I didn't have much reference of ABO genre but in the story that I've already read, there's no change of appearance whether she/he was A or O based on their type. An A could appear delicate while O could appear strong so I didn't get why MC and ML in this story had a change of appearance out of the blue. Even their hobbies changed. I don't know why there's a trend for omegaverse stories in novel updates to have AxO pairing where the alpha is the girl and the omega is the boy but anyway this is another of those story.

Now, the story is sweet with them loving the other because they saw their previous self, back they did not discover if they are alpha/omega, on the other.

However, just felt off at the whole "abrupt change" as soon as they turn 18.
