So. I gave this rating of 5 stars only because I found the story so far hilarious especially the MC's powers andI want to see more chapters released. Once there are more chapters I will probably modify the rating.

So the story so far is basically, MC works his entire life to be able to buy himself awakened status. Only to get the lowest rating in the world and a weird class. FFF Building Owner. He gets laughed at and gets beaten, and eventually out of a sesnse of revenge he... more>> enters an F grade dungeon (think it was F don't remember) and almost dies to a dog monster, but then he enters a destroyed building and receives ownership of that building and then charges fees to the dog. And then because the dog has no money he gets to own the dog as an underling. <<less

So far the story has been quite funny. A man spends pretty much all of his savings hoping to become someone of even mild importance in society but ends up awakening to a never before seen class that everyone thinks is garbage. With his first building and underling obtained in an F class dungeon, I can't wait to see what other creatures he tales on to fight for him. Sadly the story is no longer being translated as of now but I do hope that someone will pick it up... more>> soon! <<less

Not many chapters out yet so this is a tentative review.

The premise seems promising. The first two chapters were a bit uncomfortable to read. I didn't think the excessively negative reaction to the MC being classified as FFF rank was very realistic or necessary.

Yes, it might be a bit embarrassing to be the first person ever classified so low, and it might get reported on, but it was weird how obsessed the press and even random strangers were about it. I mean, to the extent of instantly losing all your... more>> friends and getting beaten up by strangers?

I get that the author is setting things up for the MC to get stronger and get revenge, but it feels lazy and ham-handed this way.

On a more positive note, now that the MC has finally started using his ability it seems interesting. It has some solid potential so I gave it 3 stars. <<less
