It's actually quite okay. It's a slightly fresh take on rebirth tropes in an apocaliotic setting, with the MC acting weak instead of strong like in other novels of the same theme. But there's one thing, that just bugged me enough to write this review.

So basically it's about the MC wanting to get back together with the ML. Since the ML rejected him in his last life, this time he acts weak in order to stick to the ML. This works because the ML obviously still hast feelings for the... more>> MC. BUT, and this is the part that bugs me, the MLs reason for not getting back together is because the MC 'doesn't love him as much as he loves the MC'.

It only gets worse when you find out why he came to that conclusion. Apparently while he was starting his business, he basically neglected the MC for more or less a year in favor of doing his business. That's cool and all, but the MC dumping him because of that, is the MC respecting himself in my opinion. It wasn't even, that the MC didn't suport him. You later find out that the MC even invested his own money into the business of the ML!!!!!! Bit*h where is the gratefulness? Why would you feel butthurt after being dumped for a good reason???

The ML acts jealous and possessive, but doesn't want to get back together with the MC. The MC is pursuing him openly and every time the ML rejects him, you know that it hurts the MC. So honestly fuxk the ML. MC deserves better. I won't continue this novel anyway, but I'm rooting for the love rivel for the MC. The love rivel (sadly he never even reaches the level of 2nd ML and just stays as the "gay best friend of the MC") is sooo much better. <<less

The MC is Ji Anran, he pretends to be an ordinary person when he is reborn, even though he has a lot of power, so that he can get closer to Geng Yan. The title fits the MC perfectly

I have waited too long for something like this to be translated. I have always wanted some seduction with a little white lotus as the main protagonist.

After reading all of those female lead novels being all righteous and stuff, sacrificing themselves and their love interest I long become bored. The little white lotus in this is definitely selfish for Geng Yan, disregarding everything else. I enjoy the push and pull between them, entertains me a lot. Not much other plot so far apart from An Ran... more>> trying to get together with Geng Yan, however, I am not complaining, so far, for me, very great.

The story satisfies my fantasy but otherwise, it's quite predictable nothing too special from other translated BL reborn/second chance in an apocalypse.

The translator is great, thumb's up to you, you are doing alright!

From what I have seen so far would rate it a 4 but of course, I am not even halfway through yet so I can't say much apart from how much I love the white lotus lead which has blinded me. <<less

The latter half in which someone knocks some sense into MC and tells him to stop trying to get back together with ML, wherein the ML realizes he wants to get back together with MC but MC doesn't care anymore.. so it turns to ML courting MC...

Here we see a MC which is stronger than ML making the ML somewhat insecure since he can't protect MC.. It's really fun though :)

The MC is strong but hides it unless something goes wrong. The MC here is stronger than ML, which is not really that common... In any case, I like this since there's an extra with a 'what if ML was also reborn?' <<less

It's so so. Both of them was in the wrong when they broke up. And both were petty when Anran wanted them to get back together in his first life. After the rebirth, their dynamic is just ridiculous. They way they just goes around each other is just ridiculous. I tried to hold on but until the part I read I'm just too fed up to continue. I loved the premise of the story and was looking forward to read it. The first tens of chapters was good enough but... more>> the farther I read the more uninterested I am.

It's such a shame. I don't have the patience to continue reading this but it might be the cup of tea for someone else, so, a 3 star. <<less

it was his fault being too busy that the break up happened in the first place.. In the first life, he wouldn't have rejected the MC in front of everyone if he really cared about him, and then in the second life he 'reluctantly' accepts him and then keeps giving him attitude refusing to mend their relationship..

This is a fun story but I get bored so I'm abstaining this for a while until all of the chapters been translated.

I like MC's personality that like a green tea b*tch. The fact that they love each other and MC not being a third-person like other green tea bit*h in other novel, , not make me feel nausea.

Till now what I hate is the ML who doesn't want to understand MC at all. Just assuming that (dunno what cause I forgot but still left an annoying feeling) and broke... more>> up.

His reason for it and the way he act when MC try to pursue him again just tick me off like-- what the hell??!!

Slow-burn is not really my taste but I usually okay when there is a lot of fluffy stuff in it. But this is a no! They cute, I admit it, but the way ML refuse MC again and again, it's too often that my heart feel like dead. Not sympathize with ML at all. No! NEVER!

There is the second ML but I'm not a fan of harem and two-timing so I will pass. My perfect couple still MC and ML.

Summary, , this is cute with a good concept but a slow-burn with the ML annoying as hell!

It was interesting at first. MC starts off as a fake white lotus, trying to seduce ML, but eventually realizes that that his methods are too contrived. He also realizes that his affections for ML are more of an obsession and not true love, so he slowly unveils his real personality.

This eventually results in a reversal of their relationship, which changes from MC chasing ML to ML chasing MC, hence the slow burn. However, I am highly disappointed with the way they eventually got together.

ML came home to see MC having a s*x dream, and they had s*x while MC thought he was still dreaming. Then they got together and their relationship immediately becomes haughty shou x devoted gong.

After they got together, ehh. It's like the same old mold of pampered shou and loyal dog gong. They're both super strong, so there's no struggle and they just beat everyone up while spreading their PDA everywhere. <<less

It's very cute in the beginning and there isn't many chapters translated so I decided to mtl it. It turns out that the translator for this novel is very good! It's not easy to mtl it at all. It's still a great book but there aren't enough chapters translated right now.

Anran gives up and says that he is no longer going to pursue him because he feels that he is being selfish, and there the ML comes to his senses and wants to get back together but never finishes confessing. It's ridiculous.

The apocalyptic plot in the background is boring, really. I've read better. It lacks development and I feel that it has many things that do not make sense.

They also added a "villain" who is also reincarnated and who at the beginning wants to be with the ML and be a replacement for. Its white moonlight (Anran). But he's literally like a brainless character that I don't see sense in and he definitely wasn't necessary for the story. Literally, the guy hates the MC because the ML lends him attention then he also hates ML because he dissolves the team (which was not really a team), to keep only those who were at least somewhat strong. The cannon fodder, because that's all it is, plots in a horrible way, literally if it doesn't go well everyone will know it was him and for some reason the base looks like a small town where everyone finds out about everything and rejects him, but he still joins the laboratory without being a scientist or anything like that (hahaha) and they let him participate in research imported

(UPDATE: 11/28/2022) Ahhh I made it only up to Ch. 16 this time. I fell asleep at that point, so that may be the reason lolol. But also, as I mentioned in my old review, this novel is more of a romance comedy/drama novel than a survival/zombie apocalypse novel, if that makes sense? So, it doesn't quite match what I'm currently looking for! I'll try to reread it once more in the future tho. (OLD REVIEW:) Starts off pretty fun! Green Tea B**ch MC wants to get together... more>> with an ex-boyfriend that he broke up with before the start of the apocalypse. His first go around, it didn't work. But, after regressing and getting another chance, he decides to make an more proactive attempt and pretends to be weak! It should be said that the story—thus far—was more focused on these relationship dynamics than the survival or apocalypse elements.

I only read up to the most recent translated chapter (45). And, even though it wasn't quite what I expected by the end of my reading, I still enjoyed the story. There were lots of funny moments in the beginning 😂 <<less
