I had started reading this for the fluff and... that's exactly what you get!

The issue is that there's almost no plot, it's just ML taking care of MC (at least up to like chapter 60+ where I've read until). That's not necessarily a bad thing but there's not much content to sustain interest for nearly a hundred or so chapters, so I dropped it eventually. I feel like it would be better if it was shorter.

It's definitely fluffy, not like in-your-face cheesy romantic stuff, but ML is very sweet and... more>> doting on the MC, he spoils him a whole lot (from the very beginning, despite them being strangers). The story is a rather slow-paced development of their relationship. It gives off a very warm and tranquil vibe. <<less

Actually I bought this novel when I had to work on my thesis paper. (Laughs) I was just dying and needed some light reading but this one ! ! Heal me ! ! So this is just a slice of life a man that pamper his wife. No thought, no thinking, just some lullaby to sleep.

Choseung is a man who you can relied on and Hahyun is just sweetheart + also rich man. It might sound strange if two strangers suddenly got together but their dynamic is really good. Although... more>> I stopped reading after the twins born because their names got mixed up in mtl and I didnt know who is who anymore :] I didnt even know their gender ! ! (The typical some Korean or Japan web novel is, you can't predict who is who when talking. That is why I more comfortable reading Chinese)

So one of the twins likes a drawing in picture book, a little star running around a big star. The baby told Choseung that the drawing is looks like dad and papa. Choseung asked what thats mean? And the baby told him that the little star is papa (Hahyun) and the big star is dad (Choseung) because Hahyun always following around Choseung. Choseung was confused and asked, isn't it the other way around? (Choseung the one who is running around following Hahyun) eventually the baby got frustated and calling his dad idiot. (HAHAHA) Hahyun comes in and the baby complains it to him. Hahyun asked and the baby explained in the same way about the drawing. But unlike Choseung, Hahyun understood it right away. In the end, Choseung got kicked out confused and hopeless.

if you're looking for smth light to read, it's the perfect novel.

This is a slow-paced story full of fluff.

Started of sorta boring but I like the development of their relationship.

I especially love how the author portrays their feelings, the anxiety of starting a family, the realization once they know it's love, small couple fights, things they do once having a disagreements, etc.

Also, it's really cute how both of them have their own ways to show affection <3.

If you're looking for an extremely comfy read, this is the one. It's also a low commitment story because most of conflicts get resolved within 3 chapters. Perhaps the only real drama was Hahyeon's pregnancy struggles. In a sense, the whole novel reads like a journal of their family life.

In terms of romance, don't expect any overt displays of affection (bordering on obsession) commonly seen in other ABO novels. This couple is very lowkey and it takes a long while before you would get to hear any ILYs.

What I found... more>> interesting in the plot is how the MC and ML don't play the typical roles of those KR chaebol novels. Our MC is the rich and cool-headed one, while the ML plays the role of the slightly dramatic worrywart househusband.

It's a cute story. Pure enough to cleanse a soul. <<less

The basic concept of this is super cute and I am all about the fluff, I don't mind boring fluff. Unfortunately this is not just boring, it's bad.

People described MC as odd/awkward but all of his narration is him being bored or lazy or whiny. Dude's in his 30s and hasn't worked in a decade. I cannot think of a more unrelatable character than someone constantly bringing up how they are independently wealthy and therefore don't need to do any work or ever leave the house.

Which wouldn't necessarily make him... more>> a terrible character, if it weren't for the... "I have nothing better to do, I am kind of lonely, and I have the money... so I might as well have this child" attitude--no, no, NO. Don't bring a child into this world because you're bored and lonely, ew.

ML is a lot more interesting but it took them over 10 chapters of MC whining about food and rolling about to even meet and now he's still being bland and insufferable so I give up. I'm all about simp ML being doting to MC, that stuff is cute af, but when the MC is an ungrateful brat who acts indifferent or even resentful about it, that leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Also I'm sorry to be critical of the translation, but I found this quite hard to read. While I don't think it's MTL, perhaps the translator is not a native English speaker? There are a lot of subject/pronoun mistakes, unnatural dialogue, and strange nonsequiturs (which could also just be the poor quality of the original novel, idk.) <<less

I feel healed by reading this novel.

The content is not heavy, the main story only focuses on hahyeon's pregnancy and the side story focuses on raising children.

This story may be boring for some people because there is no serious conflict. My advice, read it when you don't know what to read. Welp, I myself stopped in the middle for quite a long time before deciding to continue. But I still decided to give a rating of 5 because the content is enjoyable.

The interaction between hahyeon and choseung is not roundabout,... more>> without drama, let alone prolonged conversations. While watching the interaction between the two of them I always thought, aren't they both cool and responsible adults. The way hahyeon deals with the unexpected news of pregnancy or the way choseung behaves when he finds out that hahyeon is pregnant. The way both of them solve problems when they fight is also very moderate. You know, like when they start to get emotional with each other, one of them decides to walk away first before discussing the problem they are fighting about.

Hahyeon's background really makes me jealous. Rich unemployed?? Isn't that everyone's dream? And where can I find a partner like choseung? <<less

Good fluff so far. MC seems a bit of an oddball, sorta disconnected but awkward with feelings, cute. ML is a sweetheart. Except when in bed lmao. Pity I cannot find any chapters after 24 😭
