Its only a couple times. But it is enough for me to be like "ok ok I know what you are trying to make the readers feel like... Aka the author uses flawed logic of the netizens /public to faceslap. But the flawed logic is bothering me.

Her name as a songwriter has been listed in all of these songs.. so when the public was like who is she. It was one google or whatever away. It's not that hard. The MC was forced to prove her talent over and over as if the netizens had amnesia once another drama happened about her background.

Worse one was her famous pianist mom being made public and suddenly that was a negative for her...??? Because she has a " background". Excuse why did it make ppl mad? Do we need re-google her work, her videos, and etc again? Did these people get amnesia? Did they forget she's talented again bc they found out who her mom was....? Whaat. The f*ck forced drama. Forced dumbneess to netizens. I think this criticism would only been valid if she didn't have 100s of works to her. Name, evidence of her skills online already. Like? The logic isn't there. If I heard her mom was a famous Pianist I think most ppl would be amazed "oh yea that. Checks out she's so musically talented" not "oh she got here via her background"..... Nepo babies exist but u can't fake talent. Which was constantly affirmed before they knew her background so?? I think in music especially, you cannot be a loved artist just bc u are a Nepo baby. Paris Hilton had some good songs but that doesn't make her a loved musician. Like.... the logic for the drama is so contrived. Please. its such a small thing but it is annoying. Stop giving the public amnesia which in turn is telling readers they have to be dumb enough to accept this.

Like let me enjoy my lovely cliche romance novel in peace!!! I would have given u 5 stars then I swear !! In the end, like all sweet romance novels, they don't know how to pace the end so it drags a bit. It's all sweet. But yea I enjoyed it but it's too slow near the ending for me to give it a 5. I will give it 5 for now bc somehow I'm the first one to give it stars and I don't want ppl to look over this just bc of my star review lol. I'll change it back to 4 once there are enough ppl reviewing.

Romance is very 'orange-candy-ish' sour and sweet 🍊🍬 Before they broke through the 'paper' of 'I like you', it was a bit of push and pull (which isn't my cup of tea) .

But ML is too irresistable and charming (with a pinch of tragic one-sided love crush). FL feels she's timid (though I think she's actually really brave) due to her past experiences, but as she explores the ML, she found traces of him in her hazy and gloomy past. Her dark past is actually a light to the ML, which pulls at her heart strings (and mine!) .

What I also like is their career journey. After getting together, there weren't many scenes of their romance being in the spotlight, they even have to avoid each other sometimes (you can imagine how complicated real life celebrities' romance can be).

ML is pure, innocent and very smitten. And he's also determined. He only loves the FL in his life. He never gives up on her, and always creates 'coincidences' between him and the FL, so that they both can be 'destined'.

FL is also actually pure, innocent and very stubborn. Once she decided on something, she never looks back and just moves forward. Having ML in her life is the most beautiful 'fate' she encountered in her life. After finally grasping the 'coincidences', she holds on tight to their 'destiny'.
