Zhuo Shu is the Gong, the "golden backer" and Ying Tongcheng is the shou, the English teacher~

So Ying Tongcheng, our MC, and his friend were at a bar, I think it was to celebrate MCs birthday (and lamenting the life of single dogs and wanting to find someone hehe) and stuff happen, they meet someone, who's crying. The guy is an unknown actor, who was basically told, by his manager (I think) to please a golden backer. Firstly though, he's the gong, top, the 1, secondly, he justs find the want to, so he ran away. Tbh I'm really not sure anymore what exactly he explained, but MC and friend decided to help him. The friend brought that actor person home, and MC went to the hotel, to talk to that "golden backer" reasonably, or call the police, depending on what happen. But the moment he sees him! He just went with the flow~

So ML woke up, was quite satisfied, and wanted to keep being the golden backer. MC woke up and found out everything was paid, and got a sum of money in his bank card. He didn't doubt it tho, since he had shares in a translating company and thought that's where the money came from. Anyways, ML and MC often meet and stuff, and well. The misunderstanding is, that ML thought MC was some little unknown actor, that you couldn't find anything abt, if you googled his name. MC thought they were more like friends with benefits, that helped with each other's urges etc.

They always miss each other (opportunities to find out MCs real identity/the misunderstanding), which can be a little annoying at times, but still on a tolerable level. MC kind of found out abt this misunderstanding, but didn't get to explain. Time passed, stuff happened, and ML found out on his own that MC is actually a teacher hehe they needed some time to figure out their feelings etc. and finally got together~

Some side info:

• MCs Friend and that little actor at the beginning often meet afterwards and also get together (first side cp)
• MC is the head (and English?) teacher of the class, in which MLs sister is in. There is a WeChat group, and since MLs parents are always kind of "busy" he took over the role (and I think it was bc he had to think of MC for a moment, tho he threw away that thought process very quickly) so, without knowing, ML and MC already chatted as teach and teachers parents :)
• MLs sister is, like ML, very pretty, so she has admirers. One guy wanted to confess, and asked (payed) another guy to write Love letters (since he writes ugly) long story short, first guy was kind of disappointed later on, when his perfect image of the goddess was destroyed, and gave up :/ the other!! guy, is secretly in love ;) he has his own circumstances, but ML later kind of approves of him ;)) (second side cp?)
• MC lives with an elder man, who's also his former English teacher. Because of the past, this man took great care of MC. But, for 30 years, he has been looking for his lover. In the end he was found and they finally reunite~ There is also a few chapters abt their past! I skimmed it, but very touching and sad ahh Anyway! Very happy for them!!! Ahhhh (third side cp)
• The past trauma, or tragic past that MC had to experience, was that, firstly, his parents always fought. His father found a lover outside and got kids. Then his mother, as revenge, also found one and got kids. They divorced, but sadly neglected our poor MC
  He was extraordinarily pretty, so many girls liked him, but many boys also hated him, calling him gay, and making fun of him. And I think, at that time, yes he was gay, but still no reason to bully him. Anyways, he met a nice classmate, and kind of became friends? One day that guy confessed, and MC... agreed? Reluctantly? I think he just nodded or wasn't really sure but agreed. But then, all the boys made fun of him, laughed at him, and even the guy that confessed did so as well... they betted, if I remember correctly... so basically, he played with MCs feelings aye... so in these hard times, the old man/English teacher helped him a lot, made him food, explained a lot of things to him. And MC got better and better. He had good grades, beat the ppl that bullied him, and yeah... The teacher, as I've already explained, was gay as well. I forgot if he was open abt it our not, but by the time they had the entrance examination for University, there was rumor, that the teacher and MC had something (in those times, that he took care of him etc) obviously he didn't, but he voluntarily resigned as a teacher, since parents many times worry, when leaving their childrens education... to gay ppl ah... Anyways, MC felt really guilty, and after some time, became a teacher as well, to tell the old man/teacher what he experienced~
• There's also an extra, of a parallel universe of MC and ML, if they met when they were in Highschool! I think it's very sweet! Especially innocent hehehe~ (Well, in the last few chapters not anymore, I think ^^)

I found him quite cute~ he was at times a little silly~ he wants to act like an arrogant tyrant, but can't win over his wifey hahah he will be punished by being pulled on his ears ahhh~
