Ratings need to rise so imma up it. Plot developments are okay. Story idea is good and the way it is shown (made me feel it to be more human or realistic (not the money but the industry and chara personalities. It's somewhat distinguishable compared to other entertainment related cnovels (like we're in an older era or someth)). Character developments were present even if there's a lot of mensao gongs. that stereotypical overbearing president. We got a large cast. The ending was a bit abrupt since I wanted to know... more>> more answers. Although the story is moving, the doggblood game especially the love rivals and old tricks being used are getting meh. Also the way that the industry isn't diversified and them collecting a lot of awards and felt more pro-china makes me think they can do more. Total is a 2/5

Shameless yet hardworking and a good person MC (Definitely love his character). Sometimes he is s*upid and sometimes knows what he's doing lol. He has good love with the ML (definitely not a perfect relationship but they each strive, especially in making us feel that no matter what happens, they'll still together forever. Truly dedicated to each other lol. Dog food is strong. No blackrooms and over the top angsts even if there are a lot of love rivals and dog blood dramas. MC seriously worked hard on his way to the top (and we were shown that. His 5 yrs struggle and then the game plan made by the ML in each work the MC will undergo. Also, the love drama between the MC and ML at the start lol. I was shocked that we we're shown that he was able to get the ml). There were also noticeable character developments from the cast (the antagonists, the supporting characs, the side couples, our ML, etc.) The focus on the love rivals was somewhat lengthy (seriously, until the end), thus we weren't able to see some of the deets we want. Making the ending somewhat abrupt - yes, each chapter's length isn't that long but actually felt a bit lacking with all the oomph we were given. I was shocked that I've suddenly reached the end. Nevertheless, the way everyone acted made me feel like they're human. There are def. grey areas and reasons and unreasonable people. The struggles in their shooting also. Moreover, Their endings (antagonists and other characs) were legit (revenge got served). I felt for mc's white eyed wolf friend qwq huhu... Some answers I wanted to know..

I wanted to know the coincidence with Mc's look with the grandma. I want MCs past exolored more and for him to learn the truth. I want MCs power explored more (sometimes I felt like he has plot armor or a golden finger regarding his skills and superpower). I want the plot development to be more coherent. I want Xixi's past explored and explain why he really looks and acts like the MC. I also wanna see their future. I want to also see mc's interaction with ml's family (we were only shown the side couple's side). Also, they forgot about the diagonal neighbor, I wanna know what'll happen to them. I also wanna know xixi's future - he has a dubious relationship with that classmate.

That's it for now. It has been a fun journey despite the mtl site since the chapter links are dead. Ah, in another note, I'm surprised that we're given beautiful legs instead of the usual beautiful face and/or body. Can't count how many times I've read everyone zeroing in his billion+ insured legs lol <<less

Rated a full score for all the laughs and helplessness that I felt about the one-man show 🤣

Adequate storyline, nice character development, i can practically still understand the gist of the story even when the translators/readers didn't know and it does get boring after all that high energy level of craziness so I kind of understand why hahaha I suggest stopping it after every high shiets/arcs and then continue reading it.

I dropped it but wait a minute. I give this novel (4.5)

I'm slightly dissapointed (but maybe it was my issue) but overall it was great.

I would def reccomend this specially for someone who likes bl with comedy. I remember laughing so hard that I can't breath.

So why 4.5?. I think it's bcs ive read so many bl that my standard become so high in characters and stories. I'm just kinda irrated at MC when he is s*upid kinda ignorant? in some situations. (Not those funny s*upid scene I... more>> mean in some other scene I find him annoying, but in the end I like his charact)

I really like the plot but I there is some chapters that I think needs a bit more since the translation is a bit off somehow and I can't seem to understand some scenes but I still I love the story and the the translator for their effort in translating cause I'm really sure I would never find this golden story if they have not translated it.

I use mobile phone when I read this, idk if it gives any difference when compared to read in PC like earlgreyt said. For me sometimes I don't understand some part, like it got cut, for example the elevator scene. I think the first translation is rather loose translation... its 60-70% okay until that elevator scene got me confused.

The premises is unique: unlike other novel, the MC really really weird, have many talent but absolutely weird. Up to the point I can't believe how can this rational but too OCD... more>> ML can have interest with this kind of human in the future... But lets see another hundreds chapter ahead... <<less

I would rate this 4.5 because of the whole situation of our MC having his own cheat/golden finger that he utilizes very well. I love that kind of premise where the MC just KNOW what to do and got his life all figured out and can evade any danger in a funny/quirky way. It may seem nonsense to some but it was hella entertaining and that's why I'm reading this. lol.

Nonetheless, this is the best Chai Jidan novel, and this is coming from a diehard fan of Are You Addicted. It's very hilarious and the movies they created in the novel are amazing. I just hope we got closure on the other rivals such as

Cai Peng, really? Nothing happened to him while the other got his legs amputated?! Ugh. Also, Cain and that guy with a daughter, it seems ChaiJidan forgot abt them halfway lol. Yuan Ze had a lot of potential as well but nothing happened. Oh well

i like feng mang diffrent from other novel, so Bohemian, the story have metaphysic theory, if you watch christopher nolan movie * inception, you will understand, . I love BL, spiritual, psychology, metaphysics, sci fi, I got in here all. First I read Addicted, I fall in love with Chai jiddan, and Counterattack, than Advance bravely... Feng mang so much diffrent then others. I really recommend this one. I hope they make series from this, high budget and in taiwan please (no bann for same sex) at least the quality... more>> like * Kinnporche thai series. <<less

Sorry slip of the finger. Ended up with sh*t rating (I kinda dislike how I can't change it).

Probably my favorite showbiz novel, the other novel counterattack is pretty good but this one I preferred a lot more.

I find the story is full of drama but this kind of drama is the first time I tolerate the crazyness and even the comedic part is really good.

I have a bit of an avoidance of drama and comedy since sometimes the comedy is there. It didn't exactly feel funny to me to the... more>> point I find the drama being too have for me to enjoy.

Feng mang is kinda like counter attack but the MC has a charm of his own. Although he has a kinda Mary sue halo it also kind of didn't. At first the way he pursued ML is a bit odd. And also it stays true to his character so although it is odd you can't deny he is kind of the character who would do such things.

ML is the same overbearing type but he has some hardships that he has to go through.

The author is never shy when it comes telling the dark side of the showbiz. As much as I don't like that it happens to some characters it does make you feel for them hardships wise and the kind of karma that you feel it is deserve.

I love the most that the antagonist are full of characteristics.

There are plenty of villains in here although some are the jealous type but there are some that are pretty good like MC rival since day one he was someone who the MC predicted to rise but never tell if that rise will end up becoming something that the rival own road to doom.

The rival was almost equal in strength and charisma if he hadn't been taking risky move that he would've stayed in showbiz. I have a love and hate feelings towards this guy.

I have only wish that the author can expand a bit about the MC and ML own little family. Because honestly I really like them.

For the ending well it was a nice little wrap up (not including the side story).

In conclusion I give it a 4.5/5. Recommended and also the a little side not the MC can be unbearable at times so be prepared. <<less
