REALLY good start IMO. I look forward to reading more. The setup all seems to be there to me to make for a great novel. Might be worth waiting to binge, but I will be trying to keep up with this one.

Also, my first time reading by the translator KariMTL. I would like to express that thus far the translation has been perfect (at least in my limited view).

The biggest issue so far is the translation, which honestly leaves something to be desired. It doesn't reach machine translation levels, but still requires a bit of perseverance. The story follows a young man who ends up helping a member of the Tang family, a family of martial artists and cultivators specialized in poisons. The protagonist is a lover of venomous animals and possesses modern knowledge on how to care for and breed these poisonous creatures in captivity. From there, we will follow the protagonist's daily life as he grows in strength and cares for his cute poisonous animals. There's a bit of romance, but it's quite minimal. The main difference is that the path the protagonist takes is more focused on monster taming, which is rare in Murim stories <<less

The story somehow makes the creatures look cute through the mc's perspective. It's interesting.

About releases tho, KariMTL took down the translation for this novel (for reasons) and for many other novels as well.
