Hilarious premise.

The whole world becomes entangled with supernatural phenomenon, ghosts and psychics. But our resident protagonist is completely normal, unable to see ghosts or psychic abilities.

The interesting thing is that while completely unable to sense supernatural stuff, he is also completely immune to it.

The story seems to be heading in the direction of everyone thinking he's some super op psychic in disguise, while our protagonist has to pretend to understand what's going on

This is one of the BEST and most amusing misunderstanding stories, despite being set in a dark, urban horror setting where humans have developed powerful psychic/shaman abilities and fight for survival against malevolent spirits, often to grim and bloody results. The MC is immune to psychic powers, can't see ghosts, and his touch can heal severe spiritual afflictions and corruption of the soul, leading to people misunderstanding him as a powerful figure or even a messiah. I checked this out because of the translation site and it was surprisingly good. Some light hearted absurd comedy, it's a good read if you just want something to spend your time with. The world building is surprisingly good, the world of spiritualists is fairly fleshed out and you get to see a clearer and clearer picture of the political landscape as the story progresses.
