FL is strong, she fixes all her problems on her own, ML helps sometimes, but not often, and mostly its just a little support.

If you love novels whit FL that is reborn and kicks ass, then this if for you. A lot of drama and face-slaps.

But why did I give it 3 star if it is so good? Becouse of Lu Ming. Who is Lu Ming? Hes a innocent boy who loves his family deeply. But his family, both parents and grandfather wished he didnt exist. All his life his... more>> family has constantly remembered him what failure he is. Why do they hate him so much? He was born a boy when they wanted a girl.

Mr Lu who is the grandfather, is also the grandfather of ML. So he plays a big role in novel, and he loves FL a lot. Mr Lu will constantly remember Lu Ming that hes worser than FL and hes useless and wished he went back to his mother womb, just stop existing.

Even whit a grandfather like that, Lu Ming still loves him, he also dosent hate FL, even when he keeps getting compared to her all the time.

Hes an innocent boy who has done nothing wrong, he didnt ask to be born as a boy. Still his family hates him. Ly family is filthy rich, but the boy gets no money, last 6 months of high school he had almost no money to buy food, and even says in the novel "had to eat dirt". And this is in the time where students study their best for exam, and he struggle to feed himself.

When he gets his college exam "SPOILER", he ranks 11 in the entire contry. Family did not reward him, not even congrats him. He ask for 10k as reward (this is a filthy rich family, other kids gets 20k a month as pocket money), but it gets denied.

He do get the 10k, but not as a reward for his grades, But to help Mr Lu look at FL grades. Mr Lu didnt give one damn about Lu Ming.

I find the Lu family to be very hypocritical. Mr Lu loves FL that he has no blood relations to, and he criticize FL dad for hating his own daughter and love his adopted daughter. While Mr Lu himself, hates his own grandson (only becouse hes the wrong gender, he never did anything wrong), and he loves FL that hes not blood related to.

Sound familiar? Lu family treats Lu Ming same way Qia family treats FL. Maybe not as badly, but very close. <<less

TLDR there is no TLDR for this one. It's too hard to give a quick review overall it was about 2 stars for me.

Why is this one is so hard to review or give a recommendation?

  1. It's too long. It's 1363 chapters. There's sections that are absolutely fantastic and then there is all the stuff that shouldn't be in the novel
  2. There's too many types of story. This is part of it being too long. You have the revenge novel, a romance novel, a wealth p*rn novel, a business building novel and a whole bunch of Mary Sue
  3. Even where the novel works it's horribly uneven.
  4. The ending may or may not be unsatisfying to you. It was for me but tastes may vary/
The sad thing was the first 300 chapters were a... more>> very solid 5. It's a shame that as it went on it dropped like a rock.

The beginning was a page turner. It had the basic take of the second chance real daughter vs fake daughter (white lotus) down cold. But after that the problems really popped up.

You can start with just about every family you run into in the story are refugees from other novels. You have an evil stepmother, family that uses their child as punching bag, Mary Sues where the families instantly fall in love with the MC, and an an overbearing CEO just to cover the bare bones.

There is the usual problem these novels have, the only character that acts like a person with actual interests and a concern about their life is the MC. After the opening it's all too generic. You have cannon fodder moths to the flame that only exist to destroy themselves on the MC, spear carriers that are there to be a backdrop to the MCs greatness, and attempted comic relief (the attempted comic relief felt like it was giving me an ulcer)

You also have negative character development where characters start out enjoyable but get progressively worse. The MC starts well as a character having ability and foreknowledge from her rebirth who is looking to correct the problems of her last life but by the end she is little more than a petty bully. Her BIO family starts out as hateful garbage, but morphs into too s*upid to have lived this long. The ML starts out as an interesting character in his own right but becomes nothing but a yandere bully as the novel moves on.

The best insight I had about the problematic character development was that I was much more concerned about all the little side characters/cannon fodders that had incomplete stories than I was about the MC and the ML.

Too much implausibility. You need ever escalating levels of suspension of disbelief to read this. The MC starts off as a little OP but evolves into full MARY SUE, Genius Doctor, Hacker, Spy, Martial Artist, Business Woman, Omni Capable master of the universe. It's hard not to ask, if she's this powerful how the hell did her first life end up as such a mess?

