For example, each time MC (or her daughter) does something nice to her maid (s), it'll be followed by them feeling so thankful, and how nice MC is to them. Come on, once should be enough! Or like MC is about to go somewhere and suddenly she asks for multiple servings for her maids (followed by a lot of praise obviously) and then the story continues, but it feels so... weirdly disconnected.

I really liked at first the mother-daughter bond MC forms with her first maid (the hair touching, protecting her unconsciously when they're attacked) but then the subtlety disappeared (and the maid, assigned to just mc's daughter, fades in the background). Really thought it would developp more, but nooo.

At the point where I left off, he's forcing her to go to war with him "bc he'll miss her" and "he knows she doesn't actually love him". Oh yeah? Then why the f*ck are you still coercing her all the time to have s*x with you? Is that funny to give her false hopes by saying to the daughter he'll think about taking her with him? Or is it funny to see a woman not dare to refuse you for daughter's safety?

I can't believe MC is so happy he "allows" her not to get pregnant. Ffs, she can die by getting pregnant at her age (38) ! Of course he won't allow her that, he views her as a possession. That was hinted all throughout the novels (even really early), but I thought either he'd change (bc of luv lmao), or he'd try to hide it at least. Nope, he's a straight up villain and he owns it. He knows the "implications" (iykyk) and he knows how to use them.
