cries and is like 'don't do this to me I'll hate you' so the ML, who was poisoned with an aphrodisiac, is like ok I'll restrain myself and then literally the next second she's like no wait let's do the mattress mambo like WHAT??? WHAT IS THIS LOGIC.

SIGH.

And yet. I still read it all.

It was alright. It's not the best quick transmigration story, but it's not the worst either.

The MC really irritated me when she kept nor recognizing the ML in every arc even though she knew that he would stick to her and be really clingy in every arc and she would sit there and be like "it's not him". :/ Like it was super obvious he was the ML. She did that up until the very end of the story except for the final arc. It was infuriating.

Also, her passing out... more>> every time they have sellcs (s*x) was absolutely ridiculous. That also irritated me.

I did skip like 2 or 3 arcs because I didn't really like it, but other than that it was alright. <<less

Why is the rating here so low??

it's a good novel! I've been enjoying it. I've read a lot of QT novels, and I never like to compare arcs between them. I quite like the arcs here.

i like how the romance is fast paced lmao. In the very first arc, I was like woah he kissed her already that was fast and the rest of the arcs are almost like that and I liked it because I'm not really a fan of shoujou things

this one is pretty mature!! Some r rated... more>> scenes but not descriptive enough for it to be considered as smut. (I liked this too, there is not enough mature QTs)

there are arcs that made me so sad even though it's a happy ending, but so far I have skipped none so it's pretty good

the only thing though is that the author is very fond of non-blood related siblings lmao. It' in like 3/9 of the arcs so far. I'm fine with it but some people might be uncomfortable since in the very first one it was not mentioned if the brother already knew they were not blood related before he made his move. (But they didnt grow up together) in the second one they grew up as twins and only did ambiguous things when the bro knew they weren't blood related
