I rate this 3 stars for wn and 5 stars for manga. (Both are drastically different, manga for instance has a lot less filler content which detracts from the story in the wn.)

This novel is very interesting and the little sister is probably my favourite for how cute and intelligent she is. (She's like a smarter clone of the mother whom is also hilarious.)

I highly advise reading this novel, the premise is very similar to death march however the plot is far more consolidated. (Five chapters in this... more>> novel tends to take 20+ in death march for instance.) That may be a plus, or a minus depending on peoples preferences.

I'm hoping for an eventual anime adaption to get this out there as if it is produced correctly it would without a doubt be a AAA show. <<less

This one is one of my favorite relaxing reads.

The guy is playing superhero with his secret identity. He has a cute sister and two maids.

It is a usual reincarnation in medieval game-like world plot, but without boring dungeons and s*upid fights with dragons stretched to half a book.

I highly recommend the manga adaptation, the author added many funny scenes, I couldn't stop laughing.

In short MC is super OP from the start (basically everyone has magic power that is quantified the strong are around 50-90 pretty much no one has it in the hundreds and MC has over a thousand from when he's just born), he early on knows what the villains are planning and doing but always chooses to do next to nothing cause he's to lazy to bother.

So a lot of the story just revolves around the MC lazing around while complaining that he doesn't wanna do anything and then mostly... more>> just stops the bad guys cause their bothering his nap time. <<less

It's a decent story so far, but I can't help but feel disappointed after having read the manga before. The narrative is much less polished and conspiracies are told from the perspective of the conspirators from the start so there is no suspense. It's also missing parts of the plot that were very useful in establishing characters and their relations to another. It has potential for improvement when the first arc is done.

If it gets a light novel / that light novel is translated, I'd recommend to read that instead,... more>> as it will likely have the more polished version. I've read web novels that were better than their light novels before, but presumably this isn't one of them.

Translations from both translators are rather poor as well, which doesn't help the novel either. It's readable, but half the time I don't know what's supposed to be going on. <<less

I give it 3 stars. The story isn't bad, and the translator does his best but the author has no idea of past/present tense, using idioms that make no sense, and just throwing things in the story that I have no idea why they would be there at all. But maybe that's just the way Japanese is. It's hard to read, but if you look over all the grammatical errors it is a fun little story. I'll continue to read it and see how the author matures in his writing.
