s*upid and Low EQ MC X Cute and Dangerous ML Tsundere.

This is fun in the beginning but the s*upidity of MC make me pissed 😤. I love the character of ML, he is cute.

Overall, I thought the story was pretty good cause I like fluffy novels, but there were so many situations where the MC made me want to yell.

There were so many little things. If only the MC had looked up, if only he had just asked, if only he had explained better, or he does something due to spite or pettiness and develop something problems with the ML.

Most of the conflicts were described to be due to MC's lack of understanding in love and that no one had taught him before.

But... more>> most of the interactions, outside of the misunderstandings, were fluffy and ML is very indulgent towards MC.

If you want to know if ML find out about MC planning the kidnapping...

He does find out later after 3/4 of the novel is over. ML cleaned up MC's clothes and saw the key/card to his house. ML asks, big fight, and other stuff happens. They make up after a few chapters though although a lot happened in those chapters.

Ahhhh! Its so good! Full of satisfaction.

And also, I love the side characters too.

Its not very angsty, not that complicated and the conflicts were not that harsh so its a good read for me.

Recommended to those who loves rebirth-revenge trope.

Umm if you can suspend disbelief on a god level, you might enjoy this more than I did. I found it readable, but I'm not in the right mindset to tolerate the logical leaps. Too Gary Sue for me. May try again at another point.

This is really a good novel and even to this day, this is my favourite novel and the most loved novel CP (LF x CX).

During their first meeting, MC actually didn't go all the way, he only used some props. And they made it to the last step only after both ML and MC confirmed their feelings (though MC still hadn't revealed that he is the mastermind behind ML's kidnapping)

While the ML is very indulgent towards MC, he Is not at all a soft and weak shou. Unlike many BL novels portraying the shou as soft and weak, the author gives Chu Xiao a perfect blend of both beauty, strength and masculinity.

As for our dear MC, though there were sometimes when you feel like giving him a piece of your mind (like how he kept on concealing the kidnapping and hiding things from ML) but in the end he will realise his mistakes and he never shies away from accepting his mistakes and correcting them. He is a real cute wolf dog pup with many insecurities due to his inferiority complex. But gradually with the help of ML he recovers.

So, if you crave for a manly gay couple with Gong being the protagonist, then you should definitely give it a try. Have fun reading☺️ <<less

Started it on Oct 9 and finally finished reading it today on Oct 12, 4:23 pm, Wednesday. It's a good story, really interesting to me. I never thought, I'll like a couple with such a big age gap but was pleasantly surprised with this. The side characters are good and the whole story is also easy going. Not much long dragging drama in my opinion.

This book is certainly deserving of 4☆ (if ones looking for fluff, easy read), imo. Though at the start, it seems kind of dodgy with elements of dub-con involved (it's due to miscomm), after the miscomm is cleared (which is actually quite fast, its full of pure fluff. Its quite smutty, but fear not, consent is certainly involved.

The entire novel revolves arnd reincarnated (sorta), possessive (to a certain extend), love deprived MC (seme) × tsundere ML (shou). MC who went from nothing to having immense power × OP ML.

Bruh the rating is too low, because it's actually a really interesting story.

I have read till the latest translated chapter and it's so interesting till now. The MC is kinda OP from the start. The ML also seems interesting and I am so looking forward to seeing how these two get together.

The MC is also a really nice person, and he helped his subordinate who was with him at the end in last life.

The plot also hooked me in and I really wanna read ahead.

I don't know if it's because of my age and how realistic life has been but damn I can't just close my eyes to this book.
first of all, this book is just so unrealistic to the extent that I have to ask myself if it isn't fantasy?
The book is well written from a reader's pov and the s*c scenes are well developed but it just finds a way to irk you.

also the non-consensual s*xual intimacy from the beginning threw me off. As if that was not enough, he kidnapped him?

the beginning made me cough out blood from plain s*upid the MC was acting. The midpoint was kinda okay but then I couldn't pull through. My patience ended at c.163. I had to skip a lot of things and got to the extras.
