Yuge, a 37-year-old virg*n OB/GYN, is visited by a man complaining of pain and bleeding in his lower abdomen. He is Iwamoto, a burly young carpenter.

Yuge is at a loss as to the cause of the bleeding. Because no matter how many tests he performs, the symptoms lead to only one possibility: “A man with perfectly functioning ovaries and uterus.”

It's hilarious.

It's not your typical Japanese BL where the characters are too kind, too timid, or too obsessive. Not cringey either. Seriously, reading JP novels (or watching their live action) almost always ended up leaving me with a cringey feeling.

I love the way the author portrayed the characters' feeling. I can somehow relate to it. How the seme helplessly fall in love, how he keep wanting to do his best to the uke, the inferior feeling... It reminds me of my days when I used to like a girl... more>> lmao. It just happened. Beyond your realization. You don't know why you feel or act that way. You don't say, "Oh, I'm falling in love with them." at first or second meeting.

The author take their time to develop the characters' feeling. I RARELY feel chemistry between characters in BL novel, but reading this, good job author. Just as JenAr said, I can feel their chemistry. <<less

So, right now I am at ch. 8, it is all full of the inner dialogue and thoughts of the Seme, but I like this cutie bara Uke, he is quite a softie and kinda feeling the chemistry of romance between these two.

I must say. That art drag me to read this novel. Art of pretty seme and tough uke. I thought it was a manga at first. But the link got me here. So... this novel got 30 chapter. And it was spicyyyyyy... it has smut!. So kids under 18 go away.

I won't say this novel is well written. It has it own flaw, there some plot hole, ect but the story setting, how author make the mpreg thing make sense. It just pushing something big from that hole pretty weird tho.

As for both character.

MC inner dialog is.... how to say this.... emotional. Like a roller coster. Sometime its too dark and depressive. Huhu. So beware.

Normaly in others novel, seme's is far more superior and outstanding but this one the MC is the seme... super sensitive one, low Self-Esteem, so full of feeling, he cried if it too much. The shou/ ML more 'better' with emotion but who knows this novel is on one side perspective only. It refreshing to read the seme characteristic not that almighty and has paralyzed face all time. He quite possesive, jealous (but everyone like that eh it was human instinct afterall) and he thinks wayyy to much which lead to depressive episode.

As for ML he has his own struggle, his own charateristic. They go a girl in the end in story. Ending a bit rushing to.

There alot I want to write but I'm lazy. So I give 3.5

It is a very sweet story and a short read that can be read in a day, but I don’t like the sudden time skips and ending. I loved the story for the character development and it’s positive relationship and problems people might face. The story made me feel better.

This is such a funny and sweet story. Highly recommended. It’s nice to see how the MC grows out his shell and learns to love and try new things. The ML is absolutely the sweetest. Patient and caring.

If you need something sweet you're in the right place, it's like a delicious cup of tea.

We see a novel from Seme's perspective, which is already different.

The story just has some depressing moments (Seme is very insecure) It has a cute development, it's sweet, sweet and sweet.

Uke is perfect and I love how they manage to talk and understand each other.
