I read it and although, it isn't as enjoyable as the manga, we get to see the development of the relationship between the main character and his girlfriend. As well as some minor conflicts between his previous crush and her boyfriend. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names very well. But, the glasses girl also gets an ending of her own, unlike the manga which leaves it open-ended.

Overall, if you are interested in the after-story of something you have read before, then you might enjoy this quick read.
