Pros:

1. The MC gets strong, but somewhat not godlike strong because all he has are garbage from other xianxia and mystic magic worlds. Overall he is too OP in his world cuz everyone is normal and the military strengths of countries are like RL.

2. Frankly, the getting strong part is easily ignored, cuz MC isn't becoming god but more like a low level cultivator. Once again at point 1, even a low level cultivator is godly compared to a normie. And let me add that MC is a generalist, cannot blame him that garbage from each different world only has low level skills and MC can only learn low level stuff. So don't expect earth shattering moves or super OP crud.

3. This is NOT A HAREM, though it somewhat left a bland taste, in the finale, all the other females understood that MC genuinely loves FL and there is literally no space for a 3rd person, and spoiling their relationships in order to get into one with MC will have a BE.

Cons

1. THE RIDICULOUS FACESLAPS. Then again, this is a xianxia-ish so it is expected... funny, most of those who did bad and end bad are males... "AS THOUGH AS THEY CANNOT STAND MALE MC BEING SO OP" (air quotes on bold text for extreme sarcasm)

2. THE NATIONALISM.

3. OP MC BEING TOO OP, not his fault cuz he is more like a high level beginner in the starter village. Last fight scene had him up against a low level mook from a xianxia world and he almost got pwned. This scene is good though, as it showcases that MC is relatively weak, just that everyone else is weaker. This is bad because not much tension.

4..... generalist means that MC is relatively multi-talented, something that even the people in MC's world commented multiple times, like whether MC got a gold finger/ mysterious teacher/ transmigrator/ time traveller. Final fight scene cemented his role in others' eyes as a cultivator...

5. f*ck, as usual, loose ends and loose ends. Even the ending is a open end. The author did apologise for it, 2 years of writing and he just wants to end it all. He is however, starting a new book, with the same shit, except replace garbage with summons... this will not bore well...

Our MC went back home after being a failure in life, love, career. The night after coming back home, he heard weird voices in his backyard and found out weird stuff that came from the void (garbages from different universe). He got some real goods such as food from a cultivation world, legit antiques from old dynasty and etc. He became strong and rich due to those garbage. His current goal is to protect the garbage station aand conceal it from the outside world. As well as to protect and streghten himself and his love ones.

heck the problem of radioactive waste was somehow dealt with no problems and that was during the time people were still trying to find out the MC's secrets.

From chapter 400 onwards the MC starts to make connections and deal with regional/provincial basically higher level families. Of course these families were much more powerful and in fact in one occasion a certain young master realized that MC's secret was in his first floor, yeah it sounds s*upid that someone just finally realized it but honestly what should one expect of 2D characters in the first place?

Now onto the main point of why this starts becoming shit, from this point onwards the MC seems to be going towards the path of the standard overbearing MC. He starts to show off more, kill people etc. Basically the story focus starts to go towards the action side but not entirely, author refuses to drop the Slice of Life which is understandable as he spent 400 chapters on it FFS.

But the main issue is how does he allow MC to start growing stronger? What impetus does he have?

Well aside from some lucky mutants from a careless mistake in the earlier chapter nothing else really comes to mind.

Because the world setting was basically normal world where MC has the lions share of interdimensional tr*sh/treasure. The story basically puts MC in a spot where if he has opponents it would either be secret sects hidden from the world or the "normal humans".

That said author did not allow the normal humans to get a chance to find a way to match MC, with that logic MC could probably become a God in the world.

With the the main issue is that the author is not as imaginative as one thought with his pretty novel idea, it sounds good at first and did show promise but in the end like the premise of basically being a parody, the author is unimaginative and all his events and scenes are basically repeats of previously done scenes (Parties, Gift Giving, kidnaping, young master wants his secret, young master wants his girl, save people and make them close confidant, OMG are you even human?, pig that eats the tiger, and all the flex moments that should have made the authorities drag him into a lab for experimentation).

The scenes may seem plentiful but given the authors way that events and such last less than 10 chapters imagine how many times these things occur in a novel with 1000+ chapters, yeah it gets real boring, repetitive and just outright bland.

I mean holy sh*t the author could have done something else with the snake scale but instead he create his own version of The Amazing Spider Man with the Lizard just being a group of gangsters instead of a monster man-lizard.

There's a tone more to complain about but I'll just put that aside for now as I continue to waste my time, at least the romance is barely acceptable, although the female lead has a lot of problems it's the most non-2D the author got which is quite a refreshing thing
