The Glaciere family has produced only the best magicians. The girl Sachi, who was born into such a prestigious family, gives a hopeless result of her magic value being 1 in her magic appraisal. She instead had a staggering number of 999 for her luck, which was deemed utterly meaningless by her magician, and Sachi was abandoned by her parents and siblings, leaving her with only a few.

When Sachi was five years old, she was abandoned in a remote forest.

However, she is picked up by a female magician called “Sage” who lives in the forest, and Sachi quietly grows up under her. In it, Sachi will be taught her magic by her sage in anticipation of her talent as a sorceress.

“Your talent may change the common sense of magic,” she said.

At some point, Sachi acquired power that surpassed even that of a sage, and this time she was sent to a magical academy where nobles gathered to learn .

A girl who was said to have no talent for magic, looks back on the aristocrats who make fun of her as a commoner, shakes the kingdom of magic supremacy, and saves the world… A story that might be.

It's not fantastic, but it's cute and heartwarming. The writing quality itself is decidedly mid, and the worldbuilding and central conflict is rather... underwhelming in terms of robustness. However, within that somewhat flimsy framework, the author does a good job of bringing the characters to life, and giving various characters a chance to shine. The relationships themselves between characters are relatively robust, and the overall atmosphere is charming. It's a good novel to read in one sitting and not get caught up in a big plot, but rather the small... more>> yet important and lovely emotions of the central characters. It's sweet, and I like it for that. <<less

Aah, this is a nice, short read with satisfiable conclusion. Author did a good job not to prolong the series, as it already reaches the initial goal. Love to see author who can make a proper ending.

It's a light read, no serious conflict except the last one, and even then it still feels lighthearted. MC have disastrously bad magic value, but her ridiculous luck allows her to utilizes probability-based spells that usually have small magic cost in return of horrendous chance to be triggered. For the entire series, MC only... more>> used like... was it 5? Or maybe 6 different spells? LOL 🤣 But yet it's still fun to read, as the story emphasize on MC's relationship with her surrounding, and not about “I'm so OP”-aspect of her.

Worth to read. Maybe not really 5/5, but pretty close to it.
