This novel starts with our MC on the end of his 9th regression in the world he transmigrated in of some mobile game called Ragnarok right before he dies. Each of the 9 rounds ended with the world being destroyed due to our main FL Erekaya del Pendragon going rogue with the MC failing to kill her each time. Now Erekaya contains the purest bloodline (meaning blood of transcendent beings and this means she is doesn't have many flaws) from all of the Pendragon family members and all other similar... more>> families over the years so she ends up becoming used as a vessel for for the dragon Ajidhaka who wants to destroy the world.

Each time he dies he ends up regressing back to the day he first transmigrated on. In his 10th regression Erekaya's consciousness from the 9th regression manages to bind with the MC and makes him aware that to prevent Erekaya from being a vessel he must make her happy. The easiest way to do so would be to make her fall in love with him according to Erekaya's consciousness in him and hence he joins the academy to do so. This isn't a spoiler and is explained before C6.

The MC is also involved to a certain extent with other characters but it isn't like a harem but there are some harem elements. Considering up to the part where I have read, the MC is involved with

Altina von Rudeus Serias who was his lover in a previous regression. Well rather than a lover, it was more like "2 injured dogs licking each others' wounds" as said by the MC himself
