With only one chapter, it's a bit hard to rate this novel low- especially since there's nothing really problematic from the first chapter. Instead, here's a list of things I enjoyed so far:

• • The Mob/Villainess Protagonist, Marilyn, has a backstory given to her. There's a reason why she acted the way did in the novel, because honestly "good/evil for the sake of being good/evil" trope is boring

• • MC and FL have a nice relationship that isn't forced or overbearing. It's just two, cute, good friends. I can always get behind non-toxic relationships
  • The translation was also easy to get through :>

I just hope the ML and other love interests are interesting and have good chemistry with Marilyn~

I’m enjoying this so far. Can’t say much for the plot, and the only characters I can talk about is MC and FL. Their friendship reminds me of a post, something along the lines of “You know you’re best friends when everyone questions if you’re in a homo-romantic/erot*c relationship.” Lol MC’s narration of her friendship w/ FL is hilarious, they actually seem like most bffs I know in real life.

It’s also nice to see the villainess and heroine (who’s original relationship is of that as friends) as actual friends. FL... more>> doesn’t seem like a green tea bítch, and MC seems chill so far w/ funny antics towards FL, as we can see in the first 2 chapters and the summary.

I’m looking forward to reading more of the plot, character interactions, development, etc. If the OG translator dropped this story b/c they’re too busy, I hope another translator finds it interesting enough to pick up. <<less

man, the translator is just soooo good, the story is good, I really like it (and I dont like the ML, I want marylin stay with lariensa forever (these two are sooo cute together<33)

I won't make this review that long, Not wanna make you guys bored so I'll keep it simple at that; so the novel is really good, even better compared to the Manhwa I suppose, still so both are great in it's own way of presentation, Just that the novel is more specific and gives you an amazing point of view from the Mc's Pov, also because the translation is pleasing and easy to read, that I enjoy it with every turning page of chapters. And this is a very refreshing read :> reminds me of insosLaw but it was ruined because of too many second Male lead syndrome (no I meant it's harem that the other guy just end up alone, (very heartbreaking)

Anyways, I love Yandere... more>> Male leads, that generic trope which ML goes obsessed over the FML but not going too overboard which is somewhat s*upid and dumb, So Just a decent Obsessive affection for the FML is still okay for me, And here in this Novel, I must say that I love the second male lead (very sweet and caring) infact he cares about our MC alot, he's a Cute tsundere as well by the way, despite so; he is very straight forward with expressing his feelings, regardless --- The Author actually did a really great job making the FML's personality fit compatibly with the Male Lead's personality which makes them a perfect match, that I gradually started liking the Male lead, who in the start was generally the bad guy (lol), I crave for the interaction between the two and I smile with every sentences They both exchanges with each other in every conversation, Infact they're both so hilarious🤣 when they fight of course, considering how much hatred our MC holds for the Male Lead, I love the web novel so bad, hopefully I'd be able to buy an actual copy of the book, if there's one :3

this is very fast paced but not dissapointing and infact it's really entertaining<3 beware of the jealousy tag, but I don't suppose it has one, but I love how both candidates (second and main Male leads) gets jelous and would really express themselves 🤣🤣 The Male lead Sibel Is very persistent about our Marilyn that he won't leave her alone, infact he never listens to most of her complaints and take things his own way.

You can't really help it but love both 2nd ML and Main ML, just blame author for making the two candidates so endearing:') srsly.

When reading the synopsis of this novel, the impression I had was of a light and fun story and I have to say, my intuition was right. The interaction between Marilyn and Lariensa is adorable and a lot of fun! The 'former' Marilyn could be characterized as a villain due to the evil intentions in her heart, when in fact, the ML that has the distorted nature here (although we still don't have many details about his secrets). The 'new' Marin identifies Lariensa's good heart and really values it. She... more>> doesn't have a well thought out plan or a scheming mind, but she wants the best for the heroine. Lariensa is not silly, she is only naive and considering the 'world' in which she lives, it is not atypical to expect this from her. In addition, Emily, Natalie and Violet are important characters too and each has a personality that fits the story perfectly.

In fact, I couldn't help but die laughing when I read chapter 13, Violet's election speech was so funny! Please enjoy Flameu's work and vote for at least 3 stars! <<less

This novel is one of my favorites, although I'm always dying for (faster) updates. I don't think it's extraordinarily amazing, but somehow I've become so attached to it that I couldn't not rate this four stars. I have a fondness for school life/romance novels, even more if it's both--and this is both. This is great!! I was sad to hear when the first translator stopped at chapter 2 (especially since the translation was great) However, after I heard that someone else picked this novel up, I was so happy! The translations are also very accurate and well written and translated. All I am going to say is that this novel is a one of a kind! (In a good way Lmao)

I've really enjoyed reading this one, surprisingly its not the MC that has me in stitches its her friends lol I really love them.

Every character is interesting, engaging, easy to digest, even the "obvious scum" gets a back pat because hes fuel for others to feed off, he makes them shine more.

I love their interactions with each other, its not too over the top but certainly YouTube/tiktok worthy if anyone took the time to film those golden moments.
