The family of Diana, the daughter of Heinz Trading Company, fell into ruin due to the war. In the midst of the conflict, all she could bring with her in a moment of haste was a tattered bag filled with various mysterious “seeds.”

Saved by a young gardener whom she had once admired, Diana, on the verge of death, concealed her identity and was taken in by the villagers in the remote outskirts until the war subsided.

However, the villagers misunderstood that she had married the young gardener. The two of them ended up entering a pseudo newlywed life.

Meanwhile, the enigmatic “seeds” that were whimsically sown began to bring about various problems, greatly changing the quiet village and their relationship.

This is the story of the development and management of a remote wasteland until it came to be called a “paradise.”

I MTL-d most of this but,

This is a great and wholesome story, FL had always admired and liked ML but it was just a crush until he saved her from the looters and she became fully dpeendent on her, transforming the admiration into love. FL's sister is a great character too, she has her flaws that is understandable from her upbringing and is a bit annoying but for a good reason, and is properly used for the story's development. ML's brothers are characters with well thought of development too.

There's... more>> also a clear progression and goals that the couple have, misunderstandings are resolved relatively quickly too. This is definitely a story if you like a slow life, poor to rich type. It hits all the checkmarks for me.

Except for one thing.

Diana has a tendency to play cupid for other characters. And usually in other stories, I don't mind this. But in Diana's case she gets a bit forceful/blunt/no subtlety at ALL, and it keeps giving me second hand embarrassment.

Spoiler

For one, ML's older brother George dated a girl who turned deaf. George is dyslexic, he can't read or write, and it cuts the communication between him and his gf. His GF misunderstood him, thinking he doesn't like her because she's deaf now. Diana decided she'll write a letter proclaiming George's love for her, when George wanted the letter to be about telling her to move on and forget about him. Now she knew it's definitely not his and confronts her about it, knowing that he can't communicate with her now, she decides that she'll move on completely, just like what Georg wanted her to. And Diana's surprised pikachu face that her intervention didn't fix their problem but ended it. This doesn't happen just once, she meddles in two other women's love life, when they didn't ask for it. Yeah sure with the power of the MC it ended up fine, but it always made me uncomfortable every time I read it because she's getting way to involved, which is pointed out by the ML.

[collapse]

MC and ML both have their own business that they need to do, but Diana intervenes and pokes into other people's business when genuinely, they don't need to. I wish it's more heavily focused on the couple's growth instead of wasting its time on the unneeded side quests, but as long as you're not bothered with that, I would definitely reccomend it. <<less
