What a brilliantly written story!!

The first arc was brilliant because MC herself was taking part in the competition. She showed her strengths and inspired others while at it. Honestly the first arc was an arc that flaunted MC's character and skills.

Second arc, though not as great as the first arc, was where MC learned new skills a.k.a acting and directing. While this arc felt sort of like a filler arc, it did manage to address D.V. And other issues which I enjoyed.

In the third arc MC's movies are what shone... more>> through. Every movie she directed has a legitimately brilliantly plot, so much that I will love to watch her movies in real life.

In every arc, every background and secondary character is well written. All of them complex and realistic in their own ways. This is also this novel's biggest strength- it's so well written with no plot holes.

The ending is also lovely.

MC gets to live out a full human life in a "vacation world" and she manages to get her own life under her own control. It's a perfect ending for someone like her.

The one thing I found disappointing is that MC never got her revenge in her original world. It irks me that the villain who caused her death will be able to live happily in the original world.

All in all, this novel deserves more recognition. <<less

Female lead is OP.

I enjoy female protagonists with no romance plot. And the rest of the tags fall under the genre I enjoy the most. However, I found myself skimming through this and I kept checking which chapter I’m in to see if I’m almost to the end. I would have enjoyed the plot more if the writing was better.

I think only people who watch idol survival shows would enjoy it more because it would be a bit hard to follow without that existing knowledge, too.

A very well-written and detailed story with interesting aspects in the entertainment industry. I have a fun time binge-reading this and really appreciate the movies MC presented during her missions. Thank you to author and translation team^^

It is a rare but logical and well constructed QT text around the entertainment industry. FL is a bit OP but as she rarely uses props and mostly uses accumulated experiences, it doesn’t put you off too much, especially since the author managed to still have decent stakes in mind.

Something to note is that even if there aren’t a lot worlds, the action is meant to be spun over longer time periods than other QTs so it’s something to consider if you usually enjoy the arcs that are 10-20 chapters.

There... more>> isn’t CP but there still are quite touching relationships established throughout the narration so it’s pretty enjoyable for me but you’d only appreciate the text once you get into the mindset of watching how a driven lady manages to “Climb to the Top” on wits and professional knowledge of the entertainment industry.

There are as always in this style some use of the web forum chats but it wasn’t misused IMO. I don’t wont to edit the description as I don’t want to spoil anything in that rather short story but read the first 2-3 chapters to see if the intrigue might pick your interests.

Also the conclusion was satisfying enough that I’ll try to check other works by the author. <<less
