This is really excellent. The characters are really well developed and the plot is much more involved than you would think, given the length. Because of the size of each chapter, it's longer than it looks. Which is great, because I kinda didn't want it to end. Sweet and awkward and a little more real than most BL.

Good one - did not expect it to be so well-written and fleshed out. The characters were great and felt quite realistic, although maybe the MC's feelings came a little abrupt, as I interpret it, he had subconsciously been attracted to the ML for a while.

The ML is not easy to love, but I understand why the MC falls so hard for him, because they are kindred spirits.

There's a bit of dubcon and the smut isn't the idealized, vanilla type, but feels more realistic (thankfully). And it's very well-written. Both MC and ML are quite manly men, and the uke is not the soft, naïve or whiny type like in some BL. So far it's the best Japanese BL I've read from this site, much better quality than most stories.

I only wish the story had been longer, it would have been nice to see how they handled being in a relationship, and the extra with the ML's point of view was a bit too short. <<less

The characters and story were well written. I like the MC and ML's character development, the pacing is good as well.

It's only 12 chapters long, but the size is longer than it looks. It's an enjoyable read although at first I'm getting irritated with both the ML and MC, lol. The bonus chapter is Niimori's point of view, I wished it is much longer, but oh well at least I was able to see his real feelings towards Adachi.

I might say, I wasn't expecting it to come off as realistic as possible. Unlike the usual MC and leads that instantly get together w/o much hardship, this one shows how complicated the process is, which made my heart hurt as how they can't end up together instantly.

The story and characters were well written. They have their own characteristic and attitude, even how the events progressed and how they finally ended up together was surely amazing.

One of the best pieces of writing on this platform. The characters are well developed, relatable, and interesting. Although there is a lot of emphasis on smut (extremely well-written, realistic smut which doesn't come off as unnecessary or embarrassing), the plot stays enjoyable to read even for those who prefer their stories vanilla. It's quite short, but because of the brilliantly-paced story development, you can't really feel it until the end, where it leaves you yearning for more chapters. Such a treat!!

I thought the cover was just uploaded from another manga but when I looked at the author's name I was convinced it was intended for this novel since the art style was indeed from Sakuragi Yaya. Her works are really steamy~

Cute novel. To be honest, I initially didn’t like the cover so didn’t expect to like the novel. However, the idiom about judging covers again holds true. ☺️ MC, Adachi Kosuke, is honest, straight forward, and rash. ML, Nimori Mihaya, is calculating and suave. Even though the intro gives the gist of the plot and the followup is predictable, the story is still entertaining.
