I do love this story. I cannot stop reading the mother and son slaying their enemies with only their words.

ML is a total s*ave for his children esp his son who he didnt know existed. It's very cute that both father and son care and love and alw try to help each other.

I'd give this story a 4star if only below points are gone:

    • system is only there in the opening chapter and the end of a conflict, overall.... maybe 3chapters?
    • And system can be seen by other but no consequences/penalty for MC, system and the person.
    • MC didnt know how to play piano expertly but only half a year or a year and half, she magically overcame her lousy OMC talent and could master all piano technique, history and she even could teach it.
    • Just your usual a 3yo magnificent child slapping all the shameless families, and 2 6yo with too much naivety and maturity in the novel.
    • It's been a year and half, but her children were still 3yo and 6yo, they didnt grow lol
    • The mystery surrounding OMC parents' death were explained in the last 5/6 chapters and truthfully the cause was so tragically unworthy to find that I suspected the author might had forgotten abt it and just went with wahtever to fit the plot.
    • The background of why OMC did what she did and just agreed to divorce iis still not clear imo.
    • It's hilariously annoying to see MC didnt do anything to slap her father's family but she (and her demon king son) slapped ML's ungrateful branch family quite fiercely.
    • And hahaha *in monotone* ofc MC would adopt the future MP and raise him together with her children, and later he and her daughter would get together.

It's not that bad, but it's not exactly good enough compared to other CN webnovels in the same genre. I read the raw version, and honestly speaking, the writing quality and grammars are not very good. It must've been such a headache to translate this.

The plot structure is too all over the place and confusing. The main plot actually ended in about the first half of the book, and the rest was just a compilation of jumbled up supplementary arcs that has no correlation whatsoever with the main plot: MC... more>> getting her degree, MC investigating her parents' death, MC assisting her depressed student, etc. And the thing is, they're boring af while bringing tons of plotholes, seriously.

If you wanna read this, I suggest reading up to the completion of the main arc and leave the rest, otherwise you'd be wasting a lot of time without even feeling entertained. <<less

This is good. The story is solid. Cute......

BUT

i can say that it is better to put tragedy tag towards this novel or tragic past. The life of the Ori body was so sad. She was just too stubborn and had a depression at the time, but the ML (ori body's husband/ ex-husband) just let her suffered in the end and married Yilang. Not only that, because of Yilang's guidence to FL's child, Jiyu, Jiyu just died like that. And the life of FL's son, Xiao Rue, was so putiful in... more>> the orphanage and later on died in the end. So pitiful.

The life of ori body was so sad, I shed tears for her. She was just so confused and weak at the time and she deserved so much a better life and greater opportunities. Sigh, my condolences.

The one who occupied the Ori body's, FL, Xiao Yu, just changed the course of the plot. But her character was so confusing, wide yet hehehe hahahaha, not stable.

The FL's ex-husband/later husband, I just hate him so much. For the original body's tragedy in the book/novel/past life, I just want to poured my nags to him. Why not contacting ori body when he was going to be married!!!! Ori boday's daughter led to death, one of the cause is the ML.

I am gonna give this 4 stars, but the ML's past life made me so agitated and reluctant to give it. Thanks. <<less

This was hilarious and fairly lighthearted.

The FL is clever and has such a poisonous tongue that no one can best her and what's better is her son is inadvertently just as good at sassing people. Her logic sounds crazy but you can't argue against her because somehow what she says makes sense and it's so funny watching everyone not know how to respond to her.

This story is rather uncomplicated but it's cute and sweet. You have to read up to chapter 5 to get into it though because the first... more>> few chapters is just set up. Though a system is introduced in those chapters it really doesn't do anything for our FL. It literally just drops her in the new world and uses it one ability to help her gradually recover from her paralyzed state then disappears.

I didn't know if I'd like the ML at first because he's the ex-husband and in other stories the past lover is usually scummy but ML here is great.

He originally married the original body out of familial obligations and a fondness of her character so the couple got along alright they didn't have deep feelings. Even so he was good to his ex-wife because he's a responsible guy and he genuinely cares about his family. What made him eventually divorce the original was her gambling addiction and neglect towards their daughter and honestly I wouldn't blame him? The original was depressed and selfish so she couldn't be a great mom.

When the transmigrated FL comes in she gets in contact with him pretty quickly and they end up all living together as family. Seeing them gradually fall in love was pretty fun because though he still had reservations about his ex he still went along with pretty much everything she said. Although he's a rich CEO he's not cold or overbearing at all. In fact, he's a gentleman and a caring father who tries hard.

I love the children. They both love mom a lot and they get along really well with each other. Their son especially is such a treasure. He's great at innocently poking people's sore spots. For example when his sister's gold digging teacher who wants to hook up with his dad shows up at their house this conversation happens:

Gold-digger: Does baby dislike teacher?

Daughter: Bro don't be disrespectful to my teacher.

Son: But she's not my teacher!

Daughter: She's my teacher which means you need to like her as much as I do!

Son: If I like teacher as much as sister will teacher like me too?

Gold-digger: Of course! I like you the most!

Daughter:... Teacher, I thought you liked me most!

The kids make a fuss and force the GD to pick one. She doesn't and the daughter finally yells at the son to stop trying to steal her teacher.

Son: She's not my teacher so when is she going home?

I think that it's okay to tell lies sometimes. After all, if the mom took the kid with her during the divorce how would she be able to take care of her? She could hardly take care of the son. So letting the rich dad take her was a smart and understandable choice. The main question is why the f*ck this teacher thinks it's her place to bring this up with her student. As a father you shouldn't just bring random people into your child's life.

