especially some pseudo villains. You see it's her second life so she has a guideline to some good or bad people but she also doesn't try to change it. So indifferent and maybe a bit selfish.

Two characters: Dou Ming and Song Han.

The first one, she seems to become a bad apple because of others' influence (mother, mother's family, peaple's disdain). Our FL says herself that she won't care if she's (Dou Ming) not trying to trick her. But how can Dou Ming not take the same path as the past life if nothing or no one change her fate? If you're rational, she is not in a better situation than the FL. Daughter of a concubine, a narrowed-character mother without power who destroys her completely. Our FL was a mother herself and not a really good one as she said. She know what a bad parenting do but don't try to save her own sister because of the act she did in another life. I feel she should have given her a chance by truly educating and loving her. If she still become a villain then nothing can be done (but at last she tried).

The second one is pitiful. He was killed by Song Mo in his past life so she feels he might be a villain and can't get close to him. Well maybe he will but once again she has no proof. At this moment we got a child (about 12-14) who lost his mother, watch her brother/father at each other throat, became ab*sed by his own father while everybody knows but nobody acts especially this brother he deeply admires. Do you smell the begining of hatred and tragedy? Because I do. And we must say that our FL and Song Mo are both powerful and the father a paper tiger so why don't they tries to act? Both knows that the father will do everything but making the little brother a good person (using to kill Song Mo would be more probable) so why not act? They can watch a child being isolated and ab*sed without doing any thing because it's "not the time yet". Well been dozen of chapters and still nothing...

He could have sent him to school or taking him with him or using the Emperor, Queen or anybody powerful enough to take his brother back (on the ground he ab*ses him) but no. And after he says he loves him. Seems more like a pet treatment.

Another one is her ex-husband. She doesn't want to marry him good but she treats him like a complete stranger. She says once that she knew he could have a career if he goes in which direction but she don't tell him because she's not his wife anymore. Ok, but can't you help him indirectly?

Her cousin Zhao, she wants to help her find a marriage but never actively look for potential family. She feels her servant should be married but for like dozen chapters nothing happen, don't even ask if they have someone... And most of the time it's either because she's too busy or because she feels its a bother?

She helps but few people, relucantly and in the smallest way possible.
