Cute child of the ML really added so much fluff to the story. I also liked that the MC wasn't hellbent on revenge. He mostly focused on living his second chance with no regrets. There was an abrupt time Skip near the end but for good reason. I felt that the last few chapters were unnecessary and dragged the story on for the purpose of faceslapping the scum man. I really enjoyed this story and the dynamic and development of the CP's relationship. Most of their relationship is explored in the extras but it's worth the read.