I don't understand why is everyone hate the ML here🤔 well in fact, the most hateful here is the original owner. She is selfish and stubborn. Is goos, and what I like the most is that the MC original owner body did not ab*se her son and toke good care of him even though they did not has much money. Although the romance take a lot of time and there are too many people interfering in the relationship between the MC and ML, but its still good.

Although the writer tried to make it look funny child ab*se is child ab*se, I don't like how the MC treated her children in the first few chapters (one is just 3 and the other is 6). right... they aren't even hers, she just stole their mother's life and took over her place. I don't like her setting even more (as mentioned till her death she was just a selfish sl*t) nor the original owner (she is a failure as mother, wife and to herself) or the ML before the MC trans. (he is a failure as husband and father) , you are telling me that the ML didn't even know that he has a son or even bothered to find how his ex-wife was living her life all this time, his daughter should turn into a villain under the guide of his future wife, then I can assume that he doesn't give a sh*t about her (MC) or her children so why is the h*ll is he acting this passionate after the MC transmigrated?

this review is based on my personal pref so not everyone may share the same thoughts. I didn't really like the first few chapters or the settings of the novel but ignoring them, the story is funny and readable for now

Her daughter rolled from upstairs to downstairs hurt her head collapsing on the ground and all this piece of sh*t only took a faint glance then continued to turn her head to play cards with others. she is clearly reason for the destruction of this family and the tragic ending of both the children but still dare to blame other people and even called her ex-husband ungrateful after all he did. I find her behavior and deeds inconsistent and can only explain it as someone with psychological problems or just writer being lazy to work on the plot and use this kind of settings to justify the plot development.

Although the settings of this novel are a bit unrealistic but there is still a truth one should choose his/her partner wisely not just because of blind feelings. The ML married the OW because of gratitude, they full in love at the first sight and had children but the young OW wasn't suitable to either be wife or a mother.

Still no matter what excuse someone might have or how hard their life is, they should take responsibility for their own actions and it's never the reason to justify their mistakes or wronging others. Everyone in this life have their own difficulties in life but most people are living their life without the people around them even realizing or feeling anything wrong.

this novel is supposed to be comedy but ch25 really ruined my day and brought some not good memories so I might have been a little dramatic in this review

It's so funny, make you cant control your laugh. I read yet complete but I just want to give review first.

It's sunch funny family, FL is esay Going, and make the ML speechless. The both of the children is so cute to althoug the buil the story' look really not real. I enjoy this novel very much, tx for the trasnlator and author, you make me laugh alot today

Omg I had a blast reading this!!!! Reading some reviews I thought it was it was a weird book but this is such a fun and silly novel.. OMG I kept laughing and choking on my coca cola and tofu stir fry hahhaha I laughed so fun.. Ugh I love the mother and son pair, they so fun and the way the reword their sentences it is so hilarious omg.. I recommend if you looking for comedy and fun family interaction.

The plot could have been a slightly better. The mystery of the deaths of the OG body owner was rather anticlimactic. But the comedy really hard carried this novel! This is gold lololol!

Although, I really enjoyed the music teaching MC taught us. How not to be too arrogant and ruins someone's future just because you're a better player than them. How the road ahead will always be filled with hardships but one must hold to their determination. No one can help you forever, and in the end, only you can... more>> help yourself.

All the dog blood drama was s**ked by the Wei family lmao. As it should, that's the OG ML family, finally a novel where the drama is where it should be and our MC's grandpa even went to the top floor of their house to watch the neighbors' drama lmao.

The system was a total klutz lmao. It got the wrong host and thus the ML found out that MC wasn't the OG lmao. It was even like: "Wow host did you change your gender?"

This is a comical and nonsensical read. The MC is very witty with her remarks and parenting. The daughter and son are also adorable in their naive ways. There's not much to say about ML because he just goes along with the flow.

I suggest reading this when you're really bored. This might be great if it gets adapted to a sitcom. For a novel though, while it fits the comedy genre, I don't really find it that funny.

Well, what can I say? I don't have much of an opinion but it's pretty funny. There are plenty of LNs with the same theme but I still think this one is among the LNs worth reading. The tragedy tag kept me away but so far it's been light hearted.

I quite like it, tho its just simple novel without much intricate plots, more on childcare and family love.

MC is just tough. Her resilience is just outstanding. Whether its from the past life or her new life. I love how she very chill but tough. Small but terrible. I love everything about it tho its only about 50% MTL readability. From the sharp mouths (of MC and Son) to the Love and Hate relationship (of Father and Daughter) to the loving and sweet Mother and Children interaction. The 4.1 rating for this novel is undeserved. Let me start with the writing style, it often used silly sound effects for comedic purposes which makes the scene unfunny and the conversations are going too fast without narration in the middle. It feels like I'm reading a script instead of a novel. The plotholes are already mentioned in the other reviews here so I won't speak on that.

I think this is funny. The MC and the kids are cute and have lots of great comedic moments. Aside from the first couple chapters, the system completely disappeared and hasn't been thought of or mentioned, so it's just a useless and throw away couple of lines.

This has a slice of life feel to it. It's like things are happening, but also nothing is really happening.

The MC and her son are quick witted and the daughter and ex husband just seem to be somewhere between lost and along for the... more>> ride.

This isn't a plot heavy story or something that requires a lot of thinking. But it is a fun and easy enough read that I would be happy to read it again. <<less
