Ew.

Where to start? The rushed story that doesn't allow you to sense the atmosphere and emotions? The stereotypical s*upid prince's entourage who were somehow unaware of the monitoring system the school had in place? The s*upid 'twist' that is told in an extremely boring way after a time-skip?

Or that, once again, being adopted into a family with a child of the opposite gender and marrying them happily even though you believed you were siblings for your whole life minus one year during the time skip is seen as perfectly normal and not disturbing at all. If her real fiance was her brother all along, then why waste the crown prince's time with a false engagement he didn't even know the truth behind? Exactly how whipped is this pathetic royal family?

Anyway, final rating, 2 stars for the translation. I couldn't bring myself to do it, as I'd be too tempted to add details the author lacked, changing it from the source material. Mad respect for keeping it faithful.

Setting aside the 'ew in*est' angle, the MC and his sister's relationship isn't developed at all and raises the question of why Melissa is even in the story. Was she only added as a fake out or something so that we'd assume she'd be the MC's fiancee?

A very empty story. Reading it felt like eating cotton candy, there's a taste but no real substance.

The story tries to play with the basic villainess tropes and mostly fails. The denouncement/engagement break event is dull, boring and uninvolving. From my personal POV I was not only not upset I was yawning at how uninteresting it was.

The characters were thoroughly uninteresting and without depth to speak of. The POV character was such a lightweight he might well have been blown away by a good wind.

Finally the authors idea of a... more>> plot twist, was more of a plot hole. The ending invalidated 80% of the story and even so managed to just be a head scratcher that like so much of the story came from nowhere.

Bottom line: I'd look elsewhere. Just give the tag Villainess Noble Girls a shot, there's much better on average. <<less

I really liked the extra chapter. It made me laugh sooo hard. Well only on the inside. It was in the middle of the night when I read this. So I head to really hold it in. XD. Really so hilarious.

the main story was ok, it's a cliche one, though I'm a little bit surprised by the end.

Well I forgot to leave a review. I rated this initially as "5" as too many negative ratings. Even now still a bit same but I'm willing to put it on the rating I really want: 4.

I enjoyed the time I read the story, and would recommend it if you want another villainess story.

The plot is average since its just too short to really develop. Its just another condemnation event short story. Or thats what I would say if it didnt have that extra chaptet. Read the whole thing and then enjoy the extra chapter. Its just funny. And hell it was even hinted quite well.

Well, it's a bit weird, especially the extra chapter (a bit of advice; don't bother reading it because it's just a story from ML's fans POV and it's also pointless).

I actually don't mind that ML ends up with FL although they practically brother and sister for years but it's just too sudden for me. In the previous chapter, FL recently got her engagement cancelled by the prince but in the next chapter, suddenly she walks down the aisle ready to get married with ML.

It would be better if the author... more>> takes his/her time to develop their feelings first after they knew that they were not brother and sister by blood. Because marrying someone while you still think that she/he's your sibling is just too weird and awkward. <<less
