When Lera regained her memories as a reincarnated individual at the age of three, her magical power also surged abnormally, causing her hair and eye color to change from their original hues.

Disturbed by this transformation, her parents sent her to a distant relative’s territory, which happened to be a land belonging to a combat-focused ethnic group living near a forest infested with magical creatures – it was a village of brawny folks.

She spent ten years there, becoming a respectable member of this warrior society. Around that time, she was told to return to the capital city.

While she wished to continue her peaceful life in the village, she couldn’t because it would inconvenience the grateful Count’s family. Life can indeed be quite unpredictable.

Definitely had potential, but wasted a lot of opportunities. The pacing is really terrible that I was forced to give up. Just from the start a whole lot of characters are introduced which some of them might not even be important yet but still introduced, I am fine with that but the naming sense is terrible in my opinion, a lot of characters have a very unique name (hard to pronounce) and keeping up with them is a terrible chore, not to mention the small time skips of weeks to... more>> months to a semester.
Spoiler

MC entered academy early on around ch4, but as of ch16 MC already had the winter break & preparing for the final exam of 1st year. Nothing important happened in the academy another wasted material

[collapse]
MC remembers past life at the age of three but after that it immediately had a 10 year time skip which is another wasted material for a novel in my opinion.

There are hints of people trying to get into a romantic relationship with MC but author better not go through with that. One male lead candidate is already a graduate of the academy so maybe around 18 but remember our MC is only 13 years old, though the difference may not be much but for gods sake she's 13 bro, it smells of a crime. This novel would be better with really no hints of romance.

Every chapter is poorly structured that its giving me the headache just to understand the story and the names are also not helping. Author assumes too much and not much world building is happening, like what the hell is Depth 4, how strong should people be to get there, or would there really be anyone going there at all like a forbidden zone. <<less

So firtst thing that needs to be adressed is, that this story is clearly AI/MT (machine translated) withouth any quality control, making the story unreadable at times, because there is zero consistensy on who's who. One time her female childhood friend is adressed "her" another time its "he", every character, and even nobility ranks differ per chapter, so be warned of that.

-Story itself is perfect example of having story with a great potencial and how to completly waste it away. Other reviewers already stated the story issues better then I... more>> can, but in short the most interesting things are skipped over, (Her adaptation to the world, her growth, how she got strong, what is world like, etc) so there is little to no world building, and what little it has the story will poorly explaint it, fully expecting reader to know what author was thinking when they wrote it.
As example: "There is magic in this world and we are told, that MC is born with large mana." That's cool, but what does it means beyond the obvious? What is the magic system in this story? How strong is she in terms of other people? What can she do with it? We are never told.
The story makes it centerpoint of her character, but uses it only as plot device, so that author can slap "she can do this, she can do that now, it wasn't just never mentioned it before!" Author keeps slaping things MC can do based on what story currently needs her to do withouth explaining anything. We are always only told, that MC simply used her modern knowelidge and magical engineers made it for her. How does magic or magical technology works? We dont know!

-MC is honesty underdeveloped and underused. In the 22 chapters that I read, she doesnt go throught any character developments. She doesnt face any long term problems, rivals, or enemies. The whole "issue" with her family is basicaly defused right in the first 6 chapters, that you even forged she has any issues with them at all, Althought story tries to make it as "looming issue down in the future", it completly forgets about it just as fast as it was defused and every time story reminds you of it, it's mostly comical relieve, that I can't take seriously. She lacks enemies, rivals or any strugle beyond "Being forced to attend academy, so she can't farm monsters and family might lecture her..."
Spoiler

Because her family keeps solving her problems for her, and on rare ocasions they dont, she will have handy magic/magitech she just conviniently had/knew, so that everything gets solved within same chapter, two at max anyway.

[collapse]

-Characters are very shallow, they exist there usualy only for a plot reasons. MC's family is only one somewhat developed, but still shallow, because their reason seem to be only to make excuse for being send to frontier, and make her life easy and bail her out when she needs it. Her natural anatagonist of half-sister beyond being completly cartoonish, seems to exist only to sometimes appear to say something dumb to make "trouble" that turns into nothing with few lines of dialogue from MC, and the rest of characters to fill the void, be it same year classmates who gets forgoten and never seen again faster then I can read their names, anatagonists so they can dissapear forever by the next chapter, Royal family to give illusion, that world isnt revolving around MC and that there is some political intrigue going on, or sometimes drop in as characters MC knows to fill the empty chapters with some dialogue.

