ML's parents never loved each other, never treated ML well, and divorced because they have their own families on the side. ML's plan is to ruin their lives by committing su*cide and setting it up to expose them as terrible parents who forced their own son to his lowest point. MC has a loving family and since he is the younger son, spoiled and parents don't have any expectations for him. MC's doting older brother has to eat a lot of dog food. MC initially doesn't know that the ML is the same person, so doesn't want to be in a romantic relationship with ML. When MC was drunk, he called ML husband, thinking he was the first world's ML.

ML's family was accused of crime, where the emperor killed the entire family, with the exception of ML. ML was then tortured by a jealous official's son to the point of forgetting his own identity. The moment MC transmigrates, he rushes to save ML but ML is already unresponsive. ML later regains his memory, but doesn't remember what happened when he was saved by MC. The empress and emperor reject MC being with ML and wants him to marry a woman and MC bangs his head to 'commit su*cide' (the system prevents him from actually dying). Empress hates ML. ML hates the empress and emperor and wants revenge. Emperor gets rid of ML's s*ave status since ML agrees to be his knife and kill a bunch of people. Arc 4, chapter 98 - 136, dual wolf / water powers MC x no power (until after bitten dual mental / plant powers) ML, zombie apocalypse arc with superpowers
MC is stuck as a white snow wolf (white hair and blue eyes) until he upgrades to be able to turn back between human and wolf. They are both university aged. ML was the president of the student union and many people are jealous of him due to his excellence. Because ML didn't start with powers, the people around him left him without supplies. MC comes in during the confrontation and ML leaves with wolf MC. MC also exchanged points for a storage ring. ML gets bitten by a zombie and instead of turning, he gets powers. After arriving at a base, they are in a group fighting strong zombies, MC is attacked by someone on the team, causing ML to be distracted and then mentally attacked by zombies. ML becomes s*upid (mentally controls himself to follow MC) and the duo lives in a two person world for a while. MC wants to get revenge on those that scheme against ML, so he takes over the base with ML as leader. ML slowly recovers speaking, but i am not sure if he ever gets back his memories.

Arc 4, chapter 176 - 198, disliked female cat beast MC x s*ave snake ML, primitive beast world
ML is a s*ave to the chief of the tribe. MC doesn't have a partner in the tribe because he still has beast attributes. MC uses his knowledge of food to trade food for ML. ML is huge black snake. MC also gets pregnant and has a baby. MC convinces ML that the reason why he is a s*ave is because tribe members are afraid of his beast form. ML then gathers a bunch of s*aves and 'saves' the priests, telling them that the s*aves are actually descendants of the Beast God.

Sentinel and guide vibes because of alphas needing omegas to balance mental power. OG!MC marries ML, but the imperial emperor fell in love with OG!MC, so sent ML to war and seduced OG!MC. ML comes back injured but refuses to divorce, but ML needs someone to soothe the mental power. ML's family sends him omegas to see if they can handle his pheromones. MC is university student, so 10 year age gap. MC and ML has an affair as well. MC manifests a second time as a 3S omega, which ML temporarily marks him, but exposes their affair/relationship. MC was lost as a child, so parents adopted ML. MC is later found but hates ML because he 'stole' MC's life and bullies him. ML has a love hate relationship with MC. MC realizes that he is the shackle preventing ML from lowering blackening value, so MC decides to disappear via car accident for a little over a year. MC then pretends to have amnesia, ML is insecure so drugs and locks MC up.
Arc 7, chapter 255 - 286, yin body MC x ghost king/human monk/human who swallowed ghost king bead split soul ML, modern supernatural world
MC and his twin have both very yin bodies, which are very delicious to ghosts. They are set to not live past 18. His twin has 5 ghost partners. MC set to die at 18 in the original plot. The half-human ML became half human due to swallowing ghost king ML's ghost bead when he was young. His mentality is stuck as a child until he swallows more ghost beads and gets stronger. Ghost king ML and human monk ML both remember the past life and are enemies. Human monk ML dies. MC goes into depressive state.
Arc 8, chapter 287 - 308, lord MC x oppressed s*ave ML, western historical fantasy
Before beginning of the arc, the creator tells MC that he is human now and it will be his last world. His husband (ML) was MC's first host. MC buys ML as s*ave and convinces the prince to treat his s*ave as a lover as well. They let the s*aves free because freedom is what they yearn for. The gongs and shous meet periodically as they slowly get rid of s*avery.
