As of this review, Season/Part 3 of the Side Stories has finished.

To preface: This story is more or less a sequel to ORV, which as those who have completed it would know, has an ambiguous ending. For some, this is the perfect ending for the story but if you want some answers or to know what happens after, this is the story.

I really recommend reading the side stories if you just want to read more 'ORV'. As in, more scenarios and constellations, this f*cked up world again and dopamine inducing... more>> solutions to the crazy problems. This is, in no way, a story to ease your heart after the ending. Instead, it's the kind of sequel that's for quenching your thirst for more. There's new (pretty damn cool) characters including a new main character in Lee Hakhyun who (ORV Epilogue Spoiler)

is one of the authors of ORV in another worldline

. Oh of course, the previous characters are also here, with even additional depth written to them in this side story. Many plot points may be familiar as well and some old scenarios are reimagined.

Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and each chapter was a ride. Oh but if you can't handle cliffhangers, maybe wait until its finished. For me, I love experiencing new things and stories so the blend of new and old is quite novel to me. But I understand there are many people who are frustrated when the characters they've come attached to are more in the backseat now. However, at its core, it is still a love letter to readers and now writers alike. <<less

Honestly I loved this novel. The plot and the charcaters are all so well-written you literally HAVE to fall in love. When I first started this novel I was lowkey about to drop it because of how much stuff was going on at once but my friend kept telling me to read it until chapter 30 and so I did and I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT I DID! This novel has been my favorite since early 2020 and I was so excited when they dropped the extra chapters for the... more>> novel lol. I gotta say I did not expect Lee Hakhyun to appear again and I think everyone was caught off-guard when they dropped the intense lore that he was fragments of Kdj. I also like how we get to know more about tls123 (aka hsy) in the extra chapters because if you're not focused enough in the novel you might miss out details about it same with oldest dream, secretive plotter, and yoo joonghyuk's rounds and I can relate to that because sometimes I was too excited to read it and didn't actually notice what was going on and if I didn't see some comments from other people I would've completely missed out on those tiny details omg lol.

Actually talking about the extra chapters now:

I feel like Lee Hakhyun's character wasn't explained well enough here and I hope we can get more extra chapters in the future regarding Lee Hakhyun and Kim dokja's past turns since we know that yjh had more than just 2-3 rounds with kdj. And I also think we could have gotten more about yjh's sister (Aka Yoo Mia) because we literally had less than 10 chapters about her and I really want to know how she managed to survive so far and how she awakened and stuff like that. Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining but I just feel like she has so much potentia as a character and I really hope if there's more chapters in the future we can get to know more about her character. Also I really want to know what happened to this one girl Anna Croft because when I started the novel I thought she was going to be a super important character since kim dokja made her seem like a big deal but she literally has ZERO chapters for herself. Like pls.. The only thing we know about her is that she knows the future or idk?? ;Cryingemoji;

But anyways I'm so grateful for this extra chapters, when I saw the update in my library app for the novel I was like: update..? I literally grinded those extra chapters so hard and the first thing I did when I finished it was go to tiktok to go in search for edits of Lee Hakhyun because ain't no way orv tiktok tryhards aren't gonna be editing him and omg they DID COOK INDEED. I have like 10+ videos of Lee Hakhyun and also from the manhwa (honestly I completey thought he was a new character at first until I found from the manhwa edits he was actually that one guy I hated from the early on chapters and I was so gaslighted like omg ain't no way bro I could've never imaginate that he would later on be someone so important like DANGGGG I DID NOT expect that at all ;morecryingemojis;

anyways yes that's all for my review. If you read the manhwa/nove please add my discord: shavonnee. <<less