To summary, the whole story feels more like some random episodes then fully coherent story. The whole world MC's in is hardly ever explained, and everything interestin in fantasy settings is basicaly put into "you should know what author was thinking". There isnt any issue/goal MC has to overcome or achieve, enemies to face or defeat, or anything going at all. MC is simply there, commenting/reacting to what's happening and thats the whole "story" here. All 22 chapters that I read (covering roughly a year) you could have given me in summary and I wouldnt miss on anything, how empty and bland this is. <<less

At first I was confused about what the novel's about. The opening had FMC a sudden surge of magic power that her own family was terrified of her, ended up "gifted" her to a frontier noble to adopt. But, until 50th chapter there were so little things to make a point in that settings. Yes, there is a dungeon of some sort that she managed to delve farther than common "adventurers" (there hasn't been any mention about adventurers or guild yet) at a young age, but then she was sent... more>> to the school, in which there's none of her strengths being utilized. Heck even the lectures or lessons are skipped altogether and just said about her grade being decent. Top 5 if I remember correctly, but never topped anything. There hasn't been any sign of her studying or struggling in any way either.

But the entertainment comes from the political plays, mainly from FMC's POV and sometimes provided extra contents from others' without being redundant. Her being a reincarnated person and still a young girl at the moment play big role in her story. Usual JPMC being thrown in nobility would be reaourceful, maybe a bit arrogant, perhaps idealistic in their approach. But our FMC here actually is relatable to common people IRL; she has no clue what she should do in some situation therefore she chooses to stay silent. She has the option to retaliate violently but she as a minor let adults take care of stuff, as she's half aware that she's living in a noble society. She acts accordingly to her age, in which some people might struggle to figure out why would she do that but I find it actually refreshing after all those typical isekai JPMC.

Tldr; heavy on politics, very smol action, no romance in sight (underage MC), relatable MC. Worth a shot <<less

fast paced and cluttered of ideas. It was quite clear the writer did not have a good draft plot beforehand. Unfortunate. But giving them more time and experience, they could crafted a unique and refreshing story in the future.

The beginning is very rushed, but the story does improve with time. The names are a bunch of gibberish and the translator keeps changing the spelling significantly, so I have no idea what's going on or who's who. Combined with too many characters right off the bat, and all of the attempted political intrigue goes straight over my head.

Well, I'm still reading because I'm a sucker for fantasy isekai. You might like it if you can let go of any desire to understand what's happening and just treat it like... more>> a junk food novel. <<less

Not bad, not great. Still reading it after 50 chapters. No reason to stop.

Ditzy OP with Modern Knowledge gets booted to the countryside and thrives. When she has to return to noble society for school she stays s*upidly naive but still OP. Also her actually s*upid step-sister childishly messes with her from time to time. She's super loved by her adopted family.

Never any real conflict. Never any real wins. No slow life. No fast paced action.

I read comments about the love interests being older than her (13 vs 20) and... more>> that's totally not an issue. Obviously some people have never read anything in the 'aristocratic/historical' genre. Age of Adulthood is 15, which is brought up a LOT, as is totally normally in these books. And nothing happens. S*upidly naive OP remember? <<less

The title of this book should be "The Life of a Noble". Rather than a story about her adventure with slices of noble life in between it is the opposite. It is mostly the boring details of noble life. The understanding of noble life is a rather shallow one at that since this is through the main character's viewpoint and she does not bother to understand deeper.

Spoiler

Understandably she was planning to leave the kingdom in the future so she does not need to learn more. Since that is the case why the H3LL does the writer include all these details about noble life. It is like reading a textbook on how to be a noble.

[collapse]

Other than the slices of adventure she participates in the main character feels like a doll observing all these noble parties and festivals. Once or twice of those scenes is fine to show how she does not care about learning to be a noble but so far it is most of the chapters. It is filler that my brain has to slog through and it gets frustrating. <<less
