The protagonist and blacksmith Vil Craft has his new shop and fiancée stolen by his younger brother on the eve of their wedding. Even though he had been working hard in place of his deceased father, Vil is betrayed and furious.

He leaves the royal capital, deciding to live his life as he pleases. Meanwhile, his younger brother, who drove Vil away, learns the truth later on.
“Master Vil maintained the town’s barrier and the Hero’s Holy Sword. He crafted 9,999 A-class weapons in a single day.”
In fact, Vil had been repairing various things as the legendary craftsman, Happosai. With his absence, the shop closes down.
Furthermore, the former fiancée, who is a merchant, finds out.
“I was trading with you because I could buy Master Vil’s weapons. Now that he’s gone, I will no longer trade with your company.”
The younger brother and fiancée who betrayed Vil both end up on the path of ruin. On the other hand, everyone Vil was involved with becomes happy, thanks to the incredible legendary items he creates.
