Started out as a pretty standard apocalypse novel, with the minor twists of a month to prepare and a magic storage space, it wasn't anything amazing but it was entertaining enough. Then the apocalypse started and the protagonist's "ruthless" side came out, not a trait I tend to enjoy but I can look past it, except it just kept coming up and eventually just got kind of petty and disgusting.

The first thing he did in the apocalypse was go and feed his uncle and cousin to zombies while they were still alive, pointlessly cruel but they did kill his parent and were in the process of stealing his inheritance.

The second thing he did was go to raid a cold storage warehouse for more food, where he ran into 3 stereotypical s*upid survivors that tried to rob him of his truck because they always do in these stories, so he proceeded to electrocute all 3 to death and then laugh about it. Whatever, sure, they tried to steal from you and you've survived in the future apocalypse.

Third is the petty and disgusting one, where he got home and met up with 2 other survivors he had been with at the start of the previous timeline. One of which was a girl who hoarded food for herself and lead them on so they would protect her. So he feeds her a slice of bread he wiped on his dogs ass, which I guess was supposed to be comical, but just came across as disgusting and unrealistic, seriously there's no way you wouldn't notice that. So I dropped it after that because I had no interest in seeing what else he was going to do to her.

Maybe he gets better in future chapters, but having to ignore his actions and push through reading 3 times in almost as many chapters was too much for me. I don't need a goody two shoes, save everyone you meet MC, but I'd rather not have a MC that feels like they probably tortured small animals to death in the backyard for fun as a child. A shame because the premise was interesting enough and I think the story could've gone somewhere interesting. <<less

I could only read until chapter 60 because after that i've to pay.

In my opinion this novel is a standard apocalypse novel. You know prepare for apocalypse, kill zombies and people, take zombie stone, and looking for supply

Currently from what's been translated the MC is just stockpiling MASSIVE amount of resources with the large amount of money he got from selling his shares and from the loan sharks using his home...

The MC is likable: he's calm, loyal, determined and cool-headed.

The translation is good, it's easy to read and no mistakes from what I've read.

tr*sh writing, no real logic, goes deep into tr*sh behavior, nosense, as 20 chps for bulli a girl, or ohh I will wait 30 days and other 30 days more to help other people, AND WRITER COMPLAIBS WHY MC ENDED ALONE? Yesh some are baf apples, but the good aples ares trsh too...

Oh an the zombies are so cute, they are like pets yeah yeah. Such tr*sh plot armor.

If you want to kill your brain, yes read this tr*sh

Pretty generic. I dont see harem so far, only has one official girl (though do not expect romance)

MC pretty much just kills all people who may hold a grudge against him. Which is a good thing that these canon fodders story don't drag on. Some dark humor are a bit disgusting, relating to feces or eating dogs. MC is calculating and manipulative even to his teammates, but I guess most apocalyptic second chance stories are like this.

Basically this is just junk food story. Fun to read but nothing substantial.

Usual stuff, a regressor hoarding stuff with his knowledge, he is rich so stockpiling was easy. It's based on the mutant zombie premise, and they can use magic too, well basic rpg magic (fireball, ice spike, earth wall) so don't expect something like runes or research, just leveling up, unlocking new skills/spells. It follows the normal cultivation or leveling up system, meaning someone from lever 1 can't ven fight against a level 2. As always for these kind of stories the MC goes by the saying "kill the roots of... more>> the problem" and as he lived until he was all alone in the apocalypse most of the story goes by problematic person arrives -> inmediatly know what they are up to->humiliate them if there is grudge from past life->" let them go" but send someone to kill them in secret.

Its a wish fulfilment, op MC story and I don't mind that. I mean, Im the type of guy who reads to scape reality. I like to read these no brainer stories as they don't require me to pay too much attention.

There's romance, but the brainless harem kind of romance, meaning, every woman is attracted to the MC be it for his looks, strength or resources, and he chooses them only by their usefulness and beauty.

There's base building which is a bit fuzzy because they never describe the details of the base, they do say it's like in a high closed space and there are a lot of houses but I can't recall any interesting detail, there are the usual ranks, access requirements and training of troops.

Also, a lot of killing, basically everyone who has gone against MC is dead, them and their group. No matter if the rest is innocent if they are a bud that could bring trouble in the future, kill. <<less