A very flat ending. It was just unsatisfying. The revenge against the family that switched her and abused her was weak. The revenge against her Bio Parents was unsatisfying. The mom was particularly unsatisfying as like many of the MC's victims she actually develops into a somewhat sympathetic character being s*upid and easily manipulated.

Finally there's Lu Ming. He's the punching bag/sad sack character that needs his own counterattack against the MC and all the "sympathetic" characters in the story that are dedicated to making his life a misery. He's just painful to read and should have either been left out entirely or had his own redemption. I would have been happy if he just wigged out and killed his family. Instead he just disappears near the end after he had been in the story far too long. <<less

This is the type of novel that I want and it is my favourite. The protagonist of the novel is female and the character is powerful and intelligent. She also has cold personality and has many skills too. I mean, wow, the stories sure is exciting even though the story has been written many by numerous autor. I just like it very much but I hope that when I was reading it further, the conflict will not appear to be much of a struggle. Cause, man😰😖, I hate it.

This is okay. I have nothing overly positive or negative to say about it.

There's a lot of face-slapping. It's your typical op MC and her op ML. MC is indifferent to most things due to her past life and she likes to stay low-key when possible.

While I usually love these face-slapping novels, I just couldn't like this as much. I know these types of novels are repetitive and full of inexplicably dumb characters, but I just felt fed up with it in this novel. I ended up reading for the... more>> sake of reading and I wasn't enjoying it anymore. I said I completed this, but I didn't read the last 300 chapters properly - I just skimmed through them - because I was bored. I do know the general gist of what happened though.

That's not to say it's bad, otherwise why would I read over 1000 chapters of it or read a lot of similar novels. It just wasn't for me. Don't dismiss it, read it and see for yourself. <<less

Look, I know what I was getting into. I love those kinds of novels even tho they all follow the same script.

BUT

While the story isn't bad here, my problem lies with the MC, she starts off strong but then she seems to just go with the flow. I've seen many genius/lazy MCs but this one takes the cake if the competition is being lazy. After some time the girl is doing nothing actively. True she's always prepared for when she's being slandered and has plans prepared for her employees to... more>> follow but we never get to see her do anything actually.

When she's slandered online she either allows the ML to do her work or it's already prepared and the companies do the work, her employees turn resentful over her not doing anything, in the 2nd half we only see her active once during operation, she's never even shown to be working on something she just sits and waits for people to attack her and get face slapped.

Even when all her grandpas argued every day trying to keep her away from the ML she was there like 'what to do, it's not my problem'...

I've seen people accusing other MCs of being passive even tho they're shown to be busy with many things but surprisingly noone is complaining here where the MC is so bored she just goes with ML to his company to watch him work ignoring her 3 companies and is active in the entire story no more than 5 times <<less

To be honest, this started good and it gave the impression that this was not written by a s*upid author who just copies everything out there. It has logic, sense and stability in the first 200 chapters, I just don't know what happened after it.

It all falls downhill in the entertainment arc. It started to feel dumb. It now became a face slapping scenes and it was not even made decently. There are moments that are cringey because they are highly unrealistic. Everyone started to be one dimensional character and... more>> the way they act and even their lines are looking the same. Some people don't even have distinct characters anymore. Like they are male but their lines and the way they speak sounds similar to those cannon fodder female characters. Also, the plot starts to convulate and be stagnant. There came the mistakenly exchanged kids trope and it was done very crudely. Just because someone saw that you look like their granma, they decided to do a dna. Its more like because they needed more plot armor for her.

I didn't even know the reason why she has to be an actress when she's better at other things and she wanted to make money. Acting gives little money and it will took her 4 months to finish which is so OOC for her. She can use that time to create an empire, there's no legitimate reason why entertainment arc should proceed from this story other than the author has some wish fulfillment fetish to make her/his character famous and the only way she/he can think of was the dumb entertainment arc.

I thought this book was smart and at least mature in its operation but I have a feeling that it change authors after the 200th chapter. It's sad, I at least was expecting a lot from this. <<less

I read this last year lol, it was satisfying for me :3 those face slaps haha, the MC is a mary sue and the ML isn't even a gangster lol I got tricked! I laughed a lot by the principal in the mid chapters lol also the 3rd in the rank hacker xD she was loved by all... well except for her s*upid foster family and her mother w/ her husband and a white lotus fake daughter psh
