Logging into the game for the last time, elven Grand Magister Luveta intended to say goodbye to the world yet unexpectedly transmigrated. And it wasn’t just him who transmigrated, but also His Majesty the Demon King who was said to have fallen in love with him at first sight.

The new world was a vast desert, blistering heat and desolation the main themes– how could a darling of nature stand it? Thus, reformation was imperative!

Dear Your Majesty the Demon King, although your passion and dedication are enough to move any living creature, but born from the Elf Mother Tree, the humble me has nothing down there, so regardless of how much you try, I cannot do this and that with you ah!

Lekdmon: “I have long prepared for this day, so there is definitely no problem!”

Brief Synopsis

Elven Grand Magister Luveta unexpectedly transmigrated, and transported with him were the Demon King who fell in love with him at first sight and a crowd of demons.

The new world is a barren continent on the verge of ruin and the elf and Demon King summoned by the consciousness of nature both strive to save (fall) the (in) world (love) every day.

In a light and sprightly style, this article tells the story of a young man who lost to illness and fell in love with a Demon King as an elf on the continent of another world as they remodel that world together.

The meticulous, gentle writing style gives people a vivid sense of picture, simple but not lacking warmth that can even make people not help but smile after reading.

I've TLed the first chapter because I MTLed this novel a while ago and it was a genuine joy to read. I do hope someone picks it up.

The MC was a terminally ill patient who "worked" as an NPC teacher in a popular virtual game so he could have a healthy body and explore. He always had to remain calm lest he exacerbate his illness. All of this means that he has a very calm personality and bearing. The beginning of the novel depicts MC's final time online because his... more>> real body isn't going to last much longer and can no longer handle the strain of the game.

ML, as an actual NPC in the game, fell for him while MC was roaming and began repeatedly kidnapping him back to his castle, so the game team had to start putting him in standby mode when he wasn't needed. He is very intelligent, and even before he transmigrated, his AI realised that something was wrong with the world he was in, though he originally thought it some kind of "curse" or act of the gods.

The basic plot is about MC and ML working together to bring the continent back to life, MC by planting and turning the barren wasteland into a forest of greenery, and ML by establishing his castle as a "country" and annexing or allying with every "country" on the continent. Said continent is very behind, composed of many tribes and desert-type city-countries, where s*avery is rampant and many waste away from starvation and dehydration. MC agrees to ally with ML because he needs a home base and can't do anything alone, and ML agrees to help because not only is it in his best interest for the continent to thrive, but he's been wholeheartedly in love with MC from the beginning. ML is actually very happy that they all transmigrated because

now MC can't leave him anymore. Before, whenever he kidnapped MC, the game would issue a "task" to the players about rescuing MC as he was a major NPC teacher on the side of light. The players had plenty of items that made keeping MC confined impossible. They also had many special items that they sold ML on the side.

[collapse]

Now that they're in a different world, they're pretty much stuck together.

And yes, all of ML's subordinates are aware that MC is their future "queen".

By the way, MC starts off genderless as he was born from the Elf Mother Tree, but do not fret! As ML stated in the summary, he is prepared! MC won't remain without forever! <<less

I followed the 1st reviewer's advice and MTLed this, it's easy to understand. It's like those fantasy farming kingdom-building isekais with a bit of Overlord vibes (if Overlord was a peaceful enough wholesome BL). Easy going and simple narrative. Unlike typical isekais, there's no extensive inner monologues and the explanations didn't feel like massive info dumps. Good world building with no drama or complicated plots. Just MC and ML (and ML's army) exploring (and conquering) a new world while trying to make it better (while demons profit and ML gets... more>> his wife).

MC is naturally gentle and kind but a bit aloof. Doesn't like bloodshed or evil but he's understanding of the demons so he won't discriminate (unlike other MCs that like to use their moral high ground). Unfortunately, he didn't make any friends due to his de facto status as demon queen but there's ML to keep him company and he's satisfied with that. ML starts off as silently awkward but sincerely cares for the MC. A bit possessive but not controlling. Loves to pamper MC and always considers MCs feelings. No explicit scenes, just implied. They're both OP in different ways. Honestly, if ML didn't have a plethora of talented subordinates, I'm not sure if he could've wooed the MC that fast.

Supporting cast of demon army subordinates are also interesting (though if you've read too many demon lord army novels, they sound generic). Everyone has a role to play and all suffer from their demon lord's PDA.

I'm still at the 1st half of the novel, but so far it's a chill story about plants, making a self-sustaining Demon Lord castle in the desert, impressing pitiful humans, and eventually ruling the world with sprinkles of BL. <<less
